Karla Marie Events

so I was hesitant to get a coordinator, but my husband and I agree that having Karla on our planning team was the best decision we made! The peace of mind she provided alone was priceless but then add the fact that she is so meticulous and truly cares about all the little details that make your day special to YOU – AMAZING! I planned from afar and Karla made it seamless. She met with vendors and relayed very transparent and honest feedback helping me feel at ease with the decisions I was making from a different state. We hit some bumps in the planning road, and Karla managed everything efficiently and gracefully. She was always available and truly made it feel like I was planning my wedding with a friend. No one tells you how lonely and isolating the planning stage can be. Family and friends have the best intentions, but they all have their own lives happening. Whether it was logistics or just venting – I never felt alone because of Karla. She even helped me navigate some of the family dynamics (drama) that are inevitable with wedding planning! My only regret is that I did not hire Karla for the day of the wedding, since there was one provided by the venue. Karla had made sure to work with her and organized a binder for her to follow that laid out every detail we had planned. We loved our wedding, but there were definitely some details missed and I can’t help but think that wouldn’t have happened if Karla was there! Then, I found out after the wedding that Karla DID come up to the venue when it started to rain even though she was not hired to do so. She wanted to make sure the venue’s team had an appropriate plan and helped them coordinate the best plan B knowing my wishes. Absolutely above and beyond! Don’t even give it a second thought – you will not regret having Karla!
