About this vendor
Hello! I am Karl Haglund, owner and artist/photographer at Karl Haglund Art and Photography. I am a professional wedding and portrait photographer and artist based in northern Iowa. When not using my camera, you can find me in my studio - painting.
On wedding days I like to split my time documenting your day by
A: Artistic portraits
B: Capturing candid moments.
This, I feel, leads to the best, most well-rounded gallery of your day. I document not only how everyone looks, but I also think I capture how people felt.
My goal is to tell the story of your wedding day through photos.
If you love the idea of someone documenting all those special emotional moments and you want your wedding photos to be artistic and meaningful, lets talk!
Thank you!

Karl was able to capture so much of our true personalities in our pictures without hardly even knowing us. Our Family and Friends believed that they truly showed us at our best. Karl was laid back and made us feel relaxed . We never felt rushed and he took so many pictures! We even had them in no time on a personalized flash drive.
I would absolutely recommend Karl for ANY photography. He did a wonderful job and we can't thank him enough.
