Kate did an exceptional job every step of the way with planning and coordinating our wedding. She was responsive, detailed, and professional.
Kate handled all of the day of detail...
s with grace and care, ensuring that everything at the venue was set up perfectly. She thought of all the right questions to ask ahead of time to make sure she had the necessary information. This made sure our event went perfectly.
She also coordinated all communication with vendors, from catering, to hair/make up, to flowers, and more. She made sure everyone was aware of any changes to timelines and plans. She was communicative and professional when she engaged with our vendors. She served as the primary point of contact which helped me stay calm and present on the day of!
You cannot go wrong with Kate. I highly recommend her services. Kate and her team ensured our day was flawless from start to finish.
We chose Kate for month-of coordination, and were genuinely surprised by how much support she provided throughout the process. She was incredibly organized and helped set us up for...
success in the weeks leading up to our wedding.
We met with her several times before the wedding to discuss logistics and planning, followed by a venue walkthrough and rehearsal. Every interaction demonstrated how prepared, thoughtful, and detail-oriented she was, and it was reassuring to have her guiding us through the final stretch.
On our wedding day, rain forced us to move our ceremony inside a tent. While we were able to focus on enjoying the day, Kate was behind the scenes coordinating vendors and managing all of the necessary changes. Thanks to her, the transition was seamless and we never had to worry about the stress of reorganizing plans at the last minute.
Throughout the reception, she kept everything running smoothly and on schedule, allowing us to be fully present with our family and friends instead of managing logistics.
Perhaps the most impressive part came at the end of the night. Every single personal item, decoration, and detail was carefully packed away and accounted for. We didn’t misplace a single thing—a testament to her exceptional organization, attention to detail, and professionalism.
Hiring Kate was one of the best decisions we made during the wedding planning process. She provided incredible value, and we would choose her again in a heartbeat.
