After having this venue booked for almost 2 years my daughter had to make a last minute change due to the fact that Julie, the owner, decided to reduce the allowable guests by 30%. Due to nothing other than she didn’t want to do large weddings any longer. She failed to mention this decision until 6 weeks prior to the wedding date and we were put in a terribly stressful situation of how to un-invite 50 beloved guests all of whom had received no less than three correspondences in regards to the wedding over the course of the engagement. My daughter was only made aware of reduction in allowable guests when after several emails went unanswered Julie finally responded to let us know this news and also that most of the items we had selected for the meal would not be available. This is a lovely setting and offers delicious cuisine but as far as a wedding and all that goes into the planning and execution avoid the frustration! We were made to feel almost as if it were our privilege to have my daughters very expensive wedding there, which ultimately she did not. On several occasions when trying to reach Julie we were told she was out of the country and unable to respond. Which seems very odd to me since email is worldwide to the best of my knowledge. All in all, nice place to visit but don’t get married there!

Karma Vineyards gave us the most picture perfect wedding! Both my husband and I say that Our Wedding Day was the best day of our lives! Karma's Ceremony site is unrivaled in beauty and the grounds are so romantic and picturesque. The food prepared by their onsite restaurant and their bubbles are delicious! Julie has an excellent team around her and all of the vendors that I took her up on to help us carry out are day were also stellar! Her recommendations for DJ, dessert, shuttle service, and flowers were all exceptional! Special thanks to Jeannie as well! We would not have changed a single thing about our day!!! NOTE: A quick piece of advice for brides in general. I was amazed by how busy ALL of my vendors were. They are often booked every weekend and sometimes have more than 1 event/ wedding on EACH weekend. Because of this, my vendors were often too busy to respond to my questions within 1-2 weeks of my sending out an initial email (especially when my wedding was >1 month out). I had to stay on top of communication and often had to reach out more than once. Once the wedding was 4-6 weeks out, the vendors really started to iron out the details for my wedding. Good luck ladies! All of the stress and planning is all really worth it in the end!!!!!!

We seriously can't say enough great things about our wedding at Karma Vineyards!! The one thing we heard over and over from guests was that this was the BEST wedding they'd ever been to, and I don't even think they were just being nice because it was the best wedding I've ever been to as well! : ) Karma has an in-house chef, and of course they do the wine as well (food and wine were amazing), and they provided staff all day to do set up, tear down and food and bar service. It was so convenient having all of those services under one roof, including tables, chairs, linens, lighting and even decorations. The staff worked hard and were so attentive- I think it was the only wedding I've been to where every single thing ran on time! Julie (owner/operator/day of coordinator) was very fun to work with, and is a total pro. We love her! She was able to answer all of our questions, and thought of everything. I took her recommendations for local service providers including cake (Deb's Delights) , DJ (JMG Music Productions), shuttle (KokoPelli's Run) and flowers (Chelan Floral), and had great experiences with everyone she referred us to! Since they'd all worked weddings at Karma, the whole processes was streamlined. The view during the ceremony was unbelievable, the setting for dinner was so romantic, the cave for dancing and cake cutting was so beautiful.....I could truly go on and on!! We had the wedding of a lifetime, and feel like every penny at Karma was well spent. Thank you Julie and everyone at Karma!
