e greeting with smiles and we began the search for the perfect diamond ring for me. We ended up buying the ring same day because I fell in love with what I saw at Karats. Give them a visit and you will see for your self.

nk you Elle for making it happen.

ithin our planned budget. My ring turned out to be beautiful and exactly what we were imagining! We will definitely get all of our jewelry from Karats from now on!

ds after the experience I was given. Thanks Elle and Andy.

ce. I cant even explain how comfortable it felt going over all the different rings they had, within 5 minutes of sitting down and seeing all the variety they offer i knew i had chose the right place. Not to mention no other store we went to offered wine and whiskey. All in all i would give it a 10/10 and a must for anyone looking for the right engagement ring and wedding band.

I was looking for!

amazing deal 👌🏼 Highly recommend!!!

our expectations.

to get our wedding band here as well! We are so happy with their cleaning services and the hospitality they have to offer!

f helped me find what I was looking for and I couldn't be happier! I will continue to recommend. Thank you Karats!

You guys rock and you absolutely the best around. You made her a happy girl and me a happy guy. We love everything about your store from selection to service to personal care. I am glad we found you.

This was my first and last stop when it came to looking at engagement rings for my then girlfriend. I came in with a few ideas of what I was wanting and from there Andy and his staff helped me pick the perfect ring to propose with. By the end, I felt confident in my decision and that I was getting the best quality ring possible. Andy and his staff are very knowledge and they explain thoroughly in detail about the process and make sure you are comfortable with your decision. When I proposed to my fiancé, the ring was too big but when we went into Karats the staff were more than helpful in helping us send the back in to get resized (free of charge!) The high quality of service at Karats is second to none and we knew we would be going back to them to purchase our wedding bands! With planning a proposal, there are a lot of hard decisions to make, but do yourself a favor and pick Karats as your jeweler because that will be the easiest decision you can make!! Thanks Karats for your help during this process and we will continue going back to them for all our future purchases!

al and stress-free.

ul every time we go in and they are so knowledgeable about their jewelry. Everyone has been so personable and so professional. From the minute we walked in there the first time, I knew that’s where I would find my ring. You absolutely do not get the same service anywhere else. Thank you, thank you, thank you to Andy and his team! You guys have been awesome!

s.

erragio ring with Andy's help and I couldn't be happier! We also purchased our Verragio wedding bands from Karats too. I highly recommend Karats to anyone looking for superb customer service and high quality designer jewelry. They also have the largest watch selection in the area as well! Great place to go for all your jewelry needs!

o everyone.

yellow diamond and refer everyone here.

k at the other jewelry stores. Others only have a small shelf or corner of men's rings. I was told that Karats had a "pretty nice" selection of men's bands...pretty nice is most definitely an understatement! They have the widest selection of men's rings I've even seen! My fiance was like a kid in a candy store over the choice of bands and the watch selection...he loves watches! So regarding our experience, first, Andy is AMAZING to work with! We wanted to stay within a budget and Andy showed us endless beautiful options. We were probably there for two hours, at least. Andy was extremely attentive, understanding, enthusiastic and super pleasant to work with. He's not your typical pushy saleman at all. He really listened to us and by the time we left, we were all like family! Alex is a joy to work with, she's a sweetheart. I would come in to make a payment and we'd chat about everything (I will be making sure my bridesmaids have lipstick close by during the processional thanks to Alex Hahaha)! We've talked about our families, wedding plans, the future...all the things!! smile emoticon:) Drew, oh sorry, Drewlicious (inside joke) is a joy! I don't think Drew is ever upset! He's like a burst of energy that just makes you happy to be around him. He's so attentive and excited to be there for us! Also, if you need a self esteem boost or fashion advice, Drew is your guy!! Xoxo We stopped by yesterday to make our final payment on our rings. Our dads came with us and they were immediately impressed with everything I've mentioned above and the fact that Andy offered beverages of their choice! Hahaha! Anyway, you won't be sorry if you go to Karats. It's an upscale establishment with a nice "homey" feel -- not stuffy or pretentious at all. You will have an outstanding experience, you will laugh and enjoy yourself...AND get some beautiful jewelry! No need to go anywhere else...seriously, don't waste your time, GO TO KARATS!!

i engagement ring and band. Thank you for going above and beyond to provide quality service and for giving me the ring of my dreams!

rom there he took me on an educational journey that lasted a couple of months and was never pressured to purchase anything at any time. I took a look at many other stores in the area but something about my experience with Drew brought me back to Karats, so from there, I had Drew help me from becoming a total ring beginner to someone that picked out the perfect ring for his fiance. He takes into account exactly what you're looking for and constantly reassures you that he will help find you the perfect setting, diamond, and full ring for the woman of your dreams. Drew was there every step of the way and was very quick to answer any questions that I had. Overall, I couldn't thank Drew and Karats enough for the assistance they gave me through the ring learning and buying process. I highly recommend Drew for anyone in the market for a ring.

fantastic ring buying experience as he helped guide us to the perfect engagement ring and wedding band. I'll be visiting him again for future jewelry purchases.

im no way I was signing. He became very rude, and I finally left. Never going back.

n i found Karats. Andy has made this shopping experience the best I've ever had, even if it was all virtual. Karats helped me make the most optimum use of my budget and found me a beautiful Tacori ring. I usually never shop online but with karats I wasnt one bit nervous about making one of my most expensive purchases. Andy is the most committed and trustworthy businessman i have come across and above all he respects the customers tastes and requirements. They went above and beyond to have the ring sent to india where i will soon collect it! Can't wait to put it on.

sting, you have to stray away from big box retailers. I whittled it down to three main boutique jewelers, but Karats was the first to make the experience as gracious and amicable as humanly possible. Each other boutique either eventually succumbed to their bias need to make the sale, or to the belief that because I did not buy their most expensive ring offered me, I wasn't a real buyer - therefore, did not deserve any more time. The people at Karats were gracious, and inviting, and stuck out the entirety of my unique vision for what I wanted, and what I needed; they never let me out of their capable hands. The salesperson, Elle, was the one to facilitate the entire process for me. She discovered what I wanted, and belayed my concerns in the most accommodating way. Even though my order was a tad peculiar, and custom in many ways, Elle, went above and beyond. My ring had issues, and, Andy - the owner - was as accommodating and professional as a person could be - the proposal was perfect, thanks to, Karats. There is a real concern for the customer, and strive for attaining the optimal experience at Karats that is seemingly unheard of at the other establishments. Even after the issues, the staff and owner have been nothing but gracious and accommodating. I will be returning for more pieces very soon. You should stop by, and ask for, Elle, or, Dru. You will not be amiss.

ere very understanding of my budget. The employee that helped me was Elle and she was very knowledgable and helpful. I was very pleased with her patience, I looked at several different diamonds and rings and she worked hard to help me! I would definitely recommend them!
