pt our wedding day running smoothly. She communicated with us well before the event and knew every aspect of our plan and my vision. Without her, I’m not sure what we would have done!

y as I was. Kasie is very organized, communicative, and coordinated all the events of our wedding day seamlessly. I especially valued her expertise and recommendations when it came to all the wedding details and vendor selections. Thanks to Kasie and her incredible team, I was able to enjoy all the moments of my wedding day completely stress-free, which meant the world to me as a bride!
Kasie was a fantastic planner for my June wedding! She always messaged me back in less than 12 hours. She always made sure to clarify any and all details, made great suggestions/id...

nized, knowledgable of the industry and a terrific communicator. Our wedding day went off without a single hitch - Kasie had everything planned and perfectly accounted for! I am forever grateful for her help in executing our perfect day.
I could not have been in better hands working with Kasie and am genuinely sad to not get to work with her any longer now that my wedding has come and gone!

worked in events for a lot of my career so I put a lot of time and thought into the decision (just like every other decision for my wedding...which is why I needed help! ha). I requested quotes and more information from maybe 20 planners, interviewed 6-7, and then went with Kasie. I knew right away she was put together and organized, got my vision, and what was most important to me, understood my budget. Kasie was incredibly tuned in to my budget, what was important to me, and helped me with every little step, always showing me where I could cut costs on things that weren't important to me or go bigger on things that did matter to me.
She exceeded my expectations at every step. I feel like I got more support than I was expecting with the partial planning package and she was always a text message away when I had questions. She had the best advice for vendors that had my vision and were within budget, and kept the vendors I had already booked in line. I feel like she had wisdom beyond her years, like she had been in the industry for 50 years - ha! She helped bring my vision to life of a colorful, Italian feel day.
My wedding was meant to be an outdoor wedding in front of the Vanlandingham Estate, cocktail hour outside and in the house, and then dinner, toasts, and dancing in a tent. HOWEVER, about a week out we were pretty confident we would get horrible weather with Hurricane Ian. Kasie was always on my side and fought for me when we had any issues with anyone. I knew I could leave all the details in her hands. Once I had made all the necessary decisions with her guidance to weather-proof the event, I just let any worry go and enjoyed the week with friends and family. The weather was horrific - probably the worst weather day of the year, but my guests were warm and dry and I didn't have any worries on the day.
Kasie is the best of the best and I genuinely was emotional to say goodbye once the wedding was over!

The whole process was completely stress-free for me and my fiancé and our family, so to anybody who is wondering whether to book something like this for their wedding then I definitely say yes 100x yes and I highly recommend Kasie!
Absolutely perfect, I booked her for full planning and it was worth every penny!

They were a huge part of making our day unforgettable and, most importantly, fun. Not only is Kasie great at her job, but she is also so sweet and lovely to be around. We can't thank her enough!

The day of the wedding went seamless and she and her team were absolutely amazing in ensuring everything ran smoothly and looked exactly how we had envisioned. anning, to our venue walk through and rehearsal, to the day of the wedding, she was my most valuable vendor hands down! She provided me with lots of honest and expert advice whenever I had questions. There were a handful unforeseen bumps in the road the (as there always are) and she handled each and every one without batting an eyelash. My mom described her as “unflappable.” She helped my vision come to life and I couldn’t have imagined anyone else handling the coordination of my wedding day. Also knowing she was at the venue to handle any issues that arose allowed me to focus on what really mattered…enjoying my wedding day!
My wedding was everything I had ever dreamed it could be and it’s all because of Kasie. From the moment we chatted on the phone, I knew she was the perfect planner for us. She put ...
me so at ease, even in that initial conversation, and turned all the stress of planning such a big event into pure excitement.
Throughout the experience, Kasie was the perfect combination between a big sister, therapist, and a best friend. She was always as excited as I was to go over even the small details. She made me feel supported and listened to and confident that our dream wedding was not only within reach — but attainable.
I also cannot overstate how professional and organized Kasie is. She’s clearly so knowledgeable of the industry and what to look for in vendors and definitely helped us navigate everything from contracts to meetings with vendors. She’s so easy to talk to and really makes you feel heard.
When the weekend finally arrived, it could not have been run more smoothly. The rehearsal dinner Kasie organized was such a hit (she helped us find the cutest venue!!) and people were already raving before the wedding even started. As a bride, it was such a seamless day. Everything ran so well — from the vendors to the scheduling to the after party. It. Was. Perfect.
From the bottom of my heart, if you’re looking for a wedding planner to make your dreams come true — go with Kasie Kailyn Events. It’ll be the best decision you make since you said “yes!”

ke clockwork. Even when it started pouring down rain and we needed to move guests from the cocktail tent into the reception hall. Kasie and her crew came up with a solution that kept our guests dry and everything on schedule. Absolutely fabulous job!! I highly recommend Kasie Kailyn Events to anyone who is in the market for a wonderful, sweet wedding planner. Thank you Kasie for making the day special!!

y weddings. I was prepared for a stressful weekend and a hectic wedding day. When I arrived at 9AM on Saturday, I brought this feeling with me.
I was busy unloading things for the day with a sense of urgency, when I asked Kasie a question about an easel that I brought. It needed to be assembled and I figured it was the first of many things that needed be done. As we talked, it dawned on me that she was very calm and relaxed. Her assistant was also very calm, but very attentive. They both assured me that they could take care of the easel and everything else that I dropped off. It took a little while longer, but I finally realized that Kasie had absolutely everything under control. She had everything planned and was executing that plan with confidence and professionalism. I started to relax.
By the time the guests had all been seated and we were ready to start the ceremony, my wife and I had already enjoyed a wonderful day with the wedding party, our son, our future daughter in law, her family, and even the minister! It was a blast! By that time of the day, no one was stressed, worried, or nervous. The rain held off. The ceremony went perfectly and absolutely was beautiful. The guests had a great time. I credit this experience to Kasie and her crew.
I could tell several more stories about how wonderful the day went, and there's no guarantee your event will be as great as our day was, but if you want to put the odds in your favor, seriously consider talking to Kasie about your wedding.
Thanks for reading this. I hope it helps.
Kasie was extremely professional, kind and thoughtful the entire process. Truly a key piece in making our day a success. She is amazing! Dont miss out! Book with Kasie!

services and couldn't be happier to have met Kasie. She was incredibly detail-oriented and helped us in so many ways even before the "month of" the event. She went above and beyond to make sure every aspect of our wedding was thought through and planned out with care and attention. From building our timeline, coordinating with all vendors/wedding party/family members, and keeping us on track to make all decisions we needed to, she covered every little detail that we wouldn't have even thought of until it was too late. After every call with her my fiancé would say "She asks SO many questions, but in a good way." On the day of our wedding, she handled anything that came up last minute and only came to me if there was something critical we needed to discuss. She made sure the entire event ran smoothly and flawlessly. I highly recommend using Kasie Kailyn Events for all wedding planning/coordination services.

e months leading up to our wedding and on the day itself. Their impeccable attention to detail and organization helped to make everything, from our rehearsal, to our decor, to our ceremony and reception, run smoothly. Kasie and her team are professional and very personable and caring, and it's clear that their hearts are truly invested in making people's events as special as possible. They went above and beyond what we would expect from wedding coordinators (one of them event helped secure my veil on a very windy day after our hair stylists left!). We are so grateful to have had them for our wedding and we highly recommend them to any couple!

Felt like I was planning this with a close friend and there is nothing better than that when it comes to trust and confidence, she is the total package.

Kasie was the kindest and most sincere vendor we had spoken to, we knew right off the bat we wanted to go with Kasie Kailyn Events. We can’t say enough positive things about our experience. She had the perfect vendor recommendations for what we were specifically looking for, she took us on every tour and tasting and it felt like we were with an old friend hanging out. She really made our day very personal and specific to us and it didn’t just feel like a cookie cutter wedding. Our day was perfect! I will continue to sing Kasie Kailyn Events praises and already have sent a few of my newly engaged friends her way!

our thing, then you're in good company!! Not going to lie, I felt like a terrible bride not knowing where to start and honestly being overwhelmed by the process so my mother-in-law actually took it upon herself to do some research and find some wedding planners for me, so sweet! I think I had 3 to call, I believe Kasie was my second call and I fell in love right off the bat. We connected so well, I felt like I was planning my wedding with my best friend! She was 10 steps ahead of everything, when I thought I dropped a ball, it always turned out that she had already taken care of it. Also could have been because she knew I would forget, but she knew me so well that she anticipated my forgetfulness lol!! She took the stress out of everything which really aloud me to just enjoy the process, I knew I would never get this season back and I really wanted it to be something special and a good memory. It might sounds silly but having Kasie as a wedding planner really aloud me to be the bride I wanted to be. Stress free, fun and in the moment. She was worth every penny, she will be planning the rest of my sisters weddings too lol. Thank you for everything Kasie, Josiah & I were able to have our dream wedding because of you!

My husband graciously stepped in and said there was no way we were going to waste this special season of engagement being stressed out and overwhelmed the whole time and said we needed a planner! Let me tell you, I am SO happy with our decision! There was enough on my plate with working full time and being a bride. Hiring Kasie was the best investment we could have ever made, she took every ounce of stress, worry and overwhelm off of me and I felt so free to enjoy the whole process knowing she had it under control! She had an idea or solution to every single issue that came up and was always thinking 10 steps ahead. I was so impressed. She also did so much to bring in personal details into our day to make it unique to us. I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Kasie, I knew she was the one from the second we spoke, she was so sweet, kind down to earth and genuine.
