One of my bridemaids wanted cat eye type eye shadow and Kate worked on it until my friend loved it! She was also super sweet to everyone she interacted with. I cannot recommend Kate enough !!! f.  She listens to what you want but still gives great guidance when you aren’t sure of something. She is excellent at making you feel like an elevated version of yourself. I don’t like wearing a lot of makeup and my past experience with makeup artists left me feeling like I had a caked on face and heavy eyelids- Kate was the complete opposite! I could barely feel anything on my face- my false eyelashes stayed on and never bothered me and I got the same feedback from all my bridesmaids. I loved every bit about it! I also loved that she even took the time and interest in discussing with my mom eyelash options to make sure they stay on (they did!) since she had issues in the past with her makeup trial. She was flexible in timing to make sure everyone was ready by the time photographer/videographer arrived and allowed for enough time to do everyone’s lips at the end so we could eat and drink the whole morning without messing anything up. She was punctual and stayed perfectly on time with our schedule. She was also so neat and tidy, even my hairstylist commented on how organized Kate is and how she just enhanced everyone’s beauty without making anyone look “over done” I was so thrilled with my makeup, I felt so beautiful and the makeup STAYED. In august heat and through a full night of dancing - I had so many girls (and guys!) comment on how I still looked so put together, the only thing that I had to reapply was lipstick which is always to be expected Overall could not have asked for a better experience, thank you so so much Kate!

She handled everything like a boss. She was able to get all of us ready with plenty of time to spare. I still can’t get over how awesome she did on all of our makeup, even with concealing the men’s facial mishaps. My mom (who is quite the critic of makeup and eyelashes) absolutely LOVED her makeup and was very impressed. Katlyn, you are amazing! I decided to go with her for hair and makeup for my wedding and I'm really happy I did. She is very professional, showed up on time and made sure we stuck to our schedule, and didn't take anything personally when I wanted something fixed or changed (I switched things up and wanted winged eyeliner day of my wedding but didn't do it for the trial). We also had a pretty last minute change of location for getting ready bc our venue was being difficult, and she couldn't have been more accommodating. I had 7 ladies getting ready with me on my wedding day and Kate made sure all of them looked stunning, but also in a natural way that already highlighted their beauty. I had no specific instructions for my bridesmaids’ makeup, but Kate was able to tie them all together with similar shades of eye shadow and lipstick, while still focusing on each individual’s best features. And when it came to my makeup - LET ME TELL YOU. If you’re worried about cakey foundation, or feeling like you’ve been over-done and don’t quite look like yourself, you NEED to hire Kate! Not only did I feel like a major babe, all of my makeup was weightless and I looked and felt like the most beautiful version of myself (I think it was the eyelashes). My makeup stayed ALL DAY; through the pictures we took outside, the happy tears at the alter, and even the surprise nosebleed during my reception (stupid allergies). I swear, I looked just as good at midnight as I did at noon. If this hasn’t convinced you to hire Kate, at least ask her for a trial. I promise, you’ll fall in love with her right then and there.
