I could not recommend Brittany (and Kelly) more. From my first call with Brittany, I knew I wanted to work with her, and I can honestly say that I am sad to no longer have an excus...
e to talk to her weekly/daily.
Brittany and Kelly are so professional, skilled and amazing at what they do... it's honestly hard to describe. I have been a bridesmaid in so many weddings, and have attended so many weddings, and the organization and elegance of our wedding was just so beyond.... absolutely no detail was forgotten...and I am a Type-A attorney, so I know my details! Plus, Brittany was super collaborative and I loved working with her on design choices (and also deferring to her when I knew she knew best).
I really enjoyed working with the KKWE team throughout the entire process, and would have 100% recommended them at any point in the process... but it was the last 24 hours where their skills and value just exceeded all expectations I ever had. Rain threatened our wedding day and we had to make the call to move our dance floor/reception space inside the venue at 5 pm the night before the wedding. Beginning 24 hours before game time, Brittany worked with all of our vendors to completely transform the inside of the venue for an indoor dance area/reception space and I honestly don't think guests even knew it was ever supposed to be outside. Not only was it gorgeous (when our photographer said "I've seen Plan B spaces and that is NOT a Plan B space, I knew we were good), but I didn't have to worry about any of it, and was able to just trust that her team had it covered while I focused on everything else on my wedding day... and they truly did. Plus, I think it worked out better than it would have outside! I honestly could go on and on.
All of our wedding dreams came true and I have no doubt it all started with Brittany and Kelly. HIRE THEM!!!
After the very first call with KKWE, we instantly knew they were the planners we wanted to work with. What made KKWE stand out was how genuine, passionate, honest, and creative the...
y were. They got to know us and we can safely say we gained some amazing friends in this process. It's been a month since our wedding and we can't stop reliving the day over and over again. It was truly the most perfect wedding and it's all thanks to KKWE and the amazing vendor team they put together to bring our vision to life.
On the day of the wedding they executed flawlessly. We never felt a moment of stress and were able to truly enjoy the day with the people we love the most. So many people have reached out to us saying it was the best wedding they have ever been to. We would do it again in a heartbeat and not change a single thing! We recommend KKWE to anyone and everyone - they are the best in class!
Kelly is not only an AMAZING wedding planner, but she is an AMAZING person! As a bride, I cannot say enough great things about Kelly – she is kind, talented, hardworking, passionat...
e, professional, fun, and organized – as is the team behind her! I don’t know if there is enough space in this review for all the fabulous things to say about Kelly Karli Weddings and Events.
I hired Kelly as my full-service wedding planner about 14 months out from my July 2022 wedding in Beaver Creek, Colorado.
From our initial phone calls, Kelly and I just clicked. All our conversations left me feeling more and more excited and extremely confident in Kelly’s abilities to execute on my vision for my wedding day. Throughout the planning process, I looked forward to touching base with Kelly – she made the daunting task of wedding planning manageable and fun. Kelly was ALWAYS extremely responsive and attentive – via both email and phone. Although she was planning multiple weddings at once, I always felt special and cared for as a client. I consider Kelly as not only my wedding planner, but my cheerleader too, and she is now part of our family!
One of my favorite aspects of working with Kelly, was not only how she and I “clicked”, but how well Kelly got along with my fiancé and my mom and dad, who were hosting my wedding. My parents, from New York, loved working with Kelly too! Kelly was patient with all their questions and requests and never hesitated to jump on the phone with them. We all adore Kelly and cannot thank her enough for planning what we refer to as “the BEST day!”
During planning, I think Kelly quickly realized that, like her, I am also Type-A. She did a great job at “handling” certain things and including me on others. She was able to quickly read my personality and working style and adapted to it.
About six months out, we started on event design. Kelly is amazing at this! She worked with me to understand my vision for the day, my style, and personality. She then created a mood board for me and sourced all rentals and décor, including draping and lighting, to make my vision a reality. I wanted a hanging floral installation above our dancefloor – Kelly worked with the florist and the engineer from the venue to make this happen (it was gorgeous!).
As with all weddings, during the planning process, some things did not go according to plan. Kelly quickly jumped into action and resolved any issues. Kelly does not shy away from adversity and is a true professional, understanding how to remedy any situation that may come up. She is true to her clients and from my experience, always acts with their best interests in mind.
On wedding day, we had 200 guests attend from all over the country at the Park Hyatt in Beaver Creek, Colorado. Kelly and her team immediately got to work behind the scenes. Their coordination seemed effortless! My family and I were able to completely enjoy the day and be present with Kelly and her team running the show. We trusted them 100% and everything was a dream!
Brides – my advice: sometimes it can be tough to find wedding planners with both expertise in design and execution of wedding day logistics. You also want someone that you enjoy speaking with and who will get you excited for your wedding day. Kelly is the total package! She is absolutely the BEST! Do yourself a favor and work with her!
My wedding wouldn’t be what it was, if it wasn’t for Kelly and her entire team. I started planning my dream wedding over a year ago and was lucky enough to have the extremely talen...
ted, professional, organized, kindest person next to me walking me though every detail necessary to make our wedding weekend what we’ve always dreamed of. If there is one thing you need when planning a wedding, it’s a coordinator. Kelly recommended the most amazing vendors, helped organize every detail and kept us on track for our big day. It was truly amazing watching it all come together and we will forever be thankful for her!
Kelly and her staff are the ULTIMATE Pro's!! Can not brag on her and her staff enough... would give her 6 stars if they were available... Dave Kemmerly
Kelly is absolutely FANTASTIC! When my husband and I were first engaged, we knew we wanted a Vail wedding, but had some concerns about planning from afar (we live in NY). Kelly and...
her team immediately put us at ease. From our initial conversation to the day of our wedding, Kelly was the glue behind the scenes holding it all together and ensuring that everything was seamless.
She has an incredible ability to understand a couple's vision and help to bring that fruition, all while being cognizant of budget. She is incredibly well respected around the Colorado area, and surrounds herself with beyond talented vendors. Everyone we worked with (photographer, florist, venue etc.), were recommended by Kelly and far exceeded our expectations.
Kelly and her team provided thoughtful feedback throughout the process - taking the lead where appropriate, and following our lead when that made sense.
The most challenging thing about planning a wedding are all the details in between. The logistics and coordination that happens behind the scene that are so critical to a seamless day. That's what Kelly and her team do best. Our band, who were from out of town (requiring lots of moving parts to get them to Vail), mentioned that Kelly was one of the very best they've ever worked with. She made it easy, and we felt the same.
We could not recommend her more!
I decided to plan a destination wedding in less than 6 months time. Crazy!
I knew that I could not do it alone and also knew I wanted a planner local to vail that I could trust to...
do what I could not due to distance.
Then I came across Kelly Karli Weddings and Events and met the fabulous Brittany Richards. As soon as I spoke with Brittany I instantly knew I wanted to work with her. She put me at ease, always making me feel heard and understood. No matter how busy she was, I always felt like the top priority. Most importantly she made the process FUN! we always found a way to have a laugh.
I call her my fairy godmother because she truly was magic during those few months. Making everything appear effortless and always figuring out a way to make my wishes come true.
The week of my wedding when I was in Vail with my family I did not have to worry one bit about the wedding. I was able to enjoy a vacation...who would have been thought possible?!
And then the day of my dreams arrived and it was perfect. Even with some crazy weather, I did not have to worry about back up plans, my guests being comfortable or any little details, Brittany had my back. The day was pure bliss and beauty.
Hire a planner...hire Brittany! You will not regret it.
We truly enjoy working with Kelly Karli and her team. They are extremely detail oriented and responsive! :) Looking forward to many more events with them!
Kelly is the best wedding planner and hiring her was the best decision we made for our wedding. I had seen weddings Kelly put on at RCBG (where we got married) when I worked there...
, and always admired how beautiful they were and how smooth they flowed. When we got engaged and started looking for venues we talked with her and she was great throughout the whole process. We also worked with Brittany and she is fantastic. Planning from afar can be stressful, but Kelly and Brittany were so organized and great at communicating. Both of them were so on top of it and made sure everything was flawless for both of us, our families and guests. During the weekend, we didn't have to worry about anything and they were great with all communication with the hotel, vendors and wedding party. While a wedding planner is a big expense, Kelly and Brittany were totally worth it. They helped make the event so much more beautiful because of Kelly's initial style plan, her recommended vendors and their planning and attention to detail. Having them as our planners let us enjoy the weekend so much more because we knew they had everything under control.

KKW&E had a fabulously successful wedding season in 2018 and I am telling you these women will do just about anything for you as a client or vendor. (I have witnessed above and beyond effort in both cases.) This past season, as one tiny example, I got a flat tire on a long and bumpy dirt road to a wedding at Piney River Ranch and Kelly came to the rescue to be sure I still arrived in time to meet my crew for our set. The KKW&E team cares deeply about their clients and knows how to lead the planning process without micromanaging. I appreciate so much that they allow each vendor to thrive at their respective talent and service and keeps the process light and fun for all involved. I truly enjoy every single event that I get to work alongside the Kelly Karli team and look forward to a killer 2019 with these ladies!

sense of style and personality make her a pleasure to work with...she creates the most spectacular weddings!
Kelly Karli Wedding and Events was an exceptionally well organized piece of my wedding puzzle. We live in Dallas, Texas and got married in the gorgeous mountains of Vail, Colorado ...
this summer in June. From the moment we hired her and her team were absolutely essential to the success of our special day. She has impeccable taste, a chic style as well as an eye for every detail. She recommended all of our vendors - Christy Ogden of Divine Beauty Artists, Cat Meyer Studios, the Perfect Petal, Majestic Films, our amazing music, Masterful Musicians and Digital Pocket, as well as our beautiful reception location at Hotel Talisa. We could not have had such a gorgeous special day without her. She has my highest respect and recommendation for anyone looking for the perfect hand holding wedding planner, not to mention I love her personality. If you can get her, GRAB her!

beautiful and seamless wedding weekend. She helped me find the right vendors and took away the stress of planning a destination wedding.
Kelly and her team did a phenomenal job of making my dream wedding in the Colorado mountains into a reality. As a Texas bride, I had no idea where to start in planning a wedding in...
Colorado. I do not know what we could have done without Kelly's contacts and recommendations. She did a fabulous job of providing options based on my personal stylistic preferences and budget, and handled everything with the vendors following selection. She and her team were readily available to answer any question, no matter how random or miniscule, whenever we needed. On the day of the wedding, I was able to completely relax and enjoy every moment, confident that Kelly and her team would take care of everything. There were no last minute scrambles, no confusion, and no detail left to chance. I will be forever grateful to Kelly for making our day perfect and unforgettable! In addition to her amazing level of service and dedication to her job, Kelly is simply an amazing person, a great mom, and has such a positive energy about her. She is the perfect asset to have on your wedding team, and I would highly recommend her over and over again!

o help us from there. Kelly and Taylor were helpful in finding the perfect vendors for our venue and budget, each one was phenomenal. Kelly and Taylor thoughtfully listened to our daughter’s creative ideas and crafted them into a cohesive and perfect event. During the week approaching the wedding they went beyond the call of duty in helping us out logistically and storing some reception decorations at Frosted Pink. They were very attentive and organized in giving all the family and wedding party detailed schedules of the day before and day of the wedding. I remember Kelly saying to me, “You’ll know I’ve done my job when you don’t even know of an issue”. And we didn’t, everything flowed flawlessly. They worked together so efficiently and calmly. There wasn’t one moment where I had a concern or a problem brought to me. All of us were able to put our thoughts and joy into the wedding events. Kelly and Taylor worked with great professionalism and at the same time made us all feel so cared for. Our daughter has such a warm friendly relationship with them. That was actually what made her decide on Frosted Pink. She liked Kelly so much as a person. She is so warm and committed to making your wedding the event of your dreams.
Our daughter and son-in-law’s beautiful wedding is etched into our memories. We thank Frosted Pink from the bottom of our heart!

time spent planning was well worth it. These ladies are amazing, and we will never be able to thank them enough.
It is very easy to get preoccupied with planning details, and Frosted Pink Weddings allowed us to put the details aside and took care of absolutely everything for us, so that we were able to focus on the most important things; our family, friends and each other.
Frosted Pink Weddings went above and BEYOND to make it a special experience for us and my fiance said the morning after the party ..."that was the most incredible night of my life. I've never had a party like in my life and I didn't ever think that I would. It was amazing." It brought tears to my eyes :)
People have been complimenting us left and right and I have made sure to let all the brides to be and everyone know that it was all Frosted Pink Weddings hard work and incredible efforts, so thank you!!
Thank you both from the bottom of our hearts! :)

weekend, I didn't stress out about anything because I knew that Kelly (and Taylor!) were behind the scenes making sure that everything would be perfect and in its place-- and it was. It was the best weekend of my life and Kelly made me feel so special and so taken care of. From pausing to re-apply lipstick on me before a special moment, to switching out my shoes, organizing my wedding gifts and my room before the end of the night, and making sure I felt happy and calm the whole weekend, Kelly went above and beyond the tasks of a wedding planner to become a true friend. Frosted Pink Weddings is truly an amazing group whom I would recommend to everyone.

m, went and took pics, measurements, looked up info. Taylor was available to discuss details at all hours, always had ideas and suggestions, and put up with everything i could throw at her. I don't know how (or why) anyone plans a wedding, let alone a destination, without these superstars. The FPW team is amazing. I thought that movies exaggerated their roles...I was wrong. They underestimate the impact these ladies have on making your wedding perfect. Every vendor they work with and/or recommend lived up to every expectation I had. This team is the ultimate in everything wedding. From wrangling an entire team of rowdy frat guys to unhemming short pants to dealing with a dry cleaners stain on my dress, oh and fishing a memory card from a drain! They handled everything to the point that everyone commented how calm I was on my wedding day. I knew with absolute confidence Taylor and Kelli would make it all work - and they did. Taylor became pretty much my best friend in planning and I can honestly say, I was sad to see her leave at the end of the night! I had reservations about using a coordinator, but now I would impress upon any bride to use FPW. It is the best decision I could have made. Every person at my wedding commented on how smoothly things went and that Taylor and Kelli were everywhere it seemed. Because they were!! I have nothing but admiration for Frosted Pink Weddings!! If you are considering using a coordinator and looking for the right team- go with Frosted Pink Weddings. Best. Decision. Ever.

orm Sandy in the midst of relocating to start our lives together, and having to plan a wedding. We initially met with FPW prior to all of this, a year almost to the date, in which my older sister insisted on paying for a wedding planner to ease my already neurotic, perfectionistic ways. Due to the setback of losing our home which became the forefront of our priorities we fell incredibly behind in our planning. Lauren at FPW helped us in facilitating all of our last minute decisions, which included hair, makeup, and cake. I can't imagine us even making it to our wedding day let alone how amazingly flawless and breathtaking it turned out. The day was out of a fairy tale and there should have been a "solo" toast at the recepiton to Kelly and Lauren, the dynamic duo that made it all possible! Cheers to FPW!

d in a wedding and he suggested we get married in Vail. It sounded like a great idea so I quickly jumped on board. What I didn’t realize is how challenging it can be planning from afar. I had talked to another coordinator on the phone and was planning to work with her however, after meeting Kelly I knew she was the person I wanted helping me make our wedding weekend everything we dreamed about. I found over the six months we worked together that she was kind, detailed, creative, flexible, sincere, professional and most importantly really good at wedding planning. I am extremely organized and yet there were 100 things I forgot that SHE remembered! She was my right hand gal and I found when my fiancé couldn’t hear another word about the planning, that Kelly was right there and interested. My favorite moment with Kelly was just before I walked down the aisle. I had asked that I walk out just after the church bells rang. It sounds simple but timing the mothers, grandmothers, bridesmaids and flower girls along with the ending of the music to bells that we knew rang before noon but weren’t certain exactly how soon before, was difficult at best . I was a nervous wreck but I noticed she was nervous too. I said, “are you nervous?” to which she said “I really want the bells to work for you” and added “I get nervous before every wedding and if there comes a day that I don’t then I won’t do this anymore”. She was trying to calm my nerves and did so by sharing her own. Getting nervous means you care and caring means you do your BEST. In hiring Kelly, you will get the BEST and it will be the BEST money you spend in the scheme of all the expenses of a wedding. You will care about ALL the details, and Kelly and the team at FPW will too! They participate in your wedding as if it was their own. It’s a level of service and professionalism that is rare and for this most important event, it’s what every bride deserves. Kelly thinks so too!!!

s. Kelly and her staff are all-stars. Even throughout Kelly's pregnancy she kept us feeling like we were her only wedding, spent tons of time and energy perfecting our day and followed through on every single detail beyond our expectations. We planned our wedding in Vail from Minneapolis, and wasn't able to see a lot of our options first hand. The FPW staff was able to send pictures, go on site visits and even got knee deep in the snow to fully perfect our "vision". Kelly had her baby just a few days before our wedding and had her staff fully organized and prepared to do our wedding day. Not just Kelly, but her staff, are a well oiled machine and can make any wedding dream come true. Thank you FPW.

blems with some other vendors - Kelly was there to help resolve the problems and negotiate a solution. Kelly is a type A wedding planner in a non type A industry. I really appreciated her dedication. She and her team made me feel like my wedding was the most important of the summer (even though I know she is highly booked).
My parents were also very impressed with Kelly. If anything went wrong on the day of the wedding - no one in my family knew about it.
I cannot say enough nice things about Kelly and her team. If you are gettig married in the mountains - she is the one to go with.

r. Kelly went above and beyond on several occasions and always made me feel so important. I am extremely indecisive, but Kelly was there every step of the way to help guide me through this tedious process. She has great ideas and works with very creative and professional vendors. Without them, I would have been lost. On the day of the wedding, I was able to truly enjoy my day. Kelly and her team were careful not to be intrusive, but were very attentive to the wedding party and our guests. Every single detail was taken care of and I definitely felt like a princess. I would highly reccommend Frosted Pink Weddings. The investment in hiring this excellent wedding planner is very well worth it. I love Kelly!
