Bruce Kaplan was incredible easy to work with. Kaplan Catering provided our food, linens, china, hors d'oeuvres, service and bar service. He was reasonably priced and very personable. I felt comforted by how great him and his staff were. I would recommend Kaplan Catering to anyone for large or small events. I had many food restrictions and he provided an incredible meal for a very reasonable price.
