from a day-of photographer. She was very communicative in the weeks and months leading up to the wedding--the photography was one of the few things I did not have to worry about as the date approached! She was also able to help us get connected to some other great vendors, because we were clueless. Our wedding was in December, and although it was >40 degrees with very high winds, Kara stood outside for hours taking beautiful pictures while the rest of us took turns going outside for five minutes at a time. She is definitely hard working! We also ordered the photo album from her, which was very well designed, and Kara included us in the process which we appreciated. We also got access to our full photo collection online very quickly, which included more than 1000 photos. Thanks Kara!

ots of pictures done prior to the ceremony as we requested, which worked out great. She adjusted perfectly to our vibe, and took pictures at our own pace. She got some amazing shots during the ceremony, and the three of us had some time alone after the ceremony to capture some post-ceremony moments. During the reception, she blended into the party almost entirely; however, she was almost always within earshot to capture a special, candid moment if we needed her. Would highly recommend Kara!

She was reasonably priced, especially compared to some prices I have seen for other wedding photographers in the area. She also happily customized the package she provided for us, offering many potential options and working with our budget. Kara was incredibly easy to collaborate with and was consistently available for questions and or concerns when needed. She promptly responded to emails and phone calls. We received numerous compliments from guests about how kind, welcoming and laid back she was at all of our events. They enjoyed getting to know and being photographed by her as much as we did. My husband and I especially enjoyed all of the time we spent with Kara. She was a calming, organized and incredibly fun person to share such special days and memories with. The quality and quantity of our pictures went beyond our expectations. My husband and I love our pictures. Each one perfectly captures the emotions and moments of each occasion.
