Karli is everything you need in a wedding planner!! She will give you the guidance you need and will not stop until she brings your vision to life. She is always calm and supportive. I trusted her 100% and never once was I disappointed. She also helped me find the perfect vendors for my wedding day! She is wonderful!!

Working with Karli was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. She is a consummate professional with the relationships and expertise to bring a vision to life. Just as important, she brings a friendly, calming presence to every meeting, and most importantly the big day! Working with her and the day itself exceeded our expectations. Hard to imagine what this process would have been like without her and we could not recommend her more highly.

I was blessed to work with such a visionary, professional, and kind event expert. My MIL Sharon said it best when she said “I’ve learned to just trust Karli and say yes. She takes care of the rest” and I couldn’t agree more. Karli is a swan. Graceful in any public or professional setting, but working her ass off under the water to glide easily through the journey. She always greeted me with a smile and was very attentive to our needs, even when we weren’t sure what we needed. Her calm presence and exceptional taste are what sets her apart. But what strikes me the most is how malleable her taste is to your vision. She had coordinated my sister’s wedding and many other acquaintances’ and each was extremely tasteful and reflective of the relationships and families it served. In my original questionnaire, I told her I wanted my wedding to embody the songs the “windows are rolled down” by Amos Lee and “I like to be with me when I’m with you” by Drew and Ellie Holcomb, the authentic joy of Ted Lasso, and the aesthetic of an intimate dinner in a Nancy Meyers movie. And then I let her fly. She absolutely nailed it. She gently pushed me to make decisions when I was feeling lazy and just wanted to delegate and I’m very grateful. I can still hear her say in my head “well, it’s really up to you” in a calm and cheery voice whenever we came to crossroads. And she was right. It really was up to Jack and me to make decisions that pushed our wedding to be a fitting reflection of our love for: each other, the destination, and our friends and family. Simply put - Karli held space for us to reflect and didn’t make executive decisions without first pushing us to direct them. Another notable aspect about Karli is that she is counter culture. In an industry and season of life known for consuming one’s life, she holds boundaries for herself and for you. I remember some people voicing concern that my wedding planner was not constantly available or at my beck-and-call, but the truth is - I never wanted her to be because then it means open season for questions and reaching out in anxious moments about things that seemed big but were truly small. We planned this entire wedding via email and scheduled meetings. It was not until my wedding week that I had her cellphone number. That allowed me to continue my life as it is and maintain perspective. By not having her cell, I had to email or schedule a call - for which she was extremely responsive and available. It was just enough friction for me to reflect on what I was about to send her and whether or not it really mattered. Spoiler alert: it usually didn’t matter. On the flip side of that, it brought me peace to know that she was taking care of herself and her own marriage. You can’t pour from an empty cup. You get a lot of people trying to help you throw a party, forgetting the essential detail that the party is simply a reflection of a life long commitment. Having her model good boundaries in her life and marriage during a season that I’m planning for my own marriage has left a mark on me that will last a lifetime. If you’re still with me here’s my advice to you - hire Karli and TRUST her. Engage in healthy debate and push me back on the things that matter to you. Karli gave me a gift that money cannot buy: a joyful, relaxing, and beautiful wedding weekend. The cherished moments of presence and perfection seared into my mind that I can recall when the going gets tough and I need something to cling to.

Karli is the best planner from start to finish! She was so on top of everything leading up to the day and her calm energy was SO appreciated - especially when planning a destination wedding. I had multiple guests come up to me and share that they had never seen such an amazing planner. She was constantly making sure we didn't need anything, that my hair was staying pinned up, making sure my husband had water (!!), and that we were having a great time. I can't recommend her enough!

As one of her longest-running clients (nearly three years!) and amidst a pandemic no-less, we can assuredly and passionately say that Karli is incredible! We could not say enough good things about her. Karli is responsive and attentive, honest, truly commits to prioritizing your own vision, and is genuinely a kind and warm person. From working with slow-responding international vendors, postponing an international wedding amidst a pandemic, and even last-minute planning a postponement/engagement party on our original wedding date - she is relentless. I also want to say that as the bride and groom, Karli went *above* and beyond on the actual wedding day: I truly felt like she would’ve done anything short of fly to the moon to make sure we had what we wanted and needed that weekend. She was one of our greatest advocates and supporters in our wedding planning process and is genuinely a joy to work with - as is her team! My husband and I have extremely high standards and we undoubtedly know that hiring Karli was one of THE best decisions we made when planning!

I could sing Karli's praises all day long! My wedding was better than I could have ever imagined, and it was all thanks to Karli and her team. She was the easiest person to work with throughout the entire process. She came up with unique, creative, and very elegant ideas that I couldn't have ever dreamed up on my own. It's been almost 3 months since my wedding and I have seriously not been able to find one thing I wish I did differently! Karli was incredible to work with and delivered the BEST team of vendors! The wedding was above and beyond my wildest dreams and everything I could have asked for. No detail was left to chance and the day ran smoothly. To my knowledge, nothing went wrong and if it did she handled it perfectly and without me knowing. There was nothing for me to do or think about that weekend other than celebrating! Planning was organized, easy, and she delivered a short but mighty list of options that we could easily choose from for each piece of the wedding. We couldn't recommend Karli enough. I can easily say that my wedding would have not happened if it wasn't for Karli! We didn't make it easy for her either. We decided to have our wedding on family property that was remote and had no power, water, structure, etc. She went above and beyond and brought my vision to life with very little to work with! Numerous times he stated how he would had been lost without Karli the day of the wedding. Our families could not stop bragging about how amazing Karli was and whenever they needed something she was right there, almost like she knew we needed something before we even asked. We worked with Karli for close to two years planning our wedding and she took every single idea, detail and photo we had given her and brought it to life. She was impeccably organized, up front, and gave honest advice. She never pushed a particular vendor, but instead gave her opinion and experience and then supported our decisions. We were not just on time the day of, but ahead of schedule (so rare)! Karli also had so many great ideas/recommendations we would had never thought of. I can't say enough amazing things about Karli. We hired her on as a planner about a year in advance of our wedding set for April 2020. Of course, we eventually had to make the decision to postpone to September. It was hard, but Karli was so sweet, supportive and calming throughout it all. I had the dream of turning our family property into a venue and Karli's attitude was: it can easily be done! no stress! from the very beginning. It was tough logistically but we felt confident having Karli there. We made it happen and everything turned out so personalized, special and beautiful. We don't even know where to begin - Karli was an AMAZING wedding planner! We had to postpone our wedding in March due to COVID-19, and she guided us through the emotional roller coaster with planning our 2nd wedding. Karli was so great to work with during our entire planning process. When I interviewed Karli, I remember getting off the phone and being SO excited to have met the perfect planner for my big day, and she did not disappoint! I had a relatively good idea of what I wanted my design to be, but Karli helped me bring my vision to life and it looked amazing! Although I did not have to postpone my wedding, I know Karli had a lot of replanning with other brides and families going on in the background, and she was always kind, responsive, and handled herself with grace. For the day of the wedding, Sara was our coordinator and I did not have to lift a finger - she was amazing and so positive during the entire day! There aren’t enough words to describe how outstanding Karli is! She originally planned our “first” wedding in Texas for April 2020. Even though we don’t live in Texas, she made everything possible through emails, zoom calls, and texts. The pandemic caused us to not only postpone our wedding, but plan an entirely new one in Rhode Island… which Karli did in less than FOUR months! Throughout the whole process, she was graceful, professional, and truly made wedding planning both fun and effortless – both times! Wow. I could spend hours writing this review. Karli was hired for our wedding planning, and even though I had extremely high expectations for my coordinator, she went above and beyond anything I could have ever asked for. She took care of everything, and made sure we were taken care of. Planning a wedding during a pandemic is probably one of the hardest things I have ever done, and she made it look so easy. I will never hire another planner for any future events. She is seriously the best there is.

Karli was hired by my son and daughter in law, for their wedding in Texas and continued to work with them during the planning of wedding that took place at my home in New England las week. I reached out to Karli a few times panicking about Covid and the guidelines that needed to be followed. Karli was so calm and was prepared to go to Plan B and C. She arrived at our home coordinated all of the vendors, tent set up, catering set up, flowers , tables settings she truly did it all and was incredibly organized and professional. Being in the events industry, I’ve worked with my fair share of wedding planners! Karli is a standout among them. She’s not one of those planners that has a “signature” look to her weddings, because each one is so unique; she designs her weddings around her couples’ vision and creates something truly unforgettable! More than her impeccable design skills, Karli is also super organized! Her vendor teams never have to ask for anything, because she gives us what we need before we need it! Karli helped us plan my daughter's wedding in Dallas. As my daughter and her fiance had just moved to Dallas a few months before, and I live in another state, it was, in essence, a destination wedding. We had no idea where to start. Karli started with our budget and helped us stay on target with vendor suggestions that fit our budget and style. The day of the wedding went off without a hitch. Let me start by saying, as someone who thought, "Oh I don't need a wedding planner" Karli thought of SOOO MANY little details I would have completely over looked! SHE IS AMAZING! I could list a million adjectives to describe the professionalism, personableness, kindness and thoughtfulness that Karli brought to the table for our wedding! She is on top of her game the ENTIRE time you work with her. She has an amazing program that allows you to "check off" what you have completed and what needs to be completed still, organize your seating chart (upload your guest list). She worked 1 on 1 with all of our other vendors which took a TREMENDOUS load off my plate and my families plate while planning some of the smaller details. On our wedding day she made sure all the vendors set up in the correct spot at the correct time, she worked with the groom's party to make sure they were on time getting ready with pictures and lining up for the ceremony as well as the bridal party. She made sure we got to EAT! SO IMPORTANT! Honestly, we would have not probably if it wasn't for Karli, she got us our plates, and stood in front of our table to make sure we ate before we got up and talked to anyone so we wouldn't starve! Karli is a 10/10 for sure! She works above and beyond to make the process SO EASY and STRESS FREE for the bride and everyone involved! She really feels like you're just working with your best friend! We loved her and everyone in our wedding even said she was so helpful and awesome!

We were looking for a day-of coordinator for our wedding and our venue (Hickory Street Annex) recommended Karli to us. Karli ended up being our month-of coordinator. Honestly, it was the best decision we made and was totally worth it! Karli took over all vendor communications that last month and helped me with the last few (but super important) things on my checklist. She was so organized and made the last month of wedding planning totally stress free. Knowing that Karli was going to be there the day of the wedding reception was a huge load off my shoulders. She took care of all the set up at the venue, directing the vendors, making sure we were keeping to the timeline and most importantly that my husband and I were fed! She checked on us throughout the night and made sure we were never without a drink :) Thanks to Karli, we were able to enjoy and relax and spend time with our guests instead of having to worry about all the little details. She was truly amazing and her support in the last month of wedding planning was exactly what I needed!

I wish I could give Karli 10 stars! We booked Karli as our month of coordinator and it was the best decision we made in our entire wedding planning process!!! Not only was I a bride trying to plan a destination wedding, but I was also a military bride with my fiancé deployed half way across the world. Needless to say, I needed a lot of guidance. She jumped in with 2 feet, full speed ahead to help me with every last detail. Not only did she find my wedding venue, arrange travel, hire vendors, organize contracts and make sure payments were made on time, but she designed my dream wedding at the same time! Her work is simply breathtaking. She designed everything from our floral semi-circular altar used at the ceremony to the reception tablescape. She thought of things that I didn't! And details that I am so thankful she paid attention to (hello beautiful gold rimmed glasses!). She truly pours her heart and soul into every wedding she does. Karli genuinely cares about her couples and goes above and beyond whatever is asked. She may be your wedding planner at first, but she will end up a friend by the end. Karli came with me to my hair/makeup trial (because who doesn't need a girlfriend's opinion!) and helped with my wedding dress selection. She calmed me down after a (many) worrisome/frantic bride moment. I give all the credit to Karli for my wedding running as smoothly and perfectly as it did. When it comes to your wedding day, Karli is prepared for it all. Needing a steamer? She's got it. And even helped me steam my wedding dress. Needing a pep talk because your nerves got the best of you? She is there to give you a hug and tell you it's all going to be just perfect. Need hair spray RIGHT before you walk down the aisle? She's got it. Bridesmaid rip their dress on the way to the wedding venue? No problem, she's awaiting with safety pins. I cannot put into words how much I appreciate Karli and all her hard work. I truly cannot thank her enough. I would recommend her a hundred times over!

We did month of coordination for our wedding and I'm so happy we did! Karli was very knowledgeable and helpful leading up to the big day. She really went above and beyond for us! She transported welcome bags to our rehearsal dinner, created signage for the bar, and made a beautiful display board for our escort cards. She made sure our wedding day went smoothly and helped to fix a couple problems as well! My family, my husband, and myself were truly able to enjoy the day because Karli was behind the scenes taking care of everything professionally and discreetly! I can’t say enough about the truly amazing service she provided! And my only regret is that I didn't have her services for the entire wedding planning process from day one!

At least once a week, my husband and I talk about how our wedding day was the best day of our lives. And even now, three months after our wedding day, I *still* have friends that text me about how much they loved our wedding. Yes, of course it was great because family/friends were there, my husband and I love each other and were excited to marry each other, etc etc - but in all honesty, I am 100% positive that day was as memorable as it was because of the genius and wonder that is Karli Jones. We could not have, in any form or fashion, pulled off our day without her and her team. As I attempted to jump into wedding planning, I had spoken to a few other potential wedding planners that I felt so-so about. Wasn't really vibin' with anyone. But when I spoke to Karli, I immediately wanted to book with her. I could tell she was professional and experienced and all the good things a vendor should be - but the biggest thing for me was that I felt like I was talking to a friend. My fiance (now husband hehehe) had stressed to me that he wanted me to book someone I felt comfortable with and Karli was IT! Our short timeline was not intimidating to her at ALL (engaged mid-July, planned to marry mid-November) and she quickly dove into making things happen for us. Because of Karli, our wedding was: -STRESS-FREE. Guys, I did three things that day: 1) get pretty, 2) get married, 3) dance my face off. -ORGANIZED. Nobody ran around asking what they were supposed to be doing or where they were supposed to go. Karli had it on LOCK. -FUN, DELICIOUS, AND BEAUTIFUL AF. Y'all, I didn't have to deal with any vendors unless I wanted to. She handled all the logistics, talking, negotiating, renegotiating. We just had to pick out our food and make a list of songs that must be played! It also made me itchy thinking about how to make the wedding look "pretty". Karli took care of all that. She legit just researched everything for me (linens, flowers, decor, oh my!) and showed me 3 options and I would point at the one I liked. #mykindofplanning So anyway, I can't wax poetic enough about this woman. Choose her. Love her. You won't regret it. Because I sure don't! #NORAGRETS

We couldn't have made our wedding everything that it was without the lovely Karli Jones. She was so helpful, consistent, and reliable throughout the entire planning process. On our wedding day she kept all of our vendors on schedule and even assisted me when I had issues with my dress or my hair. We are so pleased with all of her hard work and dedication. Karli really listens to what you want and makes it happen! She is positive, energetic and in the face of any mishaps, she remains cool and collected. She is exactly who you want by your side when planning your special day! Now that our wedding has come and gone, we miss her dearly!

Karli, owner and planner of Ivory & Vine, is every bride’s dream come true. She helped exponentially in the preliminary process, but the day of the wedding was INCREDIBLE. She made the day run so smoothly. No one in my family had to worry about a thing, except enjoy and take in the day. She also made sure my husband and I ate well at our reception, always had a drink in hand and even packed cake to take with us that night. I would recommend her services without any reservation! Karli was amazing from beginning to end. She made sure our day was everything we could have hoped for, and on the day itself we didn’t have to worry about anything. With Karli being a referral of a friend, my daughter got lucky and didn't have to take the chance and go through the interview process. While Karli had all the contacts and suggestions that you'd expect a planner to have, she was most instrumental in establishing a timeline and keeping my daughter calm, cool, and enjoying the experience from 10 months out to midnight of her wedding day. Karli took emails/calls from many of us so all our questions were answered before they became concerns. I fully realize we were very fortunate to find/secure Karli for our big day. Karli was extraordinary. As a groom, knowing the nitty gritty details of a wedding are not common knowledge. I wasn't aware of half of the things we ended up having to schedule or plan for. Karli and her team are extremely detail oriented and had us thinking about certain details early on to avoid being stressed about it them closer to the wedding. I can honestly say that I did not feel one ounce of stress during the planning process and it is 100% because of Karli and her team. She is worth every last penny and more!

Every time I think of Karli and her team, one word comes to mind - THANKUL!!! And yes, all caps on that! Booking Karli was by far the best decision I made when it came to our wedding. I had so many people try to talk me out of booking a wedding planner (including my Dad and fiancé), but I did it anyway. And wow, I am so glad I did! After the wedding, every single person in my family and friend group could not stop talking about the spectacular job Karli and her team did! Every little detail was taken care of and I had nothing to worry about. Even other vendors of mine told me that Karli was more organized and knowledgeable than other wedding planners they've worked with that have been in the industry for 15+ years! I care way too much about my corporate job, so I wasn't the most timely in my email responses about important wedding items, but Karli was always the most sincere and patient person with me - always making sure everything got done. I have more of a type A personality, so I like to know everything that is going on, and Karli helped calm my nerves about anything unexpected and always handled it. I remember on the day of my wedding I didn't have a care in the world because I KNEW Karli was going to make it perfect. If something happened, I had no idea! It was truly the best day, and I can honestly say it would not have been perfect without Karli. If you are even questioning it, don't! Best decision we ever made!

Karli was so amazing to work with!! I would absolutely recommend her to any bride. I chose to do the "month of" package to save some money, but in hindsight, I really wish I had done the full planning package. Karli is very professional and organized. She helped keep us on track with to-do lists and helped answer questions/provided recommendations when we didn't know what we were doing :) She also didn't hesitate to solve any problems we had with vendors in the weeks leading up to the wedding... and it seems like this can happen often in the wedding industry. On the wedding day Karli was so kind to everyone in my family and the wedding party. People even commented to me on how great of a job she was doing, which made me feel even better about hiring her. And she obviously made sure everything ran smoothly so that my mom and I didn't have to worry about anything. Everything turned out even better than we had hoped for! Ivory and Vine did month-of coordination for my wedding. Karli was incredible to work with! Not only was she extremely professional and on top of every single detail, but she was genuinely fun to work with and made me feel at ease during our month-of coordination. I was so impressed at her ability to juggle all the moving pieces of our venues and vendors without me having to intervene at all. She also went above and beyond and took on all the last minute details, deliveries, and changes that took so much stress off of me. My only wish is that we hired her to do more than month-of coordination! Karli and her team also were so kind to my guests while still ensuring every event at the reception was done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Karli and her team. Ivory and Vine made planning my wedding stress-free and fun because I knew every detail would all be handled, and it was. Booking Karli is hands down the best decision we made while wedding planning. She is professional, punctual, personable, and offered the best advice! She went above and beyond for me, my groom, my parents, and even our extended family. We hired her as our month of coordinator and she completely alleviated all of the stressful coordination from me and my family the month leading up to our big day - we are so so appreciative. She is truly so excited about every wedding she plans. It is such a refreshing spirit and makes you feel like the only wedding that matters! BONUS: It's common knowledge that a bride and groom don't eat on their wedding day but thanks to Karli my groom and I were STUFFED when we got back to our hotel after our reception because she worked a moment in our timeline for us to chow down away from any of the guests without missing a thing. Boxes of leftovers were also graciously put in the trunk of our getaway car.

Karli Jones is the best!!! Weddings are stressful for participants and parents and Karli and her associates took the ball and ran with it. She worked 24/7, and took over the preparations for the wedding... transportation, reception, everything. It went so smoothly. I would recommend her and her company for anyone wanting a wedding planner that is organized, knowledgeable, efficient, with a very pleasant personality and demeanor.
