ce to ensure we had cold soft drinks and water, ice was never put out! Water bottles were never put out either! Truly irritating to know my family paid so much money to this lady that did nothing but scam them out of their hard working money! They paid a lot of money to have a COORDINATOR not a statue that did nothing on the day of the wedding! Please save yourself time and money and go look somewhere else! This lady is a fraud to say the least!

ilverware. After I gave her a $500 deposit, she promised to set a Zoom meeting up last July, 2 months after we had met. My wife and I finally decided to call her in October after not hearing from her at all. After we called her and talked she seemed to want to help but wanted more money. All other vendors did not mention money to us at all. We had more meetings with her finally as our wedding date got closer and closer on this past April 30 2022. We drove about 45 minutes to meet with her at the venue and went over our schedule and how we wanted things numerous times. I thought everything was set and ready to go, but of course I was wrong again.
First off she came to our rehearsal and did not pay any attention to how our ceremony was going to be. And of course when it came to our big day. I had to line all our groomsmen and bridesmaids up and ask the officiant to start the ceremony. My wife was waiting in the car for everything to start when of course we had told her what time we wanted to start the ceremony so many times.
The night before our wedding my wife and I went to meet with Karina who is contractually suppose to be our coordinator to give her chips, desserts, ice, water, sodas all to be put out after the ceremony while my wife and I went to take pictures. Also we asked dinner to be served no later than 715. We got back to the venue around 745 only to hear everyone was hungry and after our grand entrance noticed our snacks and chips were not served either. We had to tell her to bring them out and she just threw them when we had already set everything up for her. I don't know what happened to the ice and water that my brother in law helped pay for. As those never made it out. I had to tell her to dim the lights in the venue and turn on the AC because it was hot.
Our DJ had to step up and announced our first dance, bouquet toss, and garter. We missed our families toasts because we were so busy and forgot. We didn't get to do the dollar dance. Everyone left an hour earlier because the party obviously had no coordination.
We had no napkins and we paid her for all silverware. My wife and I basically had to run our party and thank goodness we had a lot of help from people that it was not even there job to do that. I'm just sad for my wife who got robbed of such an amazing party she had planned. We labeled and made everything so easy for Karina. She also lied and told other the owner and other vendors she was not the coordinator when I have the contract still in my email. She ignored guests or said she didn't know about specific things when we in fact gave her detailed instructions for everything.
I normally don't ever leave reviews but I just really had to share my bad experience with Karina. This is our wedding were going to remember forever and she certainly made our party a bad one to remember.

his . We hired Karina as our coordinator, Mc, appetizer , wedding rentals . Af first we met up with her and thought everything was going okay until the day before our wedding . We live almost 2 hours away and drove to drop off our desserts and ice for the wedding . She complained about " I don't know how many plates for table " I said fine, so my husband and I set the plates for each table . The wedding day came and things for the entrance was put out which I was happy with . That was until we left for our pictures . We were rushing back to our reception as it was almost 8pm thinking she had already had our caterer serving dinner . My husband and I get to the venue and see her outside on the phone . Everyone had empty plates and were complaing about having no water bottles or ice which was unbelievable since we had just dropped off 14 bags of ice and so many soft drink and water for our guests . She never once introduced my wedding party at all, or took care of any other given job . our DJ did her job and did so himself . Note we had written and gone over a schedule 4 TIMES with her ! My husband and I were sweating as to the A/C was not cool enough and we had ordered lighting to have our reception stand out in colors, again the lights had not been dimmed . We look over to the cake and the cake topper as well as flutes and knife set were missing, again it had even been LABELED FOR HER TO MAKE IT EASY ! Dinner began to be served and my uncle was asking for napkins which she never placed and was paid by us to do so ! She took out the napkins we had brought for our dessert table . We looked over and our dessert table had not been placed at all ! Which we had told her to put out since the start after the ceremony . She left them so unorganized and my mom as well as my caterer ( who's job was not given to do so ) went over and organized it for us . We gave her glow sticks to bring out and had to go look for her to ask for them . She said she was bringing out the cider so my husband and I were waiting as we did not have our phones to check the time and waited . What she do ? Disappear for so long . My DJ had to announce our first dance before my husband and I forgot to do it . It was so late and we missed our toasts and speeches our loved ones had prepared for us. The party ended an hour earlier and she was NO WHERE TO BE FOUND. We had to call and she ignored it, so we texted her and only then she got back . She complained about " you were taking photos " and " when I cater , I bring the plates " so we had to remind her " yes but remember we singed the contract and paid you to do so " . Honestly I just don't understand how someone can be so unprofessional and take someone's money and not do their job . You have to be evil to do so, knowing how much a wedding and trust is put into paying someone to be reliable and think they will be there to assist you . We got robbed of our money and even worst, our experience that left us so heartbroken . Even our own photographer had to run to get a plastic plate from the kitchen for our cake cutting time . It is ridiculous, to know we had to have a plastic plate when paid for a plate to be placed ! Please reconsider before you sign a contract with Karina . We do not intend this to Luis or Libby

Libby..is..my..hero ❤️ She is on top of everything! She is extremely organized, knowledgeable and the sweetest person you’ll probably ever meet. She taught me so much during this wedding planning experience. It was such a pleasure working with her.
Luis is SOO talented. He is easy to work with and has great photo ideas! He will go to great lengths to make sure your memories are unique. I am super excited to see our wedding photos.
