She prioritizes the couple and guest experience without making vendors feel overlooked, which allows for a truly seamless wedding weekend. She immediately gave us an outstanding list of vendor recommendations -  many of which we hired and loved - which in NYC was a huge help given there are so many great vendors! Kate was in the loop and point on communication with every vendor hired, she was always available to chat, and she helped fix any problem we encountered leading up to the wedding! her business. Very easy to work with, pleasant and efficient. Any task, small or large was executed in the best way, with precise timing, of top quality and competitively priced. She kept in touch with every single vendor, put together a perfect timeline for the ceremony, guests transfer to the reception, cocktail party and luncheon which was executed flawlessly. Our event was on a weekday in midtown Manhattan which made it quite complex considering traffic and the crowd. Kate aced it! All I had to do on my wedding day was to wake up and follow the plan crafted by her. I had zero stress, zero worries because everything was ready, anticipated, taken care of and DONE! I was able to be fully present in the moment and savor every minute of our amazing day. We are super grateful and would gladly hire Kate for any other event or celebration in the future.

The day of the wedding we were way less stressed than we thought we would be just knowing Kate got our back. She was quick to fix any minor details, direct guests, and was always there to bring us a drink, fix a pin on my hair, or make sure our photobooth was working as desired. She even took pictures for us throughout the day. Especially if you are planing/ DIYing your wedding yourself, don't skip out on a coordinator! Kate provided organized spreadsheets with details, timeline, table charts, etc. that streamlined the process so much. Very professional, communicative, and knowledgeable! 10/10!
