They have the widest selection of men's rings I've even seen! My fiance was like a kid in a candy store over the choice of bands and the watch selection...he loves watches! So regarding our experience, first, Andy is AMAZING to work with! We wanted to stay within a budget and Andy showed us endless beautiful options. We were probably there for two hours, at least. Andy was extremely attentive, understanding, enthusiastic and super pleasant to work with. He's not your typical pushy saleman at all. He really listened to us and by the time we left, we were all like family! Alex is a joy to work with, she's a sweetheart. The people at Karats were gracious, and inviting, and stuck out the entirety of my unique vision for what I wanted, and what I needed; they never let me out of their capable hands. The salesperson, Elle, was the one to facilitate the entire process for me. She discovered what I wanted, and belayed my concerns in the most accommodating way. Even though my order was a tad peculiar, and custom in many ways, Elle, went above and beyond. My ring had issues, and, Andy - the owner - was as accommodating and professional as a person could be - the proposal was perfect, thanks to, Karats. There is a real concern for the customer, and strive for attaining the optimal experience at Karats that is seemingly unheard of at the other establishments. Even after the issues, the staff and owner have been nothing but gracious and accommodating. I will be returning for more pieces very soon. You should stop by, and ask for, Elle, or, Dru. You will not be amiss.

Two of the associates kept me busy checking out other jewelry while the owner, Andy, discussed diamonds and budget with my fiance. We had an absolutely fantastic experience. My fiance loved the owner and said he worked with our budget. Andy made the experience go really smoothly, especially because picking out the perfect engagement ring can be kind of stressful for men! They even called my fiance a few weeks after he purchased the ring, because they'd gotten a better diamond in that was still comparable in price to what he was looking for - he went in and ended up exchanging the original center stone for the one I got! I was so excited. I especially loved that all the jewelry in Karats is customizable - if you wanted the look of diamonds but had a lower budget, you could get white sapphires. Or if you wanted rubies, emeralds, etc. you can have it! He and I both had a fantastic experience at Karats and can't wait to go back to get the matching wedding band.

Andy pulled the 6 rings I had found on the website, and a few that were very similar. He was very down to earth and gave me histories of the various brands. He then asked what I was looking for and kept pulling rings until I was completely happy. I am someone who will always find a fault in any product I try to buy, but Andy didn't seem to mind as he kept pulling rings until the perfect one was found. I got a ring that I never thought I could afford, everyone that sees it is speechless. My fiancee can't stop staring at it and that makes it all worth it. Of all the stores I have went to, this was hands down the best. The staff sends emails every few days to keep you updated. They also seem to care about the details behind the occasion for the purchase, like you are family to them and not a dollar sign. I am glad I listened to my friend and checked out this store instead of looking at how far away it was. For the service and quantity of upper tier jewelry, I would gladly drive any distance.

Our experience was great, Andy was the first person we talked with and he stayed with us throughout the whole process, until I picked up the ring. He discussed several styles with my fiance and then talked budget with me separately. We found the perfect ring and it arrived on schedule. It looks great and fit her finger perfect. I did some price comparing (although its hard to match exactly), and I think you get more for your money at Karats, rather than the other places in town. I think it was a great deal, and our overall experience was fantastic. Our wedding is next June so we have not bought my wedding ring yet, Karats is the only place I would go, strictly based on trust with Andy. He has our future business and we highly recommend Karats.

More so, the prices were very comparable, and mostly lower than the competitors. He worked with us so many hours, in person as well as over email and phone and so on. It is very personal experience, as he keeps track of everything for you, including regular updates on where the ring is at in the process. Last but not the least, Andy has a great sense of humor and at same time carries a decency of great businessman, who will make you have a lifetime experience for a lifetime process such as engagement rings, or wedding band or even men's band.. We got all three from him! Everything looks stunning, and most importantly my life partner is so happy :)

They offered us complimentary wine, champagne or water if we would like it. I spent at least twenty minutes with a sales woman who was not pushy. She suggested different styles based on what I said I was looking for and gave me a wide variety to choose from. The styles I saw at Karats were unlike any rings I had seen throughout the day. I ultimately fell in love with a unique pear shaped Vanna K ring. It stole my heart. It was unique and everything I never knew I even wanted. Karats worked with my now fiance to customize the ring so it was affordable for us and didn't pressure us to purchase that day. My fiance did of course go back and purchase the ring of my dreams and we will also be purchasing our wedding bands from Karats. I was in there just today after a fluke super glue accident.
