We hired Kate to be our day-of coordinator and it was the best investment we made. She went above and beyond! We met a couple of times before the day as well as during rehearsal and she helped us organize the timeline and pointed out things we would've missed + recommended alternatives. She communicated with all of our vendors in advance and wasn't shy to push for answers when needed. The day of the wedding we were way less stressed than we thought we would be just knowing Kate got our back. She was quick to fix any minor details, direct guests, and was always there to bring us a drink, fix a pin on my hair, or make sure our photobooth was working as desired. She even took pictures for us throughout the day. Especially if you are planing/ DIYing your wedding yourself, don't skip out on a coordinator! Kate provided organized spreadsheets with details, timeline, table charts, etc. that streamlined the process so much. Very professional, communicative, and knowledgeable! 10/10!

Kate helped us plan our wedding in a little over four months, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we started working together, she was incredibly organized, on top of every detail, and made everything go seamlessly. I am big on people’s energy and Kate brought positivity at all times. Thanks to her, I was not stressed on my wedding day. I am so, so happy I had her working alongside us.
On our wedding day, the weather was unpredictable, but not once did I worry because I knew Kate had everything under control; I fully trusted her judgment at all times. We had an issue with our signs not being delivered on time, and before I even knew about the problem, she had already found a solution. Her quick thinking and problem-solving were incredible!
My mom, sisters, and the rest of our family were equally grateful for Kate. She allowed all of us to fully enjoy the day and be present in the moment. If you want a stress-free, beautifully coordinated wedding, I can’t recommend Kate enough!

Kate Kinsella was an absolute lifesaver as our event coordinator for our engagement party. We brought her on board just 5-6 weeks before the event, and despite the tight timeline, she exceeded all of our expectations, making what could have been a stressful process feel seamless and highly enjoyable.
From the start, Kate was incredibly patient with our many questions, offering weekly video calls to refine details and address any concerns we might've had. She was always available through email and text, providing prompt and thoughtful responses that gave us great peace of mind as the days closed in. Kate was also super communicative with our vendors, staying on top of deliverables and ensuring that everything was on track.
Throughout the planning process, Kate presented us with a variety of options for decor and vendors, always considering our preferences and budget. She was also flexible and accommodating when our opinions changed mid-way through planning for whatever reason, seamlessly adapting to our evolving vision.
On the day of the event, she was extremely hands-on with setting up the venue, ensuring that everything went off without a hitch. She meshed perfectly with our family and friends, and her team was incredibly helpful, supportive, and courteous.
Thanks to Kate, our engagement party was exactly what we had envisioned—if not better. We would highly recommend her to anyone in the NY area.

Kate Kinsella I was an absolutely amazing wedding planner. She went above and beyond, but I think wedding planners do. She took so much stress off my daughter and her fiancé during their wedding planning, and the day of the event she was there from morning till the end of the wedding itself. I highly recommend Kate anyone who wants an awesome wedding with no stress.

Kate is a true partner from beginning to end, starting with inspiration and ending with near-perfect execution. She has no ego, and was happy to bring our ideas to life to make our shower memorable and fun for everyone. She does not skip the tiny details, and makes sure you are never missing supplies to make your experience easy and memorable.
