ntire budget, which is exactly what we found (and more!) in Kari. Although our wedding was in Colorado, my husband and I don't live there, complicating the planning process, plus my husband has a different work schedule every month. Kari and Kyle were incredible at working with our busy work and travel schedule to accommodate us for an engagement session - which they did in the mountains in the middle of January when it was freezing and they never complained or seemed uncomfortable. I don't know how they did it and I am forever grateful not only for their ability to keep us smiling through the cold, but for being super efficient in their photography skills to get the shots we need in a timely manner so we didn't freeze to death. I'm extremely impressed with Kari's ability to find the best shot. She has such a great eye for what will make an incredible back drop, plus she can get a great picture of even the least photogenic people on the planet. Kari and Kyle teach you how to pose in a very unposed way, so you're not going in to this blind by any means. Kari is with you every step of the way and really works with your vibe. She is so fun to talk to and asks all of the right questions to make sure you get everything you want in both your engagement and wedding sessions. She is an expert at spotting and capturing the small details which make reflecting on the day incredibly special. I can't stress enough how important it is to have a wedding photographer who is very knowledgable in their craft. Kari essentially put together our entire day-of schedule, plus she was so relaxed and calm when I started to stress that we were going off schedule due to some people running late. Kari and Kyle expertly made up for lost time and it never felt like the process was rushed. They were so kind and accommodating with us wanting to have our psycho dogs in several of the pictures, plus were so game to run with a couple of crazy ideas we had such as wearing onesies during our engagement session and doing a fake first look with our best man. They're prepared for everything and are always thinking 10 steps ahead. With Kari and Kyle, you're getting two photographers for the price of one, giving you different angles and ensuring nothing goes uncaptured. One of the most incredible aspects of this photography duo is how you never notice them during the wedding. It's crazy. I was introduced to Kari and Kyle at a friends wedding they were shooting and not once during the ceremony did I notice them. They were never in the way or distracting from the wedding, yet still got the most incredible shots. Kari and Kyle made our wedding day so incredibly special and I cannot thank them enough for that. In addition to being great photographers, these two are extremely fun to be around. They're so easy to talk to and their energy is contagious. You seriously can't go wrong booking these two as your photographers!
