As a bride, being confident in your wedding planner can be the determining factor between failure and success -- I had the utmost confidence in your team. Barb - I could never thank you enough for coming up early on Thursday ... what a difference that made!! When I walked into the rehearsal and noticed I had not updated the seating chart, you solved the seating problem within seconds. I knew from that point on, that K&C would have EVERYTHING under control. The confidence and trust I had in K&C was the reason I was able to enjoy the weekend. I never worried if everything would come together -- I knew without a doubt it would. And as I believed, it did. It was SPECTACULAR in person and now in pictures. Not one detail was forgotten or overlooked. Renee - I am still not sure I comprehend how you pulled off such an incredible and personalized exit from the Ruins, but it was perfect!! I love the picture of the band walking down the front steps of the Ruins as we sang "When the Saints Go Marching In". Thanks for not letting us settle on watching the fireworks from the Ruins -- you were right, we had to be in the field!! Thank you for taking care of us, our family and our friends during each of the events and throughout the weekend. My mind is blown as to how you turned from expert decorators and planners to a mix between the perfect hostess / entertainer / personal assistant!! Barb - Thank you for making us to-go plates on Friday night and making us eat on Saturday night. Little did I know, when I picked a wedding planner, that I had also picked the best maid of honor. Katie - Thank you for being the best maid of honor!!! It was a complete joy and, honestly, an unexpected relief to have you as my go to person that evening. As I reflect on the entire process, I am most thankful that K&C allowed me, Quentin and my parents to enjoy and actively participate in each event. We were able to be "present" and make wonderful memories!!!

Their rapport with the staff there was wonderful and together they would make the impossible, possible. The 5-day event, with MANY moving parts, was completed with the precision of a tactical military maneuver. They guided us to the most creative, easy-to-work with vendors, and there were many. Over the five days, their discreet, calm presence made the wedding party, and all of the guests, comfortable. They attended to the most magnificent details with the same care as when dealing with the most mundane. I cannot imaging being in better hands. It was a fairy tale wedding, our guests were in awe, as were we, and we still are as we reflect on the happiest time of our lives, thanks to Barb, Renee and Katie!!!! As an out of town bride, I was unable to make it to some of the appointments, they would go to the appointments and represent my vision probably better than I could have. a. We had a seated dinner for the reception at a venue that was 10,000 square feet of open space that transformed into big city, rustic/ chic elegance because of their expertise and vision! Everyone who attended were WOW'd by the magic they created, including my husband and myself! We had over 15 vendors that needed to be coordinated in order for everything to happen at the right time, and it did! It was PERFECT! If you are looking for a planner that has a great reputation in the wedding business, knows the best vendors to use, and are the sweetest, kindest people to work with, then you need not look any further. Kate and Campbell, Barb and Katie, are the best anti-anxiety pill you can take! You'll be able to sleep at night knowing they are going to take great care of you!

ps, making the planning lots of fun. They have access to so many Atlanta vendors, they are never at a loss for resources. Every vendor I met with LOVES working with Barb and Katie. The day of the wedding turned out to be stress-free for my daughter and me. They were there every step of the way, coordinating all vendors and putting their finishing touches to the reception room. It was perfection! Wish I had another daughter to plan a wedding with Barb & Katie!

They worked well with all the vendors we had already booked and also helped us to find the rest of our vendor team. We emailed and called constantly and Barb even answered my call on New Year's Day when I was upset about my dress choice. She even sewed the head table runner herself out of fabric she found for us. When I was upset the day before the wedding about a dress alterations mishap, Barb talked me down and offered to fix the dress herself. When my dress was covered in black dirt from our first look, Barb sat down and scrubbed every inch of my train clean just minutes before the ceremony. I was breathless when I walked into our venue and saw that everything had come together seamlessly. Not a single detail was missed. Everyone says something always goes wrong on your wedding day, but thanks to Barb and Katie, the day was just perfect. I am so very lucky to have worked with Katie and Barb.

Secondly, we had asked KC to do some things that were out of the box, from handling the wedding data base to coordinating the essentials with the bride and groom. When I couldn't get a hold of the engaged couple, Barb was constantly available. She always returned my phone calls or e-mails within minutes. When I was nervous, she calmed my anxiety and listened carefully when that was needed. Her understanding of etiquette, style and good taste led to setting the stage for an amazing celebration. The day of the wedding, I was relaxed and thoroughly enjoyed the ceremony and gorgeous reception. Everything was perfection....except for later, when our daughter's stunning wedding gown was stomped on the dance floor, splitting the back of her dress wide open. But then Barb was there with her needle and thread, stitching up the gown as if nothing had ever happened. When I thought I had lost my cell phone at 1:30 a.m., Barb was there with me sending out e-mails, and calming me down. (I had left it at the club). Barb and Katie are simply the most dependable, kind and superb wedding planners. I can't imagine doing a wedding without them.

At our walk-through, they made suggestions for changes based on their years of experience with weddings. The week of the wedding, we met up and handed over all of our wedding decor. The day of the wedding, they set everything out exactly as we had discussed, despite a few last minute seating changes on my part. Knowing that Barb and Katie had the day under control let me relax. I didn't have to worry about decorating, or meeting vendors, or making sure people were on time. They were all over that and we were able to relax and enjoy our wedding. After the ceremony, Barb and Katie put my husband and I into a private room with a glass of champagne and the food from our cocktail hour. We had a precious 10 minutes to talk about the ceremony and let it sink in that we were finally married! I am sure there are a ton of things to make our day go perfectly that Barb and Kate did that I am not aware of. They never worried me or stressed me out with minor issues. Hiring Kate and Campbell was the #1 absolute best decision that we made when planning our wedding. We wouldn't have changed a single thing and we are so grateful to them for making our day go so smoothly. My husband even commented, "If we have girls, they are DEFINITELY getting wedding planners when they get married." Hopefully when that day comes we can find planners that are even half as amazing as Barb and Katie.

We were able to pick the best florists, bakery, etc. because we knew they were great if Barb and Katie said so. Fast forward to the wedding weekend...everything went perfectly because of the two of them. As the bride, you do not need any extra stress that weekend and Barb and Katie ensured I could just enjoy the special time. I had no idea we even had a hiccup with one of our vendors until weeks after my wedding because they handled the situation so flawlessly. Barb and Katie also were so sweet with my bridal party and family during the wedding weekend. When Katie was leaving our reception site at probably 1 AM in the morning she noticed my MOH waiting for her ride outside and offered to drive her home instead. In this crazy world, it is very rare to find such amazing people like Barb and Katie who go above and beyond. I just cannot say enough good things about these planners! They made my wedding weekend just perfect and I will always thank them endlessly for that.

At the drop of a hat, they were available to make sure I was taken care of. And ya'll when I say that my wedding day was the most perfect day of my husband's and my life, I truly mean it. Every single one of my bridesmaids were saying how they HAD to have them for their wedding. From the escort cards (that they personally took charge of and added personal pizzazz too!) to the large centerpieces, the cake, the band- they made all of my hopes and dreams for my wedding day come true. Not to mention while they were making sure the day was running smoothly, they kept touching base with us and running to get drinks throughout the reception! I wish I could come up with the words to say thank you enough to both of them! They are truly amazing planners and people! There is no other option when you are looking for a wedding planner! They are IT!!!!!!
