Absolutely terrible. Rick is Misogynistic and rude. Called me difficult and to speak to my husband. The day of it wasn’t too bad, Got the first photo though and my husband had lipstick all over, the pose was awkward and the editing was blown out. Which is fine, except that Ricks customer service was atrocious. I’ve honestly never even experienced customer service that misogynistic before. He started by telling me to take a breath and “not freak out”, then told me he didn’t see anything wrong with the picture. I kept telling him that we can start with the fact that my husbands lips had lipstick and he just kept telling me that he doesn’t see it. Then on a second phone call, where I did not curse, did not yell, simply asked for the raws because I didn’t trust them anymore (mainly because of the way he treated me), he told me I was difficult and aggressive and if he could “speak to my husband”. Genuinely the worst customer service I’ve experienced ever, I’ve never even left reviews before this. And all this to say that those were my wedding photos so I am devastated

K & R Photography were amazing they were super friendly, professional and they make my husband and I comfortable in front of the camara, they definitely went the extra mile to make sure we had a special day. I recommend them 100%

I could not have asked for better photographers for our wedding! Kimberly and Rick are two of the sweetest people I have ever met. They fit right in with our friends and family which made us all feel at ease in front of the camera. They went above and beyond in creating a memorable experience. If you're looking for photographers, do yourself a favor and hire them! You won't regret it.

There was no communication between them and us about what type of pictures we wanted. They made assumptions about us that were incorrect and resulted in bad pictures. During our engagement shoot, they gave very little direction, which resulted in pictures of us standing awkwardly. The edits that they did to our photos looked like they could have been done on a smartphone. The communication that we did have with them was unprofessional. They were not willing to take criticism and blamed us for the photos being bad. We have since canceled our contract with them for our wedding day. They were very aggressive and rude when the topic of money came up and refused to return any part of our deposit for the wedding. This was after we had given them a gift card as a token of goodwill to pay for their gas to get to the engagement shoot which we did not have to do. They didn't seem to care about us. They only seemed to care about the money we were paying them. Overall terrible experience
