really stood out to me as a customer: 1. The initial proposal and design meeting-- Kara's proposal was significantly more thoughtful and comprehensive than anything else I saw (or my friends and peers have ever seen) from a wedding florist. The initial proposal included hand drawn sketches of ideas we had discussed in our initial consult as well as a comprehensive summary of everything we'd need to have our ideas come to life 2. In house signage services-- The ability to work with one less vendor, particularly when deep in the wedding planning process, felt like a huge win, and the signs Connor created were beautiful. When I arrived to our consult he had already pulled in fonts and shapes from our invites, and was able to make the colors flow with our florals with little guidance from me. Finally, they recycle the signage backing, replacing only the lettering for each client, not only limiting cost but also keeping their products sustainable. 3. Flexibility in additions/changes-- When I had to change my tent the week of my wedding, I asked Kara if we could add a greenery chandelier. She was not only able to accommodate a last minute change, but absolutely knocked it out of the park. While there will always be limitations to what's possible, I appreciate the flexibility and understanding from their team The photos attached are just a small glimpse of what they did for us-- we were so obsessed!
