Kandace was a fantastic coordinator! She really helped quell my fears due to inexperience in wedding planning, with her expert advice along the way. She made the day run so smoothly and above all, kept me calm! That alone is priceless to me. I knew going into the wedding day, that she would take care of all the details and make sure things went as well as possible. When I heard that another vendor of mine (transportation) had issues, she presented me with all the options available, and we got past the issue without any major hiccup! Kandace also made the space look so beautiful and really brought my vision to life. Thank you Kandace for making the wedding of my dreams come to life!

I used to be a wedding planner and have been working in events for the past 12 years so my expectations for a wedding planner were VERY high. When I met with Kandace I knew she was the one. She was a great listener, had a great sense of humor, and was very calm. I recently moved to Tampa from Chicago so all the vendors I knew were in the midwest so I felt like I needed help picking out the best of the best. Kandace gave me direction based on my budget and it was very helpful in booking vendors. She also has a great checklist for planning as well that was super helpful. On the day of the wedding, I was able to fully checkout and be a bride. She had everything handled and the timeline stayed on time the whole day. Unfortunately, it rained on my wedding day so the ceremony and cocktail hour had to shift but she set up everything beautifully and I didn't need to worry at all!! I highly recommend booking Kandace, you won't regret it!

We could not have asked for a better Day of Coordinator!! Kandace handled everything with such grace and ensured our vision really came to life. Our venue had no preferred vendors or items included with the rental, so it truly was a labor of love. She took our long list of ideas and pictures and turned it into something truly spectacular. Every item was exactly as we had imagined it, and we would highly recommend her. The day of the wedding was seamless and completely stress free.

Our wedding day was better than I could have ever imagined, I wouldn’t have changed one thing- and Kandace was a huge part of making that happen. She helped us find an amazing team of vendors and communicated with them throughout the whole process. Her knowledge of our venue and experience with event planning kept us on schedule with all our preparation and helped us navigate the process with ease. She also did so many small things to help us as we were not local to our venue. We mailed many items to her home which was just above and beyond! Her planning portal website made making a seating chart and updating our to do list easy and stress free. By the end of our wedding day, I realized I had enjoyed every minute of it without thinking about the agenda or what was going on behind the scenes at all. Kandace and her team allowed me to be present in every moment of our special day- down to the after party because she also packed up all our belongings and got them into our room for us! Kandace was truly a pleasure to work with and I would recommend her to anyone planning a wedding or big event in the future.

Kandace and Becca made our New Years Eve wedding stress free and absolutely perfect. We are so elated to have chosen them for our big day. If you want someone who gets get the job done perfectly then you’ve found her! I know brides are always nervous on who to pick, trust me she is worth it!

Kandace was my month/day of coordinator for my June 2023 wedding and we are so happy we had her and her team with us. We had a destination wedding and Kandace had resources locally for us and was familiar with our venue, way more so than we were. I didn't want to have to think/worry about anything on our wedding day and she came in and made that possible. If there were any hiccups, we didn't know about them on that day and still don't. She was present enough but also stayed in the background, didn't stress us out over timelines and truly just let us have the day we dreamed of and handled all of the logistics. WE HAVE NO WORDS…. we came to Kandace over a year ago with the dream of transforming the Saint Petersburg pier into a beautiful wedding reception and ceremony space. Kandace not only made our dreams come true but exceeded our expectations us in every way possible. I cannot explain enough how important it is to have a mature, communicative, kind, and knowledgeable Wedding Planner by your side for your wedding (especially when you are looking to do some thing a little out of the box). Kandace was able to take a space that has never been used for a wedding and make it completely our own. There was never a doubt in our mind that Kandace would take care of us. She completely understood my vision and helped it come to life. all of our meetings were so much fun and brought so much joy to not only me but my husband. I can honestly say I consider Kandace a friend now. Her calm, and supportive spirit helped us the entire way of wedding planning. She is excellent at thinking on the fly, it started to pour 15 minutes before our ceremony and Kandace was still able to still accomplish every single thing we wanted for the day of and keep us on timeline! She made so many important calls that I could not deal with the day of. She is so dedicated and so capable I would trust her all over again with our most special day. I could go on and on because there are so many little details of things that Kandace has done to help us and support us throughout the wedding process. But all this to say that she is amazing and we owe her our first born or something like that !!!! She worked magic on our behalf and I’m forever grateful for her skills and expertise!

Kandace is absolutely incredible! She and her team assisted us with partial wedding planning, primarily design, as well as day-of event coordination. Words truly cannot express how wonderful it was to work with her. She saw our vision from the very beginning and helped bring it to life. So much so, that in several vendor meetings when asked about our preferences, I flat out turned to Kandace and said “what do I like?” She was that good and she knew me better than I knew myself. She is always on top of it – punctual, helpful, and prepared. For day-of coordination, I really underestimated just how much she would be interfacing with our family and friends, not just our vendors. There were a lottt of strong personalities throwing constant questions her way and she handled it all with such ease and grace. Cannot recommend Kandace and her phenomenal company enough!

Kandace was the MVP. Seriously. We looked back upon our wedding and of all the vendors, of all the folks we worked with for a very big wedding (175 guests), Kandace was the BEST. Can't recommend her enough. We got positive feedback about all the work she did from our wedding party, family, the venue, and other vendors. Great communication. Very calming presence. Super helpful timelines provided in a timely manner. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful with the small details, like table settings or handling vendor tips. She really was a key to our super successful wedding day.

Back in Fall of 2021 we stumbled upon Kandace through theknot.com, ademantly searching for the perfect wedding planner for our funky, yet romantic beach wedding. We envisioned what was a non(official) wedding venue to be transformed into the Beach celebration of love and friendship of our dreams. Amid the busiest work season for both of us - I told Sean, I didn’t need the fanciest of anything, what I wanted was to hire a wedding planner… someone to keep us on schedule, help remember important details, and translate our dream into a wedding reality. I could shout from the rooftops how absolutely perfect Kandace was of a fit for our big day. She was kind, she was humble, she was professional, and more than that - she became a friend and someone so dear to us during these last few months. Kandace went above and beyond to help schedule preliminary meetings and site visits (which if you know us and our whacky availability, is no small feat!), she built an outstanding vendor-venue timeline detailing every minute of when things were arriving/departing, and when Sean and I needed to be participating in certain events. Let me tell you - BRIDE BRAIN IS A REAL THING. Without her guidance, this night would’ve looked a lot different. So grateful for her and her assistant’s help every step of the way. She turned our dream into a larger than life reality, creating an unforgettable atmosphere for us and our guests. We can’t thank or recommend her enough. Cheers to you, Kandace!!! We love you!!!

Kandace was such a pleasure to work with! Working with Kandace was like having an additional big sister helping you out for your big day! I relied on her experience for guidance and advice on a number of different details. She is very professional and organized! She handled the timeline, was in contact with all the vendors and she also ran the wedding rehearsal. On the day of our wedding, our seating chart had not been delivered so I sent a digital copy to several guests so that everyone could help everyone find their seats. Without being asked to, Kandace printed out several copies of the chart and put them in stands and placed them where all the guests could see. I don’t know why I hadn’t thought of that but she is someone who thinks ahead and takes initiative! She also helped with the ceremony decor, making sure our flower girls stayed on the right path and even reminded me to put my veil on right before I walked out! (Definitely would have forgotten to wear it) I would recommend Kandace to anyone who wants a stress free wedding day!

I cannot recommend Kandace’s services enough. She was hard working, professional and calm throughout the entire process of planning our wedding and the day-of coordination. We booked Event Day Coordination services for our small wedding at Station House in St. Pete, and it made our day perfect. Kandace touched base with us regularly in the months leading up to our wedding, and went above and beyond day-of to ensure that my husband and I could fully enjoy our day, free of worry. We are so grateful to Kandace and her team for helping us execute our wedding flawlessly. Kandace served as our professional wedding consultant and wedding day coordinator. I first interacted with Kandace's event planning skills from the nonprofit conference and event planning world and was incredibly impressed with her ability to excellently plan and implement 1000+ person week-long conferences multiple times a year. Getting to know her wedding planning abilities has been even more of a joy. Kandace is a gifted event planner with a heart for the people she is serving with her skills and takes great care to ensure the event is tailored to the couple and special for them. Kandace has a unique mind that seems to be creatively designed for seeing events in a unique way that makes the events she plans some of the most thoughtful I've ever seen. Frequently while we've been planning work events together or during the planning of my wedding she'll mention an idea or ask a question to have me consider a different option and I'm constantly saying, "I didn't think of that, that's a great idea!" I hadn't thought much of what I wanted for my wedding one day, and Kandace's questions help draw out what I do want and then her ideas make it even better. Kandace is great at coordinating all of the details and vendors all at the same time, has a great demeanor, is assertive but calm when things are going haywire, and is just plain fun. I've been enjoying the wedding planning process with Kandace and it's making a special time even more special. I highly recommend her!
