the photos turned out beautiful. The day before our wedding, I was nervous that our contracted time wouldn't be enough to capture all of the fun at our reception. I texted Kara in a bit of a panic and she was more than happy to extend her time at the venue by a few hours to ease my worries. I would recommend her in a heartbeat!

’t have the flowers sorted yet. Even though it wasn’t her responsibility, Kara helped me find ideas for the centerpieces, which ultimately worked out beautifully.. on the day of the wedding, she arrived early at the hotel with her assistant, and was very discerning with the photos she took all day. She got our families and friends organized at the venue for portraits, and took a ton of candid shots of the guests, during the day with plenty of light, and during the evening in low light. They all turned out exactly as we wanted. I can’t wait to see the album!! I highly recommend her, and will hopefully be working with her again in the future for other big events.

Not having a lot of experience with having our photos taken (aside from the selfies we do ourselves), my husband and I didn't really know what to do with ourselves in front of the camera and Kara helped guide us to feel comfortable and confident on our big day. She captured so many great moments that I will treasure forever and she met with us 4-5 times leading up to our wedding to make sure we were all on the same page with the kind of style and photos we wanted. She is incredibly passionate about her job and understands how big a role she plays when photographing a wedding. trying to juggle a lot at the time. She was always so upbeat and positive. We had a smaller, more intimate wedding and we wanted the focus on our family and friends that we there to celebrate with us. She did a wonderful job capturing everyone in our celebration. While we did our couple and wedding party photos she was so focused on us, we felt like we were the only people who mattered. She was wonderful, I can't rave enough about her and her abilities. Kara took vague descriptions of what was in my head and brought it to life beyond my expectations. Neither my fiancé and I felt comfortable in front of the camera but Kara made it so easy and fun it felt like my fiancé and I were on a date. She's very affordable, fun, and great at what she does!
