Kara was so amazing from start to finish! She did both our engagement photos and our wedding photos. She helped to make us feel comfortable and ourselves in front of the camera. All of the photos were beautiful and truly captured the feeling of the day. I cannot recommend Kara enough. She is wonderful!

Kara was absolutely wonderful. Not only are her photographs breathtakingly beautiful and made us feel like our best selves, but she went above and beyond to help us in any way possible, not just with photography. I recall a moment where none of my bridesmaids were anywhere to be found, but Kara was on the ground helping me get mud off my dress. She was so flexible about scheduling and very supportive. She was one of the easiest parts of the entire wedding planning process, and it was such a joy to meet and work with her! Highly recommend!

I am a mamma, a wife, a knitter, a baker and a sunshine chaser. I love being a photographer and capturing special moments and memories for others. I specialize in weddings & portraits. I started out in the wedding business assisting for many wonderful photographers and honing my skills. I have been shooting weddings for 10 years. for my budget. And our day of experience was exactly what I wanted. Kara is very low-key and did not overpose or stage us -- I knew she would make my husband and I feel comfortable. Our friends all agreed, it was the most relaxing, low-key wedding photo experience any of us had ever had. The photos were ready for me when I got back from my honeymoon and they looked beautiful.

ed out just how we imagined and she perfectly captured our big day. We really wanted a specific, soft, vintage look for our pictures and Kara respected that wish. She met with us multiple times to make sure the timeline of our day was in place. She was extremely helpful the day of the wedding, she was prepared for anything, and she had excellent spur of the moment ideas for shots!
