From the start, we knew we found a power duo with Kate & Jill. These ladies do an amazing job at making everyone comfortable and have fun to get truly genuine, happy shots of everyone. Even from our engagement shoot a few months prior to our wedding, Kate & Jill focus on every little detail and we couldn't be happier with our photos from working with them. The best thing we could have done was just trust them - in the middle of your wedding reception, when your photographers say 'wanna play a game', the answer should always be yes! We can't wait to hopefully work with them again for future shoots when we build our family!

When you hire Kate and Jill you aren't just hiring photographers. You're hiring part time dress bustlers and veil fixers, day of timeline creators, built in comedy/entertainment and most importantly, friends. From the moment we first contacted Kate and Jill, we knew we were in great hands. Their portfolio just screams talent -- and while I assumed they didn't only post galleries of models, I originally felt that way and that no matter how talented these two were, my pictures wouldn't come out that way. Fast forward to receiving my gallery and I felt just as beautiful as every one of their prior brides. They found ways to make my husband and I both feel comfortable during the engagement pictures and the entire day of the wedding. We spent an hour with K&J during our engagement shoot and had so much fun, laughing the entire time! It made us that much more excited for our big day. We had sneak peaks delivered to us while we were still driving home from the shoot location!!!! Amazing. Our engagement gallery was stunning and they are some of my favorite pictures of all time. For the wedding day, Kate and Jill created our day of timeline for us, with every detail from getting ready photos, time built in to get to the venue, first look, family photos, bridal party photos and more. I used their timeline as the baseline for all of my other vendors and planned the rest of my day around it! I also bothered them on multiple occasions to make tiny changes and it was never an issue :) During the wedding day, Kate and Jill were professional, prompt and so easy to work with. Their prepared schedule allowed us all to know exactly where we needed to be, and when - which kept us on time throughout the entire day. My MIL, Mom and bridal party all commented on how great they were - they even provided music during some of the group shots to get everyone in the right mood. They knew the exact time to pull us from the cocktail hour to get the perfect sunset pictures. They touched base with us a few times during the reception to make sure we got all the shots we wanted and to pull us out for some beautiful night time pictures. Kate and Jill are magical elves and somehow managed to post EIGHT SNEAK PEAK pictures to their Instagram before the reception was even over!!! It was so nice to be able to see a few pictures so quickly and reflect on our fairytale day. It took them about 4 weeks to get our full gallery back which was well within the timelines they provided. They delivered over ONE THOUSAND stunning pictures. We could not be more happy with the way our pictures turned out. Kate and Jill are some of the most talented photographers in the business. They are able to capture everything on camera from the big moments to the small intimate moments you didn’t know you wanted on camera until you saw it for the first time. They work so well with other professionals who were part of planning our big day. They were great with communication via email and listening to what we wanted for our big day. On top of that, they are an absolute riot and so much fun! I highly recommend Kate and Jill for your wedding!

Kate and Jill are AMAZING photographers! Their work speaks for itself. They are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and talented. Our engagement photos were beautiful, and we got so many photos from just the one hour session alone. We can't wait to see our wedding photos, and we know that they are going to be just as beautiful! Honestly, it doesn't get better! From our engagement session, to the day of the wedding these two were up for ANYTHING. They made us feel no pressure to get "the perfect picture" and they captured our genuine love for one another in a very organic way. Be prepared they will use one another to demonstrate how to hold one another and it is hysterical and very helpful at times! They also have a great balance of coming up with things they want you to do and following your lead- which led to incredible shots. We received our pictures so quickly and very accessibly to be able to share them with our loved ones. We feel lucky to have had them and their incredible work and will never look elsewhere for photography when needed!

Where do I even start!!!! From start to finish Kate & Jill were the most exceptional and professional two people we could have ever asked for to capture our special day. From a year in advance during our engagement shoot until the most special day of our lives these girls did it ALL!! They made us feel so comfortable and special during the best time of our lives. They were so much fun, we laughed the entire day and it took so much pressure off of everything else going on around us. We will never use another professional photographer again because no one can compare. When we got engaged, I knew the first vendor we wanted to book was Kate & Jill. They had done one of our friends wedding and ever since, I knew I wanted them for ours. Starting with the engagement pictures, they were AMAZING. We were so nervous and they made my husband and I feel so at ease. They literally made the session feel like a date night. And our wedding!! They absolutely made our day. They were so much fun to work with and truly just made everything feel so seamless. Our pictures are out of this world and people ask me constantly who our photographers were. We cannot suggest Kate & Jill enough. We cannot say enough good things about Kate and Jill (and their lovely assistant Jade)! They shot our wedding on October 1st of this year. Kate & Jill (and Jade!) were amazing. They were everything we were hoping for in photographers: they made us feel comfortable, excited, and stress-free. Our experience with Kate & Jill Photography was everything we could have hoped for. The style of their photos as well as their focus on the more “real” side of getting married is what drew us to them initially. We first met our photographer, Bridget, six months before our wedding for our engagement shoot. Never having been photographed before, Bridget was a great director who made the most of our location while keeping us feeling comfortable and natural. On our wedding day, Bridget and Bonnie were experts at getting those posed shots that you need and the candid shots that you WANT. They completely embraced our slightly unconventional venue of the Mutter Museum without hesitation and worked hard to capture that uniqueness in our photos. To top it all off, they are two very sweet women who know how to gas up a bridge and groom to get the best shots! Our photos came out absolutely stunning; nothing was missed. We could not be happier and will definitely be keeping Kate & Jill in mind for any future photography needs.

The best photographers out there. They’re quick responding, answer all questions, and communicate with you days leading up to the wedding. Their pictures are not only beautiful but they capture every angle so vividly. I highly recommend them not only for weddings but every other milestone event!

Kate & Jill have been amazing throughout the whole wedding process. Kate & Jill made us feel so comfortable around them, and made our engagement & wedding photos look so natural and absolutely stunning! The second I got on the phone with Kate & Jill I knew I wanted them to be a part of our journey, and boy was it a journey in 2020. From our engagement photos last fall to our postponed spring wedding and our recent fall wedding - they made it all so easy! WOW! so many great things to say about Kate&Jill! every single person at our wedding loved them, said they knew what they were doing. and boy, they sure do! I am OBSESSED with our pictures...i seriously cannot stop looking at them...these two women are the perfect photographers that you should have at your wedding, or any event! i am constantly getting told everywhere I travel how stunning the pictures are.. we will be using them again when we have our children and any reason I can find to have more of their work done for us! you will not be let down I promise you that! I could not imagine using anyone besides Kate and Jill for ANY moments of my life. My experience with these ladies has been more than amazing. As as COVID bride, changing plans was the new story of my life. Highly recommend kate & jill, from the time they arrived at our home for the pre-ceremony photos to the last song at the reception, they we fantastic. They are extremely organize, so we were done in plenty of time to get to the church. They worked with my daughter before to develop must have photos and both of them kept us on schedule to ensure we got those photos. We never had to worry if a photo was missed as they were always where they needed to be to capture all of the special moments. Their attention to detail is second to none. And finally the photos are absolutely beautiful. When you are sitting with your wife and daughter going through the photos and both are in tears....I'd say kate & jill nailed it. I don't think I could say enough great things about Kate and Jill! For the longest time I just couldn't find the "right" photographer. All of the photos I was seeing from other people just felt so cheesy and posed. Then my cousin forwarded me the Kate & Jill Instagram and I fell in love! The photos don't scream cheesy wedding photos or posed. All of the photos are just so organic. And my favorite part was they don't take posed photos of the Wedding Reception, they are all candids. And I LOVE how they include the engagement session with their packages! It was so much fun to be able to meet them beforehand and get us comfortable in front of the camera. The day of photos called for rain and they were all for taking our photos in the rain so me and AJ said why not and just went for it and it was SO much fun! The also walked us through every step of the processes from start to finish and there were never any hiccups. Our wedding day went perfect! They captured every moment of our special day perfectly! So if you are looking for the perfect photographer duo, Kate & Jill are your girls!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kate and Jill! My husband and I are so grateful that they were part of our wedding day, because from start to finish, they exceeded our expectations. I knew from the first time I read about them that they would be perfect for us, and would be able to get my outgoing yet camera-shy man to "perform" for the camera. They are so quick with communication, thorough with their questions, and great at listening to what it is we were looking for. When considering a first look versus not, timing for our ceremony, places for locations, Kate and Jill offered input based on experience but ultimately helped us decide what worked best for us. The inclusion of an engagement shoot is the BEST idea. It helped my husband and I really feel comfortable with them and confident that everything would go smoothly on the day of. Plus, we had so much fun and have amazing pictures! When it was time for the wedding itself, they were phenomenal. They made sure we got every shot we wanted, gave us non-models very clear directions (I especially love when they would tell me how to tilt my chin for the best angles :) ), checked in to make sure we were happy, and were completely non-intrusive. It felt like they were more like wedding guests with REALLY nice cameras than vendors. They worked smoothly with our videographer as well. Somehow they even managed to get "teaser" photos up that very night! Our wedding was less than three weeks ago and... last night we got our full gallery of pictures! To say we are overwhelmed by the photos, the moments they captured, and their crazy beautiful quality.. all understatements. I don't know how I'm going to choose ones for our album but luckily we get ALL of them. I think it's clear I will be recommending Kate and Jill to ANYONE in the future, and can't wait to have them again for future life events!

I've been following Jill and her photography for over 10 years - well before she ever met Kate. I've been able to watch her skills grow and evolve. In all the time, I was "patiently" waiting to have some life event big enough and important enough to justify hiring her to take my pictures. When she met Kate and they teamed up, it was impossible for me to not look at all of the picture that they share and just be so envious of their beautiful brides, hopeful for the day that it would be me. I reached out to kate&jill for the first time before I was even technically engaged. Hands down, they were the one vendor I was 100% sure of even before I had an official ring. When I did finally get engaged, I immediately reached out again and made sure that any venue or location we picked would work for them. I know it sounds ridiculous, but I knew their pictures would be perfect and you can never get those moments back if your photographer misses them. Some places you can cut corners, but after the wedding the pictures are all you have left. My only fear when we hired kate&jill was that myself and my now husband would ruin their pictures. We're not particularly photogenic, and all of their other photos look like literal models. After we took our engagement pictures, I figured out that they're just absolutely the most amazing photographers in the entire world and even though I'm sure they'll tell you all of their brides are beautiful, they could also make a pile of poop look stunning. They did the most amazing job of making sure we were comfortable for our engagement photos, both by making sure we chose a location that would best reflect us, but also by keeping things light between us. They were constantly encouraging us to laugh and interact with each other, then provided a few helpful cues to make us look amazing. Fast forward to our actual wedding day. At this point, I had so much more confidence in them (as if that was possible) knowing that not only are their pictures stunning but they would make us look good too. They listened so well to everything we wanted photographed, and true to their style they captured all of the moments, both staged and not. It was so important to us to have lots of candid moments and not be staging portraits or anything, which is exactly what we got. When our pictures were done, it was the most amazing feeling (almost as good as the wedding day) to get to relive the entire day through their lenses. As if the quality of their photographs isn't enough to hire them, they're also absolutely amazing and beautiful people. They are so professional and really take the time to get to know their couples, their vision, and what's important to them. They were so flexible while we were scheduling everything and so much fun to work with. They truly made us feel comfortable in front of the camera (which is soooo much easier said than done, especially for my husband). They worked with what we wanted to photograph to create a perfect timeline, and were laughing and joking right along with us. But when they needed to, they also were putting some of the groomsmen in line to make sure everything was done. I truly can't say enough good things about them, and anyone who asks I will always recommend their work. Not just for your wedding, but for your life.

Where to even begin. They are like your best friends you had growing up in high school, except better. They make you enjoy every moment and make you feel like family. My husband is shy and they really made him feel comfortable. It was perfect that they do engagement shoots with the wedding package because you get to know them before the wedding day. They give questionnaires before your wedding day to truly get to know you both and understand you as a couple to really capture these special moments. They truly go above and beyond; wether is climbing rocks, getting into bushes to get the perfect shots or making us laugh to get the best photos. We had our pup in our engagement photos and they were so patient with her too (she can be a handful). The quality of their photos is literally like no other. Even our family was blown away by how amazing they are. Their pricing is very reasonable and we even changed up our package last minute after seeing some of their albums. We cannot wait to get our album! We didn’t even get a videographer because we were so confident that they would capture everything in the photos

Kate & Jill did our engagement photos and then recently did our wedding photos. Their attention to detail along with capturing our personalities and highlighting what we love most, our family, was so important. They became a part of our huge fam by the end of the night. They are fun, loving and really easy to get along with & make your day about finding the “hidden treasure pictures”. They are amazing and we are obsessed with our pictures!

I met Jill when I was a freshman in high school in 2007. She had always wanted to be a photographer and I remember thinking her style was just right to do it. As the years passed and Jill became a part of Kate and Jill I knew that finding my photographer was one part of my wedding day I wouldn’t need to research. They were the obvious choice. In 2017 my now husband and I had our first shoot with Kate and Jill for a maternity/engagement session. The level of ease we felt taking the photos and the quality of them when we got them back exceeded expectations. Their style is very natural, bright and romantic and when they’re working they have a natural flow together. There’s no clashing of ideas or styles which makes for a very comfortable professional setting. I could not imagine having had anyone else capture the milestones in our life from engagement, pregnancy, and now marriage. Kate and Jill are our lifetime photographers.

Lots of brides seem to know everything they want, but I only knew I wanted kate & jill as my photographers! I knew of them only from seeing their pictures online, as they were photographers for lots of my friends from high school's life events. I was attracted to their professional style- which from my perspective is romantic and natural, easygoing and real. Upon meeting them for the first time, it was an easy fit. The cost included an engagement session (which is SO important to have to get USED to being in front of a camera for a length of time and seeing what your natural mannerisms look like in photos lol). My groom is usually not a people person but at our session, he was so comfortable with them and had fun :) Throughout the planning process, kate & jill were available for any and every wedding question I had. They helped us plan the timeline and made sure we didn't worry about the minutes on the day-of. (But guys, be aware they're humans with lives, so don't use them longer than you pay them!) Our pictures make me so so so happy! They're very real. They captured the poses and moments I hoped for as a bride. They know what they're doing. My bridal party was huge and they were flexible to pull us all together. I didn't notice them during the event. Highly recommended :):)

We are so glad we chose Kate and Jill as our wedding photographers. I was a little nervous about standing in front of cameras all day, but their friendly personalities made the experience much easier than I imagined. They seemed to blend right in with the bridal party and I felt like we were old friends. They got small details that were so important to me, like the photo charms on my bouquet. I originally contacted Jill after she was recommended by my friend. I was trying to find someone willing to work with us for our engagment session and secret elopement to Washington DC. We were elated to find out that Jill and Kate were just as excited to be part of our special day. Planning a secret wedding is tough because you have less support from others who obviously don't know about the elopement, having these two great gals in on the secret helped keep me sane and organized. They made our tiny wedding special, and kept the secret on social media for another week until we could surprise our family and friends. We wouldn't hesitate to work with Kate&Jill for future photography sessions.
