As the mother of a bride, you want her day to be absolutely perfect, the wedding day she has always dreamed of... and Karla ensures that is exactly what you get! Every detail is executed perfectly. Karla is the consummate professional! She gave wonderful recommendations...but only after asking what my daughters vision was. I loved the way she helped walk us through the process. Karla created a mood board after our meeting so we could have a visual representation of the ideas we discussed, and my daughter and I loved it all. Karla is second to none in professionalism. She is extremely detail oriented, punctual and always responsive. She always asks if there are any changes you would like to make and provides options when you aren't certain about a particular decision. I felt so at ease, as did my daughter knowing Karla was ensuring her vision was going to become reality on her special day ...and that day was magical! If you don’t think you need a wedding planner trust me when I say you do and Karla is the best in the business hands down!!! My daughter has been planning her wedding for about a year and a half and Karla has been with us every step of the way. Karla was truly heaven sent! I did not anticipate that we would be able to sit down with her and within minutes have a vision board of our dream wedding! Karla is BEYOND AMAZING!!! Our wedding was PERFECTION and Paul and I cannot thank Karla enough for making our day so special!! THE BEST PLANNER EVER!!! Our day was perfect all because of Karla! We booked her for partial planning and I was able to talk to her and ask all the questions I needed to from the day we booked her. If you are looking for a wedding planner Karla is THE ONE! We hired Karla for the month-of coordination, and she exceeded my expectations. Not only is she professional and extremely knowledgeable, she is a damn good time! I had endless communication with Karla from the day I signed the contract, even though I only booked her for month of. If I had questions or needed vendor recommendations, she had answers and suggestions, and she was always quick to respond! The day of the wedding I didn't have to worry about a single thing, she handled it all and she handled it with ease. Trust me, if there may have been an issue the day of, I had no idea of it. Our wedding day was absolutely beautiful, she brought what I had envisioned to life and we could not be happier with the decision we made to hire her!!!

We only hired her for the day-of coordination package, which included taking over contracts/payments 30 days out from the wedding. Karla was quick & efficient with communication, ensured all contracts were reviewed entirely, no important day-of details were missed, & everything went smoothly. I have to echo much of what my daughter said. Hiring Karla was the single best decision we made for our wedding planning. She is organized, efficient, prompt with communication, no nonsense, fun, knowledgeable, experienced, decisive yet flexible, and definitely put my daughter's preferences first to create HER vision for her wedding day. I must add that having Karla as our coordinator/designer during Covid kept us sane as she was sooooo patient with my endless questions about possible capacity reductions of our venue/scenarios and was so reassuring that everything would work out and be beautiful. And it was!

Using Karla as our wedding coordinator and hiring her for design was the best decision we made in our wedding process. Karla is professional, knowledgable, helpful, thorough, and fun! She made the entire planning process seamless and which allowed my mom and I to keep our sanity! I cannot imagine planning and executing a wedding without Karla. Karla is notorious in Central Texas for the incredible work she does. I knew I wanted Karla to be my wedding planner years before I was even engaged. From the get-go Karla exceeded every expectation I had. She asked every single question during our initial meeting and within 5 minutes she knew exactly what my wedding would look like. She is very budget conscious and helped me stay on track (she tracks the budget on her end, too). Karla's preferred vendor list is high quality and each vendor we worked with was absolutely incredible. In fact, every vendor we used was completely in love with Karla and ecstatic to work with her on the big day. We had several meetings leading up to the wedding and spoke a ton throughout the process. I probably texted/called her 1000 times and she was always quick to respond. The wonderful thing about Karla is that she's honest with you and will voice her opinion if she thinks you won't like something, even if you think you will. She helps you make the best decision for your day and she makes your vision come to life. Karla is also wonderful about helping you stay on track when it comes to planning and booking vendors and she will send you reminders about every little thing. Perhaps the best part about Karla is what she does on the wedding day. She made sure my mom and I didn't have to lift a finger or worry about anything that day. We were able to relax and soak in every minute of the day knowing that Karla and her team were handling everything behind the scenes. She even kept the guys on track, which is a huge task if you ask me! The cool thing is that Karla gives the vendors a headpiece to use during the day to communicate, so everyone is on the same page at all times and there is no guessing on what comes next. I couldn't have imagined working with anyone else to help plan my wedding. Karla is incredible at what she does and she made my vision come to life X10! Literally, I had the most magical fairytale wedding that was beyond my wildest dream and it was 100% because of Karla. The last thing I'll say about Karla is that she is such a good person. She is sweet and caring and also honest, which is what you need during the wedding planning process. Karla truly cares about every one of her brides and she does everything in her power to help you have a stress-free wedding. She is so special and a true gem!

It is with great pleasure that I recommend Karla and her outstanding services as a wedding coordinator! We had a large beautiful wedding planned for April 17th but because of the county's ban on public gatherings due to Covid, we had to pivot (several times!) and ended up with a very small family wedding on the same date. But that didn't stop Karla from transforming our home and outside deck into what felt like the wedding from the movie, "Father of the Bride!" With just our immediate family present, we were still blown away with the gorgeousness & attention to detail that characterizes her services. We couldn't have been more pleased and will definitely use her again!!

If I could pick a perfect wedding coordinator it would be Karla. I had my wedding in June 2019 and that day was so beautiful. Everything that I could dream of she made a reality. I had the best food, venue, dj, saxophone player, and most importantly the best coordinator. She worked with my budget and didn't go above it. She explained everything to me with dates and times. On my wedding day she made sure that all of my needs we're met. I don't think anyone could do a better job than her. I would highly recommend her to everyone in the would. I was so happy I had Karla as my wedding coordinator! Our day went great and was so much fun. Karla is your girl! She is truly amazing! My Mom was married this past weekend and Karla coordinated the wedding and the reception. Talk about perfection!! The wedding was originally to be outside, however due to the cold weather, the wedding was moved inside which meant all plans changed. Karla didn't blink an eye! Karla coordinated my 67-year-old mother's wedding and it was a glorious day thanks to her expertise, artistic touch, and organizational abilities. The entire event took place without any glitches. Due to the weather, we had to move an outdoor wedding inside and Karla didn't even blink an eye. It seemed as if the wedding was intended to be indoor from the beginning. I can't give Karla enough kudos. My wedding was a DIY heavy event with lots and lots of little twists on tradition. I really could not have made it through the last few months without this AMAZING LADY! She is so talented, so creative, and brought together my absolute dream wedding. She had her work cut out for her as I lived 16 hours away and had a very particular mother of the bride, but Karla is the best person ever to work with and gets along wonderfully with everyone. Our DJ backed out at the last minute and Karla got Bruce at Zanzibar Isle Style who was also so easy to work with and very professional. She dealt with several "bridal meltdown moments" that occurred when the stress of the day seemed overwhelming. In addition to her listening ear, she OFFERED SOLUTIONS. She is bride focused and does EVERYTHING in her power to ensure that you and your groom have the day for which you have planned so long. She is incredibly organized and ensures that you, your vendors, and your loved ones are all on the same page! Local vendors LOVE working with Karla, which makes coordinating schedules a breeze! She lovingly brings things to the attention of the bride/planning team that have not been completed (and aren't on The Knot checklist). She works to ensure special details important to the bride and groom are incorporated into the event. For example, she ensured that my beloved yellow lab was wearing a bow tie and in the grooms quarters to be photographed as the "eighth grooms-pup." The reception runs like a well-oiled machine! For example, she and her team completely flipped a patio from a "cocktail hour area" to a "swanky men's lounge" WITHOUT THE GUESTS BEING AWARE THE CHANGE WAS HAPPENING! At the end of the wedding experience, I was sad not to have an excuse to speak with Karla daily! She is kind, sweet, brilliant, beyond talented, and creative. If you haven't hired Karla for your event designer/coordinator, it needs to be the next thing on your list!

Karla is the best wedding planner in our area. She is amazing at what she does and will make your event so memorable. The first thing my fiancé and I loved about Karla was her flexibility. Our first meeting was via Skype because my fiancé was deployed. I could call, e-mail or text her and always received an immediate response. Karla was very straightforward and our contract reflected only what we needed. She didn't try to charge us for services we wouldn't need. Our second favorite thing about Karla is that she is an amazing designer. She really has the ability to "see" your event and make it a reality. She'll never strong arm you into doing anything you don't want to do. Our final favorite thing about Karla is her calmness and efficiency. Although she is juggling so many things, Karla manages to always look calm and collected. There were many times during the process that I started to panic or worry and she always managed to calm my fears. The day of our wedding was absolutely stress free for us and that is all thanks to Karla. She made sure everything and everyone were where they were supposed to be and handled all last minute problems so we didn't have to. She was the first person at the venue and the last one to leave. As mother of the bride I cannot find near enough positive and amazing words to describe the service and wedding coordination talents this gal has. She is such an awesome and kindhearted person and "knows" what she is doing when it comes to coordinating a wedding. We were referred to Karla in Jan 2014 to be the "day of" coordinator for our daughters wedding which was last night (Nov 8, 2014) at Cathedral Oaks in Belton, Tx Karla was available to help with questions throughout the 10 months of planning and recommended a vendor line up that were just as amazing! She met with us in person again about 3 weeks prior to the wedding to absorb every detail that we had to "hand the reigns" over to her. She was so easy to work with, so caring and made sure everything was in place. She created timelines and kept everyone informed and on schedule! She coordinated the Friday rehearsal, Ceremony and entire evening until the last person left the building. She took my daughters vision for her wedding, brought it to life .....and it was stunning! We were pleased with every aspect of Karla's involvement with this wedding event. When she says "trust me"... Yes ...it's true ... You can!!! We just love her! Highly Recommended!

I'm so glad my parents hired Karla as a wedding gift to me! She practically decorated my whole wedding the day of the wedding along with my bridesmaids.. Anything that semi went wrong I didn't even know about until the next day, she took care of it all. She is awesome! I know for a fact my wedding would not of been so great and enjoyable without her there! To this day I am so thankful for her! I had a wedding planned for over 300 at a medium sized venue= cramped for space! I also was in my last semester of college= not a ton of time to dedicate to wedding planning. I decided to hire Karla as my day of wedding planner. She was AWESOME. She gave me so much information about the best vendors in the area and fully coordinated all of them arriving- when, where ect. the day of the wedding. She also coordinated accommodating my long guest list with little space! My family and I didn't have to worry about anything the day of the wedding. Everything went so smoothly and was beautiful! I highly recommend Karla for helping any bride out for their wedding. She is very knowledgable about the whole wedding experience and has it down to an art- seriously all you have to do is tell her what you want for your special day and she'll carry it out flawlessly- she knows what she is doing!

Karla was great to work with and was super-fast at returning my emails and calls. I really enjoyed working with her. She was awesome on the day of. She worked with my vendors and handled the few snags that happened so well that I didn’t find out about any of them until days or weeks later.
