Hands down best bakery! They provided a gluten free cake that tasted amazing! The design for my wedding cake was even better than I imagined.

Sheila (head baker) was great to work with and super helpful with designing out cake (we had no idea what we wanted for a design). She was also very upfront about cost breakdown, making sure we stayed in our budget, and helping us find a design and serving number at a price we were comfortable with. She also let us rent a cake stand from her (which was very affordable). There were so many flavor options/combos for cake/frosting/fillings, but we went with a lemon cake and raspberry filling and red velvet with a vanilla custard. Both were SO. GOOD. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how great the cake was.

I came in a few weeks ago for a quick bite and was disgusted with the service and manner of the persons working. The big lady with curly hair acted like I was going to steal the tip jar the whole time. Tattooed and hair dyed hipsters don't care about the customer or their work it seems. Fruit flies in lobby and crap prices make this a horrible spot to dine. Avoid at all costs.

I was completely in love with my cake! Karl's bakery did a phenomenal job! Everyone raved about how amazing the cake tasted! They were so sweet and easy to work with. They even sent me a sweet text letting me know the cake had been delivered. I can't wait to get out anniversary cake from them!

Never been to this bakery until we were searching for a wedding cake bakery. I love there cake. It was a very moist cake. They make everything in house from scratch. Some of the best cake I have ever had. The owner was very helpful and nice. She helped us to pick the best wedding cake for us and our cake needs. Will go back if I need another cake!!!

We went to Karl's Bakery as a part of our package at the Monte Cristo Ballroom. We went about months ahead of our wedding date to just get it out of the way. Our meeting was quick and painless. We looked through a binder of differnt kinds of cakes. After we picked one we liked, she advised us how much ribbon/tyoe of ribbon we should buy, and size of the cake topper. We were able to choose different flavors for each tier of the cake, which made picking easy. She even called closer to the date to make sure all our choices statyed the same. The only negatives, which are super outweighed by the postitives, was sight. When the ribbon was dropped off, someone told us it was the wrong size. We rushed to the craft store to get new ribbon for the baker. At the wedding the old ribbon was used. Also theirt hours are only 7AM-4PM. That made it hard to get there.

We used Karl's Bakery simply because their cake tasted amazing. We had a 3-tier cake with apricot (DELICIOUS!), chocolate, and raspberry in the different tiers. We also had half a sheet cake with raspberry filling. The price was beyond reasonable too! We had so many guests rave about how great the cake tasted - one of our friends bought their wedding cake for their reception two weeks later!

I've actually decided to order our wedding cakes through them because my dad loves their banana walnut cake. We have always got that cake for my dad's birthday. They did a great job with our wedding cakes! We decided to order 3 cakes from Karl's Bakery. Two wedding cakes and one cheesecake. Our cakes were beautiful and delicious. They made exactly what we ordered. Our chocolate raspberry cake were a hit--moist and soft. And the cheesecake was a hit too! Too bad I only ordered one! The new owners of the bakery are very friendly and professional. I highly recommend them for your wedding cakes.
