I would put 10/5 stars on this if I could!! I just got my photos back from my wedding and I am blown away! Kassidy is AMAZING at what she does! She was recommended to me by my cousin who recently got married as well, and boy am I glad I listened! Kassidy not only captured our day perfectly, but she made us and our day feel so special, not just like another wedding. She made sure all the girls hair was placed just right, and made sure everything looked perfect before she took each photo. You can tell she really loves what she does, which makes all the difference in the world! Kassidys second shooter was amazing as well! They both were super fun and easy to get along with, laughed with us all night, and made it fun! I cannot recommend her enough!!

Kassidy is an incredible photographer and was so integral to our wedding day. She perfectly captured the day and the essence of our celebration: having all the people we love together in one place. Her photos are stunning as is her craft. Her husband was also an awesome addition to our day (hello master stain remover!). Kassidy is the absolute best! Her work is phenomenal and working with her is a dream. She is extremely responsive, always helpful, and easy to talk to. She will answer any question you could ever imagine and offer not only advice, but show you examples...whether it is what to wear for engagement photos or potential wedding day itineraries. Kassidy is always early and such a positive person. My husband and I adored working with her and we both feel like we have found our photographer for life! Family and baby photos...here we come! She is so genuine and she really cares about her craft and her clients. Finding a photographer for our wedding was a difficult choice for me to make, but once we found Kassidy, I fully trusted her and felt at complete ease. I communicated with her the most, during my engagement and wedding day, out of all my vendors. Kassidy truly was someone that really stood out to me throughout this entire process and I really appreciated having her be a part of my wedding journey. She was easily our #1 vendor choice from our wedding as she is clearly talented and an absolute dream to work with! She 100% kept our wedding day on track, was never pushy, always encouraging, and especially fun to be around. I really felt like I had known her forever and joked with her like I do with my close friends. Our engagement photos and our wedding photos are absolutely gorgeous. I'm in complete love with everything she captured and excited to frame photos and make a wedding album. Everyone has gushed over our photos and raves about the great job she did on our wedding day. Literally everyone loved her as well as the photographs. She is simply amazing and (aside from marrying the love of my life and celebrating with our loved ones) THE BEST PART OF OUR WEDDING DAY! Anyone would be lucky to have her as a photographer! It really is the easiest decision to make!!!

I can not even begin to explain how awesome Kassidy is! Her photography skills are just phenomenal, her professionalism is over the top, and she is just a very cool girly!!! Kassidy was amazing from beginning to end of the whole wedding planning process! I went in blind by looking up different photographers in Southwest Michigan (where we were getting married) and stumbled upon her name, which then led me to her Instagram page. Her photos were a vibe, and exactly the vibe I wanted for my engagement and wedding photos! Once I reached out to her, she took it from there and made this whole process effortless on my end, which was such a relief! She suggested our engagement photos be at Saugatuck Sand Dunes, and while the hike out to the sand/water was a far one, you’d never know from our pictures that we (mainly my husband lol) were sweaty. Then on our wedding day at the end of April, we somehow lucked out with sunshine and 60 degree weather, and Kassidy and her sister Tori captured our day so perfectly! They were so fun to work with too! You will NOT be disappointed when choosing Kassidy as your photographer!!!

Kassidy and her sister Victoria were absolute ALL STARS! They took our wedding day and created the most amazing photograph memories for us to cherish forever. They were an absolute blast to work with and their quality of work shows true passion.

I could not be happier that my husband and I chose Kassidy Rhodes Photography to capture our special day. I already knew that she was an incredible photographer, that much is obvious from the awe-inspiring photos shared on her website and instagram. What I didn't know, was how delightful she would be to work with. I felt SO at ease -on a day where nerves can get the best of you, that is a feat in itself. She did not hesitate to direct myself, my husband and our bridal party with easy confidence to ensure that we looked our best while having a BLAST. She has the eye to find that perfect background setting that no one else would have noticed. Her second photographer, Tori, was so much fun to have on board. She spent most of the time with the groomsmen in the morning. Once the two halves of the wedding party joined for group pictures, the guys immediately raved about how fun and cool she was - she fit right in and made them feel like they could be themselves in front of the camera. Kassidy also did our engagement photos about 8 months prior, and again, it was so easy and fun. She even helped me decide which outfit to change into next. We happened to get caught in a blizzard halfway through the shoot, and Kassidy EMBRACED the opportunity and the photos turned out so unique and so gorgeous. The turn around time was quick too, we received a sneak peak soon after. I would recommend her to anyone looking for engagement/wedding photos!

Kassidy was the absolute best photographer we could have asked for! Her sister was our 2nd photographer who was also so amazing! When our plans turned upside down due to Covid, she didn’t even hesitate when I asked if she would be willing to travel 3 hours to our new venue. We had the most amazing day with Kassidy and her sister at our wedding. They had great vision and were so sweet and helpful throughout the whole day. Hiring Kassidy as our wedding photographer was one of the best decisions we made. She was absolutely incredible to work with and her photos are stunning. She traveled quite far to capture our wedding, and she produced creative, fun, and beautiful photos for us. She was extremely easy to work with, communicated with us often, and was very laid back. Her assistant was equally as stellar and we enjoyed working with them both. They made my husband and I feel so comfortable while taking photos. Kassidy is a true gem of a person and photographer. With a two year engagement, Kassidy was one of my first vendors I chose to book. I was immediately drawn to her style and knew she was right for what we were looking for. The moment Kassidy did our engagement photos (driving non reluctantly to Detroit!) I knew she was the real deal. Her photos captured perfect effortless moments between us that truly felt and looked genuine. From engagement photos to our wedding day, Kassidy's personality and talent truly shined through. Our bridal party felt so at ease with her and the end result is exactly what we had hoped.

Kassidy was great to work with from the start. I planned my wedding from Philadelphia and got married in Grand Rapids. Kassidy was flexible in letting us change our traditional engagement shoot into a family shoot so we could include my husband's children. She has an eye for beautiful surroundings and took us to a park I didn't even know existed (and I lived in Grand Rapids for 18 years). Kassidy was also fantastic working with the girls (ages 7 & 9). Even when their attention span started to fade... Kassidy made the wedding day run very smoothly. She took us to beautiful locations in nature and also a garage top in downtown GR. We were actually running ahead of schedule and she was totally fine with coming with us to the bar to shoot some pictures there. Kassidy was wonderful to work with - but really her pictures speak for themselves. She has a great eye for color, moments, positioning, etc. I couldn't be more pleased with my overall experience. Kassidy was seriously the best to work with. She’s always got a plan but is willing to switch it up and do what you’d like to do. I can not say enough. I did a boudoir shoot and our wedding with Kassidy and she was AMAZING. Easy to talk to, easy to work with. She explains everything. #bestphotographer I don’t know if I can put into words how happy I am with my wedding photos! Kassidy was very prompt, personable and informative from day one and was just a joy to work with on my wedding day! Kassidy’s creativity and ability to match her clients wishes is unmatched. When I was initially starting my search for a photographer I stumbled upon one of her photographs and quickly searched for more! Her style is amazing and unlike any other photographer I could find. Her ability to capture the people and the setting surrounding them in such a breathtaking way is what got me hooked! Of course I was looking for a photographer that would capture good photographs of my husband and I but I also was madly in love with my venue and wanted to know that would also shine through! She with out a doubt exceeded my expectation capturing my husband and I, our venue, and our guests. I feel like you truly can feel all of the emotions of joy and happiness felt on our big day through each and every photograph she captured. The added bonus to her being an outstanding artist is her radiant kindness and patients. It is a perfect match for a stress free wedding day and instantly gave me comfort to put my trust in her to just do her thing because I knew whatever she did would have me mesmerized. I don’t know if anyone else can relate but my husband hates to be photographed and you can barely find photographs of us. Just to emphasize her kindness and just overall aura my husband instantly felt comfortable with her and we took hundreds of photographs and he doesn’t look uncomfortable in 1! Side note: she does newborn and family photos and I can’t wait to hire her again as my family grows!

We had the most amazing experience with Kassidy. She was so easy to work with and made us feel so comfortable. We didn't do engagement photos (our choice!) and I was slightly worried about how my husband would do with being photographed on our wedding day (without any practice) - but she made us feel so comfortable and was such a good process. Kassidy was absolutely fabulous to work with. Picking a photographer was the most overwhelming decision for me because there are so many options in such a massive price range. I had multiple bridesmaids who were married before me tell me how awesome she was on the day-of-- she's professional and has a great style in keeping the mood light but keeping things moving. We had a list of photos we gave to her ahead of time and her and her second shooter divided and conquered and we were beyond happy with the outcome. She's creative, funny, super flexible, and truly amazing to work with-- I would definitely recommend!

We are so thrilled with Kassidy as a wedding photographer. She is extremely easy to communicate with beginning with the first time we met. Feeling comfortable "being cute" was not easy for my husband and I but Kassidy was able to capture who we are and how we feel about each other without me ever feeling uncomfortable. As a wedding coordinator, I know how stressful it can be to direct different vendors and everyone involved in the big day all at the same time. Kassidy and her team were so professional and caring, that in turn made everyone in the bridal party feel so relaxed and made the whole process that much more enjoyable! She was able to roll with spur of the moment changes and it was apparent the bride's family absolutely adored her! I have put Kassidy on my own preferred vendor list and hope to work with her again!

Kassidy and her team went above and beyond for our wedding. When our plans for an outdoor ceremony and pictures were derailed by rain, Kassidy swooped in and made other arrangements for photos, and made sure we picked the best spot in our venue for photos for our ceremony. Where do I even begin my praises for this incredible lady?! When I began my search for a wedding photographer, I had three things I was specifically looking for: 1. Someone who had an eye for moments. Authentic, precious, "make you laugh or cry on the spot because the memory is so tangible" moments. 2. Someone who could pose me and my husband-- we're awkward-- and make us look like supermodels. So basically a magician. 3. Someone with a tasteful & artful editing style that makes the pictures come alive. Kassidy checked all of these off my list and so much more! Her sweet & fun spirit made taking photos effortless (even for akward people like us haha). She was incredibly organized and punctual, easily managing time & communicating what she wanted. The best part was that she found the special moments-- ones I didn't even think of!-- to capture for us forever. My husband and I tearfully reminisced our wedding day with the most beautiful photos we could have ever imagined. She's the BEST!

Kassidy was so wonderful to work with through the entire process. We didn't need an entire day off photography for our wedding so she booked us as a double portrait session. this was the perfect amount of time and saved us a ton of money. On wedding day she and Ryan we're a joy to work with! they did a great job of guiding us through the portrait process and also wrangling our family for family photos. They did a fantastic job of capturing how we feel about our day, even the little unposed moments. we love every single photo! We picked Kassidy because we loved her profile and that is exactly the type of photos we got and we love them too! We were expecting to receive our photos on a thumb drive in a manilla envelope. it came in the most beautiful wooden box full of moss and tied with string and a little tree branch. It was beautiful! We would absolutely use Kassidy again!

We were so happy to have chosen Kassidy to shoot our wedding. I had been following her photography for a while and when it came time to choose a photographer my wedding, she was my first pick. She was flexible and accommodating and jumped at the chance to fly down to Texas for us. Kassidy is amazing, her style and attention to detail is spot on. My husband and I had her shoot our engagement photos in downtown Detroit which none of us had been so it was fun walking around and grabbing a shot here or there. Kassidy then came to shoot our wedding and brought Sam with her. Our wedding was in December, very cold but beautiful and they captured the day perfectly. Kassidy made the drive, 2 and half hours, to be with us and we couldn't have asked for a better photographer to capture that special day than her. I would recommend her to anyone that asks, her personality makes her one of a kind!

Kassidy was professional and flexible. I loved all of my pictures!!! My wedding day was raining and muddy but, we made the best of it! Kassidy brought na asisstant and was ready to direct and make sure every shot counted. I would recommend Kassidy to anyone! Kassidy also helped me surprise my husband with a boudoir shoot. I'm a bigger girl, but Kassidy made me feel confident and beautiful. I was really happy with how the shoot came out.
