Despite my giving him very little to work with, he was always responsive and provided ideas for how different colors could play off of each other. His feedback played a major role in helping me lock down the final aesthetic of my wedding. He was also super flexible and happy to update the proposal as we adjusted our visions across the final months. Plus, everything was super reasonably priced. I can't recommend him enough!

I had to change our Wedding date due to the pandemic, Bryan was beyond supportive and accommodating. Bryan has a vision for floral design, and creates the most magical arrangements. Our flowers were even more stunning than we could have imagined. Bryan and I discussed our mutual love for Disney in the very early stages of Wedding planning. I was completely speechless when Bryan added a hidden mickey pin in my bridal bouquet on the day of my Wedding! We can't thank Bryan and Karin's Florist enough!

t would likely be Karin’s. However, when we had our initial meeting with their Creative Director Bryan that is what absolutely sold me. Before our meeting they asked for any details we had about our wedding, including any pinterest pages we created. At the time, I had an idea of colors I liked and had pinned similar things. However, it wasn’t until I met with Bryan that he was able to pinpoint the deco inspired theme that I was interested in and within minutes pull out pictures of flowers and inspiration he envisioned. His creativity was so inspiring and I felt absolutely excited for what was to come. Bryan and the rest of the team at Karin’s worked with us to make sure we had everything covered and so that we could stay within a reasonable budget. We had a follow up meeting a few months before the wedding where Bryan shared examples of what he was planning, which was very comforting to see it in person before the big day. They were flexible with us when we added a few things last minute that we had not though about, and they didn’t hesitate to go above and beyond for what we wanted. To really complete the deco inspired black, white, and gold theme, Bryan designed my bouquet to be all white flowers, with the Stephanopoulos flower (similar to my name) where he glued pearls inside the center of the flowers. This was beyond my wildest dream. To compliment the gold accent of our wedding, he spray painted leaves and used them as an accent for my bouquet and the décor in our chuppah and throughout the venue. They also were willing to have both tall and shorter centerpieces for the table, utilizing the amazing black and gold vases Karin’s has for events. Finally, they worked with us to add flowers to the cake, which we didn’t decide to do till the last minute. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for anything better. They were professional, accommodating, and completely made the event spectacular! Bryan is a creative genius and I am so thankful he made my dream flowers that I didn’t even realize were my dream come true!

an at Karin’s Florist several times throughout the planning process. He was nothing but wonderful and he had amazing ideas. Sadly, the flowers were a huge disappointment. Luckily, the reception and ceremony flowers were absolutely gorgeous. They turned out exactly how I imagined and how we discussed with Bryan. Our wedding colors were navy and gold, with accents of white and blush. We discussed arrangements of white and blush flowers with greenery. He arranged pieces on each side of the altar, and gorgeous tall centerpieces for our reception tables. When we had met in person, I showed Bryan a picture of my wedding dress, and he said “wow. That’s a statement dress." We discussed a bridal bouquet that was not cascade or round, but a hand-tied look, with calla lilies, blush and white roses, and greenery to add volume. I asked for the bridesmaid bouquets to be blush and white as well. The groomsmen boutonnieres were to be blush. Despite these conversations, the wedding party flowers, and my bouquet were a complete disaster. The bridesmaid bouquets were hot pink. The groomsmen calla lily boutonnieres were magenta. My bouquet was small and round, with all white flowers, and some small, ugly red flowers added in. In addition to there being no blush in my bouquet, there was greenery to add volume. The bridal bouquet was so underwhelming, that the bridesmaid bouquets looked like nothing. When the flowers were delivered, my mom was convinced they were for a different wedding. When I saw my bridal bouquet I asked my mom, “is this a joke?” My bouquet is all I see in my photos of me walking down the aisle. In addition to the wedding party flowers not matching my wedding color scheme, the flowers were delivered one full hour late, which delayed our meticulously scheduled wedding day timeline. Bryan claimed that he had 3:00 p.m., in his notes, even though I had an e-mail saved that confirmed a 2:00 p.m. delivery. He also had a paper copy of the itinerary from our last in person meeting, which indicated at 2:00 p.m. delivery. My dress had sparkles throughout the entire fabric, so Bryan had a wonderful idea to add crystal bling to the centerpiece at our sweetheart table. It simply wasn't there. He said he just forgot. This is just plain sloppy. I was shocked at the lack of attention to detail on my wedding day. The second reason that this florist is getting 2 stars, instead of 1, is that my mom met with Bryan and the shop owner after the wedding, and they refunded her money for the wedding party flowers and for my bouquet. They made a lot of excuses for the mistakes, like the color of flowers came in darker than expected. If that was the case, my mom or I should have received a phone call prior to the wedding. We did not. In fact, my mom spoke with Bryan the day before the wedding to give him delivery instructions. He never mentioned the change in color of the flowers. It almost felt like Bryan decided to change to the colors, because he felt like it. He told my mom the red flowers in my bridal bouquet were his favorite. Does it matter what the florist’s favorite flowers are, when the bride didn’t ask for that? I don't think so. If you care about attention to detail and your florist listening to you, I urge you to find a different florist for your wedding.

He is very knowledgeable and gives his honest opinion on if your choices will work and offers alternatives when needed. As someone who knows nothing about flowers, I really appreciated this. We went back and forth many times over email and he responded within a timely fashion each time. I am so happy we went with them and even happier with how our flowers turned out. They were seasonal, fresh, and arrived right on time. We had no issues with delivery which made the morning stress-free! I 100% recommend them!

The large arrangement for the place card table was also amazing. So many guests commented about the flowers throughout the night and asked who did them. Overall, we couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience with Karin's Florist, working with Bryan, and the final product and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!

amazing too, but I asked for all cream colored flowers for theirs and they were full of wine and yellow. I also told him we switched the guys color to black from navy and he still wrapped the bridesmaids bouquets in navy. I feel silly complaining because they looked so nice, but I just felt like he didn't completely pay attention to everything I was asking for. I had also specified on the phone that I wanted wrist corsages for the moms and it was never updated on the final contract and I didn't catch it, needless to say we had to put pins in these expensive dresses, just something to remember for other brides. The other thing I wasn't crazy about is the ribbon on the parents corsages/boutonnieres, they looked like Christmas ribbon. So I would definitely recommend deciding on the ribbon color before hand. Overall, the flowers were beautiful, but I wish he paid more attention to me because he is talented.

He seemed thrilled to be part of the big day and every arrangement was meticulous. He was even familiar with the venue and offered to ensure the arbor saw some extra love while he was putting up the arrangements on it since it is well worn.

I knew without a doubt that he would make all the bouquets and centerpieces perfect. On the day of the wedding, I was blown away with just how beautiful everything turned out. I would go back to Karin's in a heartbeat and I recommend them to anyone. I had a few last minute changes to my order, and Bryan accommodated them easily. It was such a pleasure working with Karin's!

red nice and early which was great to not have to worry about it and they were absolutely GORGEOUS! The vases I gave them for the centerpieces ended up arriving to me smaller than anticipated (thanks internet ordering!) but what they did with them turned out so perfectly. Best of all, they were incredibly reasonably priced! If I need florals again in the area I'm definitely going through them.

I didn't have a day of coordinator but Karin's delivery and set up staff ran everything themselves so I didn't need to worry about it. I was very pleased with Karin's!

Bryan made it so easy consultation and we ended up going with them despite they were NOT the lowest quote we got (not even between the lowest 3 quotes). Since consultation, we exactly knew what flowers and colors we wanted for our event. Our colors were blue, blush/pink, coral, and gold. We also requested blue hydrangea and gardenia to be the main flowers. We also requested the least green possible since green was not one of our favorite colors. Immediately after the consultation, we received an email with the quote and breakdown of the service proposed. We decided to go with them based on the reviews we read on weddingwire.com Communications afterwards were great. We made about a monthly contact until the month of the wedding when we delivered the lanterns and the candles that were going to be the center of the our center pieces. Bryan went on vacation few days before our wedding and we were told that his associate will do an amazing job similar to Bryan's work... We were optimistic but rapidly got disappointed by the quality of the flowers delivered on our big day!!! The flowers were no where near what we wanted. They were filled with green background/fillers, yellow/green garden roses, orange carnations, and white cheap looking flowers (grocery-store quality carnations and like flowers). The blue hydrangeas were about <10% of the flowers. There were only two gardenias in the bouquet. Needless to say, there were no pink/blush colors, no coral colored flowers (except for the boutonnieres), and definitely no golden/yellow flowers!!! and these were our wedding colors!! We are disappointed with the quality of the flowers delivered. They were definitely not worth the amount we paid for them.

Bryan helped us really flesh it out. He helped us feel like our ideas would be a success, and gave us more ideas on how to make it even better. Bryan did more than give ideas though - he assured us that he would bring everything to life on the day of the wedding. And in fact, although I never saw Bryan that day, the tables looked perfect. He came himself to set up and make sure everything looked right. His actions were more than a florist, it was really a day-of decorator. When we first met him, Bryan said "if you hire me, you won't have anything to worry about. I will take care of things and bring your vision to life." And he completely fulfilled that promise.
