Karen is an amazing photographer! She makes getting your pictures taken fun and enjoyable. She is very easy going and communicates well throughout the whole session/wedding. Our wedding went very smoothly and we are very happy with her work!

I have only AMAZING things to say about Karen! We had changed some things just the week before the wedding and Karen was all for it, she is VERY flexible! She was never rude or snappy but always smiling and influencing us to do what we wanted. Karen was so great to work with! Karen was an absolute superstar at our wedding. She and her 2nd shooter did an incredible job capturing our wedding day and all of our most important moments. She was able to seamlessly navigate through all the chaos of a wedding day and get every shot we wanted. She even stayed half an hour late to capture our sparkler sendoff. From the getting ready pictures to the ceremony and reception, the results were amazing too. THE BEST PHOTOGRAPHER EVER! Karen came with us for our destination wedding and we couldn't recommend her enough!! She photographed a few of my friends wedding and I loved how their pictures turned out and they has such great things to say about her so I knew I wanted her to shoot our wedding and I'm so happy she did!! She made us feel so comfortable! My husband isn't big into taking a lot of pictures but she made it so fun for the both of us! She captured us and our relationship perfectly! She has such great energy and knows exactly what she's doing! We couldn't be happier with our photos! I had specific photos and props I wanted to use and she made sure she got exactly what I wanted! We went from taking pictures along the beach (even some in the ocean!), up steep hills, on the edge of cliffs, and everything in between the ceremony to the reception and she went above and beyond to get the absolute best pictures! We've received nonstop complements on all of our photos! She was also very helpful throughout the whole trip! She fixed one of my shoes that broke, she fixed my hair multiple times, she helped my husband and his groomsmen with their boutonnieres, and even helped me with some issues I had with my dress! She does it all! She made the whole process very smooth and easy! She was easy to communicate with when we were planning and got back to us very quickly! She was upfront and honest every step of the way! Our wedding party and guests absolutely loved her as well! Karen was absolutely AMAZING. She did our engagement shoot in February in the snow in Minnesota, hiking all over a state park with us. Our wedding day was perfection! Karen and her second shooter, Amy, were just amazing. She is so easy to work with, gives good directions and tells you exactly what she needs for each shot. We have the most gorgeous wedding pictures from Stillwater, MN. We just ordered our wedding album, and had the hardest time deciding what pictures to include!

Words cannot truly describe Karen and her incredible talent. When were introduced to Karen via our wedding planner we were living remotely in Texas. Karen was so accommodating and when we had a spare moment to get back to Minnesota she worked with our schedule to complete our engagement photos. Karen is amazing! We were in a wedding last September for our friends where she did the photography. Karen has been amazing to work with! We initially hired her for our planned 2020 wedding...that didn't quite go as planned, but Karen rolled with the punches and was very accommodating in photographing our small family ceremony in 2020 and then our bigger reception on July 24th, 2021. I can't say enough good things about Karen and her 2nd shooter. We have told everyone we know that the photographer ended up being the most important person we hired (along with the band) for the wedding. After being rescheduled 3 times due to Covid Karen agreed to travel 5 hours to Wisconsin for us. She was so cheerful and all the wedding party loved her. She made every minute fun and she kept everything on track. I am super organized but Karen was amazing: She had things happening that I was not even aware of, kept everyone on schedule and captured every special moment of the day and night. The photos are exceptional, she had a little fun video out in less than 24 hours and the entire 1000's of photos available right after the event. I loved that she not only got the typical photos but many captured moments that are my favorite. I wouldn't consider any other photographer if I host another wedding. She is so fun and professional and talented. If there were 10 stars I would have chosen that!

Finding a wedding photographer can be the most stressful vendor to secure. If your caterer is subpar it might “ruin” the reception, but it won’t be remembered in a year. But your wedding photographer, they have the biggest responsibility – to capture your big day and document the memories. Their work will be shown to your current family and future family down the road. Any stress I had in finding a wedding photographer MELTED away the minute I met Karen for a coffee consult. She was so outgoing and professional. She’s been in the business a while and has seen what works and what doesn’t. It was so comforting to have her ask questions about our wedding day – some we knew the answers to and some we didn’t. She made sure we were thinking through the details of the day so that she would know where to be and when so she could capture the moment. DAY OF: We were married in December 2019. Our wedding day started with a no travel advisory and the iciest roads this Minnesotan has ever seen. Many of our vendors were late (but not Karen, she’s magic!) and we quickly became off schedule. Karen rolled with it and still was able to fit in all of the photos we wanted. Nothing can phase her! She’s efficient and quality oriented. She noticed that I had blinked (go figure) in most of my immediate family photos and quickly grabbed myself, my husband, and my family after the ceremony to make retake a couple shots to ensure we had *good* pictures to share for years to come. I could go on and on about how marvelous Karen and her team are. But I think you should get in on the action too. Schedule a consult! You will not be disappointed.
