She is 11/10, would recommend!
Karis is absolute perfection. Tiny but mighty! She was the sole reason my wedding so amazing. We started working with her over 1.5 years ago, so we did a ton of planning together. ...
She was so organized and handled everything so seamlessly. I never had to worry about a think, she was already on top if everything. She had the best vendor recommendations and on top of that she has built great relationships in the wedding industry these vendors want to work with her and provide nothing but top tier service. The day of was a little hectic with a rain storm coming in and she was so calm and handled everything like the true professional she is. I cannot recommend Karis enough, she is hands down the best wedding planner in Colorado and far beyond. If you want a no stress wedding day, look no further Karis is your girl.
Karis was our one month coordinator and I don't know how I would have survived without her! We planned a wedding for 250 people with three bands, a large bridal party, and so many ...
moving parts and Karis pulled it off beautifully. We got many compliments that our wedding had a great flow to it and that was in no small part due to Karis' attention to detail and ability to get stuff done. Having her coordinate everything starting from a month before our wedding allowed my husband and I to enjoy the week of our wedding and our actual wedding day with our families and friends without the mental burden of logistics.
We used Karis for "partial planning" and had such a great experience working with her. We had spaced out touchpoints leading up to the wedding and Karis was great to bounce ideas o...
ff of and gave some great insights to wedding logistics that I couldn't have anticipated. Our wedding involved getting 160 guests to multiple locations on buses, so logistics became extremely important. I felt like details were about as ironed out as they could be leading into the wedding day and Karis and her team executed flawlessly. She is a great person to work with, and I was so thankful to have her throughout the planning process.
Having Karis as our wedding coordinator was the single best investment we made when planning and budgeting for our wedding. Karis was phenomenal in every way, listening to our visi...
on—recommending vendors, and ensuring every detail came together exactly as we envisioned. I cannot imagine trying to pull together the details on our own…I also do not remember any stress related to our wedding day. We would recommend Karis to anyone. She is caring, detail oriented and professional….she’s truly exceptional at what she does!

pe A person and had very specific ideas on how I wanted my wedding to be. She was patient and answered all my questions and on the wedding day brought all my visions to life. I’m know I was only able to enjoy my wedding day as much as I did because Karis was in top of every detail. We were all on schedule and things went down smoothly. I was freaking out about a possible rain and Karis even helped me to calm down and was ready to move things inside if needed. She was always calm and helpful and I can even put into words how much I appreciate everything she did for us. If you want your wedding to go perfectly, she’s your girl!

ully focus on becoming a new mom and handled all the details and communication with vendors. Her attention to detail and organizational skills are unmatched. From hand addressing all of our save the dates to being on call for all my last minute wedding planning stress moments, she just went above and beyond. She turned my vision into a reality and the entire day was perfection. Every vendor that she recommended was amazing and it seemed like she had such good relationships with tons of vendors in the wedding community. I felt like things flowed so beautifully on my wedding day. I could be completely present and enjoy myself because she was expertly taking care of all the moving pieces. Cannot recommend her enough!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Karis! She is incredibly professional, punctual, organized, and creative. We had no vision for our wedding. Karis guided us through the ...
entire process. We never felt overwhelmed. She was always very easy to reach! She fends off difficult guest/family members and shares itineraries with bridal party. Anything to lighten the load. She has great vendors at her finger tips and we took all of her recommendations. All the difficult decisions of finding vendors, Karis can do for you to include; florist, DJ, caterer, photographer/videographer, bridal shop, and hair and make up team. All of her recommendations proved to be absolutely perfect. She even came to help me pick a wedding dress! The wedding weekend was absolutely flawless even with a foot of snow that fell overnight. Karis was prepared for everything. If you are hesitant on budgeting for a planner don't be. Karis carried her weight in gold. Anyone that gets married in the front range of CO should go with Karis. Having such a professional plan our special day was the best decision we made. We can't thank her enough!!

re. If there were updates I knew right away. Her timeline was extremely detailed to the point I didn’t need to ask any questions day of. Speaking of day of she had two assistants which you hardly see anymore and it made the day seamless and stress free. If I had something I needed to do and I needed help or visa versa we had each others back. When she was asked specific questions she had the answers and there was no “I don’t knows” or “do what ever you think is right.” This was a pretty small wedding on a very snowy day in a huge venue and she made use of all the space and it looked great! From ceremony to cocktail to reception there was a perfect flow. The couple had 55,000 totes all labeled and she unpacked, did the decor, executed the wedding, and then got everything back where it belonged. During the wedding the timeline got a little off because of couples wedding photos moving a little slow but she was able to make up for the lost time and get the timeline back on track! She’s great! I recommend working with her especially at Spruce Mountain 6/5 stars

d took a lot of stress off of her couple's shoulders in the process. She made the initial contact with us on behalf of her couple, and checked in several times to make sure everything was in place leading up to the big day. She's a great advocate for her couples and a great vendor to work with behind the scenes! We have her on our preferred vendors list now, and for good reason!

short of amazing. Karis was on top of it with every single detail. She made us the perfect timeline of the day, while listening to what was important to us as a couple. She contacted all of our vendors and made she we were set and ready for our big day. She was always there to answer a text or email from the moment we booked her (which really made me feel at ease). On our big day, Karis went above and beyond all expectations!! She made everything perfect, she made sure they say ran smoothly, ran errands for us, checked in with us to make sure we were both doing okay. She quiet literally saved the day with making extra florals for us when some got forgotten. She did an amazing job on them, I told her she should also be a florist. She always made sure my husband and I had enough food and drinks. She always checked in to see if we needed a break or what she could do for us. I wish I could work with Karis every day, she truly is a dream. I would hire her again in a heartbeat 💗.

ree. She is also very well connected in the wedding world- she did a great job working with all of our vendors. Most importantly, Karis made sure that our wedding was fun and meaningful. She paid so much attention to the little details and was also open to my big crazy ideas- like riding my horse into my ceremony! No matter what your vision is, Karis will work hard to help you achieve it and by the end of the whole process will feel like a friend. We were blessed to find her!

nation micro wedding in Denver. At the time we connected, we had some of the big details figured out (venue, accommodations), but NONE of the small details were in place. Karis went straight to work to make sure we had every last detail taken care of before our February wedding. She was so easy to work with, even remotely: super organized, attentive to detail, creative, and just FUN. My husband and I actually miss our weekly chats, she felt like a friend. If you need an extra set of hands, someone who can see your vision and make it come to life, and even a listening ear through your wedding planning, Karis is THE planner you want to hire.

As soon as I met her I knew we were in good hands. We had several planning sessions and a venue walkthrough to gradually piece the day together as a team. , or they hire someone inexperienced, which can make things very stressful for fellow wedding vendors. Karis and I have worked together several times and she’s so communicative, organized and FUN! Every single wedding we’ve worked together has been so incredibly smooth and stress-free. She doesn’t just serve her couples and their families and guests extremely well, she also looks out for every single vendor she works with, communicates about the timeline long before wedding day so we’re all on the same page, and she has our backs day of and makes sure we’re ready to rock and roll before grand entrance, toasts, and all the things. Trust me when I say you NEED her! She’ll add so much more to your entire wedding planning experience.
