Choosing Kate to photograph our engagement photos, bridals, and wedding day was one of the best decisions we have ever made. We will look back on all the moments she captured so perfectly for the rest of our lives. She made us feel comfortable while taking pictures and was intentional about every detail. Kate is beyond talented and creative! We absolutely adore her and can’t wait to work with her again in the future.

This is probably the most important vendor review I’ll get to do, so listen, Kate is the absolute BEST photographer you’ll find in the wedding industry, Hands down no questions. I know everyone says that but this job was made for Kate. BUT she is not only your photographer. When you work with Kate it becomes so personal Kate is your photographer, your hype women, your friend, (sometimes your therapist) your partner in crime through the whole process, she listens, she encourages, she is always just a text away & SO fast to have the most out of the box ideas that will take your photos to the next level. Kate is passionate about what she does, she puts her whole self into her work & man does it show. The photos Kate creates are breathtaking. You will fall in love with the moment over and over again looking at them. Kate took any idea I had for our engagement shoot, bridal portraits & wedding day and blew it out of the water. She is AMAZING. Any expectation you have, triple it. And you’ll STILL be amazed at the results you get back. Book Kate immediately and thank me later!!!!!! To say I'm obsessed with every photo Kate has taken is an understatement. On top of being a phenomenal photographer, she is such a genuine person! She cares about her brides and it totally showed in every interaction I had with her. She has a great response time, is so much fun, and puts her heart into her work. I wanted to do something that was a little different for our engagement session and she was totally up for it. She met us in Austin at an arcade, we all had so much fun and it really showed in our photos. On wedding day, Kate was on top of it! It ended up being a rainy, cold day but Kate had an amazing attitude and help keep me in a positive mindset about it. The rain honestly made the photos even more romantic. It felt like I had another best friend there. I had an 8 hour package with two photographers. They were totally in sync and didn't miss a single shot. My husband and I are so so grateful for Kate and the amazing work she did on our wedding day. We are so in love with our photos and thrilled to have them to look back on our day. Picking which ones to print has been the hardest part, we love them all so much!

I don’t even know where to begin. Kate is, without a doubt, the most amazing photographer I’ve ever worked with. I am so thankful to have the most BEAUTIFUL photos of our whole wedding day. Kate took our engagement photos as well, which came out absolutely amazing. She has the ability to make you comfortable in front of a camera, which is REALLY hard to do when you’re doing “candid poses”. The fact that my husband felt comfortable taking photos with her speaks volumes. She is just so much fun to work with, and my husband has already said that when we want family pictures, we are travelling back to Houston just to take them with Kate. Although her pricing is high, it is WELL WORTH the investment. We made sure to make photography a priority when doing our wedding budget planning, and I can confidently say that we chose correctly. During the reception, she was able to show me some sneak peeks of the photos she had already taken, and I literally had to hold back tears. She was running around all day with her crew to capture every moment. And speaking of crew, although we were promised a second shooter, she even had a third (her wonderful sister, Misty)!! Kate is absolutely worth every penny and more. I 10000000% recommend her. Can’t wait to look and reminisce on these photos 40 years from now.

I talked to Kate in September 2021 and I just knew we were the perfect match. When we spoke for the first time, I explained to her that we have always felt awkward in front of the camera but she gave us a lot of pointers during our engagement session and our pictures came out amazing. She was everything I was looking for in a photographer and more! The day of the wedding came and we were behind schedule just a bit because of make up and so many things were going wrong but Kate made me feel at ease the entire time. Kate and her team were so sweet and patient with us. I feel that out of all things that went into our wedding, photography, food, DJ, and flowers were literally our best investments. Our pictures came out BEAUTIFUL and I will cherish them forever. If you’re looking for someone to cover your wedding photography, you will NOT go wrong with Kate! I recommend her 100% and if soft and airy is the feel you’re going for, she’s your girl! She really listened to the moments we wanted to capture the day of the wedding and she did just that. We are so grateful for Kate and her amazing team that did everything in their power to have things turn out perfect for us.

Kate is truly an ANGEL. During our first conversation on the phone to plan our engagement shoot, we just clicked!! She is so incredibly sweet, professional, and your own personal hype woman! I wanted our photos to look clear, romantic, and timeless and Kate hit it out of the park. We’ll cherish our wedding pictures forever and cannot thank Kate enough for making our photo dreams come true!!!

KATE IS MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE!! From our first call we just vibed! She understood my wedding vision and made it come to life! My husband and I had so much fun shooting our engagement photos with our favorite bubbly and they turned out STUNNING. My husband is not one to take photos for hours, but Kate was so comforting and guided us through the whole shoot! By the time our wedding came around we were more comfortable and relaxed in front of the camera. Once our wedding day approached, Kate helped us make a timeline from start to end which lifted the stress off both of us. On the day of, Kate came in and hyped me up!! Seriously!! She was my personal hype-woman! And helped all of us stay on time which I’m so thankful for. One of my favorite memories of the night is that I turned back and there she was, jumping to the music to capture photos of the guests during the party. When I tell you she goes above and beyond- it’s absolutely true. We LOVED our wedding photos-they are everything and more than I could imagine!! Kate is such a pleasure to work with!

Kate was a dream to work with. She was the first vendor we hired after picking our date and finding our venue, and I can absolutely say that she was the easiest “yes” during our wedding planning journey. My husband and I were very nervous to be awkward in front of the camera, and Kate immediately relaxed us and coached us through every pose. We trusted her 100%! We were blown away after our engagement session after seeing how well she captured our personalities on film, and truly the experience only got better. She delivered a beautiful online album to us of our wedding day that absolutely exceeded our expectations. Kate is professional, very responsive to communication (she was instrumental in helping plan out our timeline for the day of), and truly such a wonderful human and friend. Her kindness and silliness will add SO MUCH joy to your wedding day!

From day one I knew we made the right decision hiring Kate!! She is so sweet and easy to work with. My husband and I felt awkward posing/taking professional photos but Kate made it so easy and look so natural! I wish I could add our photos on here- our engagement pictures had us in awe!! So I wasn’t surprised when our wedding photos came as just as amazing! YOU WILL NOT REGRET HIRING HER!

KATE IS A GEM!! Seriously, I absolutely loved working with her. She really makes you feel like you’ve known her for years and she is an absolute pro at what she does. She went above and beyond to capture all the beautiful and fun things at our wedding. My pictures are to die for! My husband and my bridesmaid all commented to me on how much they loved her and her work. She may even break it down on your dance floor. Do not hesitate on booking with Kate. She is super professional and personal. She is without a doubt my favorite vendor!

10/10 Kate is seriously the best photographer! Kate is so sweet and personable, which ultimately led us to choosing her over other photographers. She made both me and my husband feel so comfortable. Her style is "light and airy" which is what we wanted. She took our engagement pictures, my bridal portraits, rehearsal dinner photos, and of course wedding day photos. Her turn around time for our pictures was fine, nothing absurd. I know it's wedding season and she had to edit so many pictures. They were absolutely perfect and I would totally have her take more photos for us in the future. She's amazing!

Kate captured our engagement shoot and wedding moments. We had a traditional Chinese tea ceremony in the morning and a reception dinner in the evening. She made us look so good even with us sweating in the heat outside. I would definitely recommend her to any of our friends. She communicated well for our engagement photoshoot in terms of giving us options for the location of the shoot. Overall, I am happy with how everything turned out. She made our pictures look as natural as they can be.

STOP WHAT YOURE DOING AND HIRE KATE IMMEDIATELY!!!! Are you looking for someone to help you feel comfortable in front of the camera? What about someone who captures every single moment special moment so you can relive your wedding day? Hire. This. Woman!!!! She was hands down the most important person at our wedding. I got my photos back and cried all over again. Also! My sister ALSO used her as her wedding photographer. Proof that she’s perfection! 10 out 10 recommend!!!!

No words can describe how incredible Kate was through my wedding planning process. She became part of the family day of the wedding and jumped in ready to go. Her communication through out the months of planning was incredible and she made me feel calm and at ease….

A wedding planners dream is to have a photographer that cares about her craft as much as I do. Kate not only captured the couple perfectly but my vision as well. I am normally very self conscious in front of a camera and Kate created such a fun and airy environment that I was immediately comfortable! She captured every special moment of our wedding day perfectly - even while standing in an ant pile barefoot. Kate will do whatever it takes to get the most amazing shots! We were battling rain on our wedding day, and Kate was able to get the best photos and get us back inside before the rain came. I am amazed at how my husband and my’s personalities shine through our photos! I can’t say how wonderful it is to look at our photos and truly see ourselves in them and see the pure joy of everyone in attendance for our special day. Kate is such a joy to work with! She is definitely your hype girl, and made me feel pretty even though I was just five days postpartum when she took our baby’s newborn photos. She was a pro working with our newborn and knew just how to swaddle and capture our baby girl. Kate is truly talented. We scheduled a mommy and me session, and I was so worried that my daughter wouldn’t look for pictures. She captured so many beautiful pictures in just a 15 minutes session. The lighting in her photos is so elegant and beautiful! I only wish I knew her sooner so she could have done my bridals.

Truthfully the best photographer. Not only is she amazing at what she does, but she has the best heart. She did our engagement, wedding, and maternity pictures!! She made the experience light and silly which made us feel very comfortable. She made the process stress free which was important to me.

My husband and I had such an amazing experience with Kate who took our maternity photos. We’re both quite awkward and we’re nervous to get our photos done but she truly made us feel so incredibly relaxed and we had such a fun experience with her. The photos came out GORGEOUS and there were so many to choose from. The photos brought us so much joy and we will definitely be using Kate in the future. I don’t think I’d go with anyone else to be honest, she is such a gem!

Kate is hands down the best photographer! Every photo she took was perfect!! I’ve worked with Kate in a past wedding I was in as a bridesmaid back in 2015 and have followed her ever since. Kate was wonderful! We were running a bit late for our wedding and she jumped right in to help us set up and was completely happy/outgoing during the entire private ceremony and post ceremony photo shoot at Brazos Bend State Park. She was completely professional and our sneak peak photo was gorgeous. I can't wait for the entire set of photos when she sends them our way. I will absolutely use her again if I need a photographer in the Houston/Sugarland area.

Can’t say enough great things about Kate! Honestly, from engagements to day of she was amazing. My now husband is pretty shy in front of a camera, but she made it so fun and effortless. She will be your biggest fan and supporter and make you feel amazing in every single picture. Honestly couldn’t have asked for anyone better to capture our special day. From letting me borrow her earrings when I forgot mine for engagements to Chas letting my step-in groomsman borrow his shirt. They are both awesome! You will not regret hiring her!

I had a bunch of amazing vendors at my wedding so when I tell you Kate is my favorite vendor, trust me! I was the most picky bride so if you're on the fence on booking her JUST DO IT! If I could give Kate 10 stars I would. She seriously is the best ever!!!! She takes the most beautiful pictures, and is there from start to finish - for our wedding that was more than 12 hours, and she never stopped smiling once! Her energy is contagious and all of our wedding party and our guests commented on how great she was. To top it all off, she sent me our finished gallery TODAY. Our wedding was on Saturday Feb 3, I don't even understand how she got all of this done. The pictures are flawless. I would say if you have the opportunity to book Kate, do it IMMEDIATELY, it was one of the best decisions we made for our whole wedding!!!

Kate absolutely made our wedding day perfect! She took such great care of my husband, my family, and me throughout the process, even in the months leading up to our wedding. It took us nearly three months to choose a photographer, as this was what I considered to be my personal "most important vendor choice" for our wedding. I compared countless photographers' prices, value, and portfolios and Kate came out head and shoulders above the rest. We even had an issue with our wedding planner/florist on the wedding weekend and Kate picked up ALL of the slack without any prompting, made my gorgeous bouquet and flower crown as well as hair flowers for my three flower girls, and kept the day moving on-track and problem-free! Our photos are flawlessly GORGEOUS! I've never seen such beautiful art photography! Kate also did our engagement photos and my bridal portraits and she made us feel so encouraged and comfortable throughout the whole process. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kate and her photography skills- just know that you will not be disappointed if you work with her and you will get far more than your money's worth. Thanks to all of the time and attention Kate gives to her work, we have the most beautiful collection of photos to preserve our wedding memories for the rest of our lives! We will definitely call Kate for all of our future photography needs.

First let me say, I never write reviews for ANYTHING, so you know this is serious. I booked Kate for our engagement session last fall, loving what I had seen of her work but still not 100% sure who I wanted to book for the wedding day. You could say the engagements were a trial-run. We had an absolute blast shooting our engagements with her! She is the sweetest person ever and so energetic when shooting, you can tell she really loves what she does and has a passion for it. As we walked back to the car after shooting, my fiance said "I don't care what happens, we're booking her for the wedding, she's awesome!" Without even seeing the photos we knew she was it. C'mon, I don't know about y'all, but for a guy to feel good and have fun taking photos, says a lot! She made him (me, too) feel so comfortable and that meant a lot to me, because the last thing I wanted on the wedding day is for him to have that look on his face in all our photos of "is this over yet" or "I feel so awkward in front of the camera." Not long after the engagements, I did a boudoir shoot, we did a second engagement session, my bridal portraits and just recently, we finally tied the knot. Not only did we love Kate more and more along the way, each time that we worked with her - she made us feel like family and we found someone we truly feel to be our friend. She went 10 million times above and beyond any small expectations we may have had and did anything and everything to make sure our day was perfect and our photos were beyond perfect. I haven't even told her this yet, but there was a little bit of drama the morning of my wedding - I was upset and crying, not 10 minutes later, Kate arrived with her amazing energy and positive spirit, and my mood completely flipped. I felt like all was right in the world once she walked through the door, it was like a weight was lifted. That might sound really dramatic and silly to say about my photographer but I'm serious y'all, when you work with her you're more than just her client, and she's more than just your photographer. She puts everything into what she does. Long story short, if you don't book with Kate you're seriously missing out.
