gal. We used Kat for day-of coordination, and if we could have, would have used her to plan our entire wedding.
From start to finish, she made this crazy and hectic wedding planning process so beautiful and organized and we could not be more grateful. She partners wonderfully with the vendors you have to ensure that everyone is on the same page, and boy does that make such a difference in the flow! We got so many compliments on the flow of the wedding, and it was all thanks to Kat. Logistics are huge on a wedding day, and everything went to plan with Kat by our side with a smile! She was so in-tune with the timeline that we got to accomplish EVERYTHING we wanted on our beautiful wedding day/night, INCLUDING first look, after ceremony photos, actually enjoying our dinner (which typically you hear horror stories of this not happening!), dancing, greeting ALL guests, going to the photo booth with my groom, and just purely enjoying the sweet moments. Thank you Kat, you are the best! Will recommend Kat to EVERY bride and groom I come across.

She was our day-of coordinator and she went above and beyond making sure our day went great. 2 years after we got engaged, so we wanted to work with someone who was in it for the long haul and who could help create our dream wedding detail by detail from top to bottom. Enter Kat, who without question, made our wedding absolutely perfect. She introduced us to each vendor knowing, based on our personalities, who would work well with US as a couple and not just put on a pretty wedding (but of course, in true Kat form, we worked with the best vendors AND had the prettiest wedding!). However, the most important part of this whole wedding planning process was getting to know her and spend time with her. Watching her work, with her years and years of experience, helped us stay calm the entire 2 years and truly made every aspect of planning enjoyable. Throughout these 2 years, Kat became more than our planner, she became a friend (and now that the wedding is over, we miss her like crazy!). We could not recommend Kat more! moment we hired Kat, she was on top of every detail of the reception, making sure that we thought of everything, keeping the lines of communication open, and ensuring that everything went smoothly at the reception. Kat and Erin ensured that my groom and I had everything that we needed while also making sure that the rest of the reception flowed smoothly. They worked so seamlessly that I forgot to worry about anything during the entire reception! They were one of the best choices that we made, worth every penny!

day of she made us feel comfortable and completely in control of our whole wedding day! On the day of the wedding she arrived early and beautifully set up all of our personal decoration. When I arrived she greeted me right away and handled the whole day from there! I can not say enough about how comfortable my husband and I felt in her very capable hands! Several guests and family members complimented us on how great they thought she was! She made sure to hang back and let us enjoy our day but was always there when ever we needed her! She skillfully carried out the timeline she had put together for us to the very minute!
