Andy was the DJ at our wedding this past weekend and he was awesome! First, he traveled outside the metro area (for a nominal extra fee), he played music and provided microphones ...
for our outdoor ceremony, he brought a killer lighting system and the music he played at the reception kept everyone on the dance floor for hours. He is also a super nice guy with a great sense of humor so he makes the planning phase fun and easy. He was also very comfortable with the fact that we are a same-sex couple and that made all of the difference. Thanks, Andy, for making our wedding the best day ever!
DJ Andy was great to work with and did an excellent job at my wedding. We sent him a list of requested songs a few days before the wedding and he had all of them ready for wedding ...
day. Played everything off of our list but did a great job of picking which songs to play when. The dance floor was constantly filled with guest having a great time. Andy was great at keeping the wedding going and came to find me when it was time for cake cutting, bouquet toss, garter toss etc. I wasn't sure how everything was supposed to go and he helped us get everything done very smoothly, great job Andy! Thanks for making our wedding unforgettable :)
Not worth the money. I told the DJ TONS of popular country songs we wanted him to play and he kept playing tacky old music that was not our style. Finally after my groom firmly tol...
d him to play new country he did. The DJ had a terrible attitude also, he wasn't fun and didn't get the crowd excited.
Andy and his crew kept the music flowing the entire night. Our kids sang 2 seperate songs and he was fully prepared when it came time for them to sing. He took requests and worke...
d from a previously prepared song list. His pre-Wedding worksheet took all the guess work out of the reception. Super great communication leading up to the event and really let us taylor the music to our event taste.
I was referred by a friend who knows Andy. He was excellent when we met with him & very thorough. However, he was unable to DJ our wedding himself as planned due to family reas...
ons. I was assured his "best" guy was going to be there & make things great. His replacement was organized, quiet in the mic, didn't really announce anything in the schedule my wedding planned shied him (no one knew we were cutting the cake), played the wrong song for my father/daughter dance, and took an absurd number of smoke breaks. Andy handled the news of this very professionally and issued us a partial refund, but I'm still sad about it.
Andy was very nice to work with. He was easy to contact, answered all of our questions thoroughly & quickly and was a general pleasure to work with.
He brought an assistant t...
o our reception & they set up all of their audio equipment & lighting themselves (no extra fees).
They covered all announcements we had requested & made an effort to play songs to please the guests / keep them dancing.
