She is the best wedding planner ever - from helping with hotel room blocks, vendor advice, running the rehearsal, wrangling the vendors and wedding party, loading up my car post wedding with all the stuff. I know of several friends who had issues with their daughters' wedding planners. I am so glad that I had Kate - no problems at all.

Kate went above and beyond to make our dream wedding come true. There was a sense of calmness that came over me the morning of our wedding and that is all thanks to Kate and her fabulous team! Everyone from our bridal party, to our parents and even guests commented on how wonderful her team was. D wedding. Kate started this planning journey with us prior to COVID. She instantly understood what we envisioned. She is not only a pleasure and joy to work with, she works well and effectively with other vendors to implement the vision cohesively and seamlessly. She is a seasoned wedding planner who has seen it all. Her years of experience allowed her to stay nimble in order to navigate the ever-changing world of COVID without losing sight of our original vision or more importantly, her cool. She is such a calming presence and knows when to remind you everything will be okay - which was invaluable to me. Our wedding may not have exactly been what we initially planned for, but thanks to Kate, it was an even better, more intimate experience, which we will never forget.

! But we really realized what a gem Kate was once we ran into some challenges. We had to cancel our hotel block late in the game, and Kate was able to get us set up with a new hotel block option within a week. She convinced this new (and better, more highly rated) hotel to make exceptions to their policies, match our previous hotel block rate, and transfer all of our guests over for us. Given the stress and inconvenience of the situation, Kate supported us to handle this as smoothly as possible. As the date neared, COVID became a reality, and we had to indefinitely postpone as many couples did. Kate was extremely supportive, professional, and empathetic throughout this entire process, doing anything she could to make the decisions and refunds easier. In fact, over six months after our cancelled wedding date, Kate even convinced one of her clients to use one of our vendor credits, procuring a significant refund for us that we hadn’t expected. Kate is an experienced pro, but beyond that she’s a fantastic human that you’ll want to be part of your big day. Couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

. She was constantly there helping with veil, handing us a drink, lipstick reapply, etc. The night was flawless, and she definitely played a huge part in that. We couldn’t recommend Kate enough!

Kate was particularly crucial in organizing our large guest count through a second line downtown and onto buses to our reception venue. It was flawless and my guests continue to tell me how much they loved it! And even better, I wasn’t worried about it on wedding day because I knew Kate had it under control! She helped me develop a timeline that made sense for what was important to us at our reception and then she was there every step of the night. Kate even drove to the hotel downtown to retrieve some gifts my husband had forgotten to give earlier in the day. She gave me confidence and reassurance in my ideas when I would spin into overload frenzies and she was so easy to communicate with. I had lots of help with my family but my mom and her sisters were SO thankful Kate was there to help them tackle things that day. (And I’m thankful because I know they were able to relax and have a good time!) I can’t explain enough how INCREDIBLE this woman is! She helped me navigate through planning the biggest day of my life and I’m forever grateful! SHE IS AMAZING! WORTH EVERY CENT!!!

She has great relationships with vendors and made great suggestions when I was picking venues, florals, music, photographer, candles, etc. She was able to get our out-of-town guests the best deal on rooms at my first-choice hotel (which btw overlooked the iconic Mississippi River). Some guests even commented to me later that they had never stayed at a place so nice for such a reduced rate. Kate also did all the legwork to organize my entire transportation fleet (charter buses, limo buses, and vintage Bentley). After every meeting with Kate, I found that I had gained even more peace of mind each time. One such meeting was our final meeting when she sat with me and planned out MINUTE BY MINUTE the run of events during my entire wedding weekend. This schedule proved to be PRICELESS!! It took any guesswork out of answering "what's next?" throughout the weekend. It really helped me to remain in-the-moment at all times and focus on the fun stuff and the significance of it all. I can't say thank you enough to Kate for helping me flawlessly pull off the biggest event in my life thus far!

ch time with us in helping choose a caterer, a cake, music and decor. The weekend of the wedding she basically lived at our house putting the final touches on everything. She transformed our home into this elegant wedding venue with white fabric tents, chandeliers hanging from the oak trees and turned it into a mascaraed party. An hour before our wedding Kate was literally in our pool lighting and staging candles! The night of the wedding she made sure everything was perfect and made sure we were totally taken care of. She took all of the worry and stress off of us, and in the process became a very good friend. She's quite incredible at what she does.

r planning the wedding together, she was consistently responsive, organized, calm, and down to earth (the latter of which was one of the things we valued most in our partnership). She is honest and has the best interest of the client at heart. We trusted Kate with all decisions, as she thoughtfully guided us through vendor proposals with the years of experience she brings to the industry. A lot of wedding planners have a tendency to persuade clients to work with vendors they have relationships with. While Kate was helpful in offering suggestions of trusted vendors, she never once made us feel pressured to choose vendors based off of her relationships. We ended up taking a lot of her suggestions simply because she does have great relationships with incredibly talented vendors, who we ended up loving. It's also the little things that make Kate stand out and certainly didn't go unnoticed by us. Being an out of town client, she allowed me to mail boxes to her house in the months leading up to the wedding (there were dozens...!). On the morning before our wedding, she drove HOURS to a post-office outside the city to pick up my husbands engagement ring because we had to get it rush shipped. She also was sensitive to my family's needs and took my mom to the wedding venue early. This might not sound like a big deal, but we needed someone to walk my mom there, and Kate had the kind heart to take her, despite the fact that the was in full-blown wedding mode. On wedding day, she was a complete pro at keeping everything on schedule and on task. I didn't worry about a thing that day because Kate and her team were such rockstars. When our wedding was over, my husband and I were actually sad that our time working with Kate was over! Thank you, Kate, for giving us the most perfect wedding we could have asked for. We are forever grateful and can't wait for you to plan our vow renewal ceremony ;) ;) ;)

The moment I saw that she was at our venue the day of our wedding taking charge I felt a huge load come off of my shoulders. She was in control the whole time! Literally a calm center to the controlled chaos of our wedding. Her advice was amazing, I never felt pressured to do anything a certain way. When things didn't work out exactly as planned she rolled right into plan B like that was plan A all along. Do yourself a favor and BOOK HER. And if your fiancé thinks you don't need a day of planner just have him sit in on a phone all with her. He won't ever say a single thing about not needing a day of planner ever again. Worth every penny. Do yourself a favor!

Kate's insights continually allowed us to compare different vendors objectively, and we never felt like she was forcing anything upon us. Kate listened to us, always gave us good options (at a variety of prices) to choose from, and made sure we stuck to our planning schedule. As a result, everything felt like it was *our* wedding, which is all we could have hoped for from a wedding planner.
