m the pews were UPSIDE down. So in every picture of me walking down the aisle all you can see are green flower stems. We warned them ahead of time that the pews were oddly shaped, but we were reassured that it wouldn't be a problem. Then, the cake stand that was supposed to be covered with flowers was left exposed with the flowers around it but not covering it. We also ordered cranberries to be in the candles, but instead we were given red clear glass beads, which did not look at all like cranberries (and this was after we had already paid for the cranberries). On top of all of this, we were promised a partial refund once we complained about how the flowers turned out. However, after promising us the refund they went silent and we have not heard back from them. This is after spending over $15K on the flowers. I'm very disappointed in the service and although I hate writing negative reviews I feel that people should know what to expect before choosing Kate Ryan design.

full centerpieces with floating candles. Krystal absolutely nailed my vision! My husband and I were let it to see the ballroom before everyone was let in, and I just start bawling. My dream "vision" was right before my eyes! IT WAS BEAUTIFUL AND EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED!!!! I am so thankful I chose Kate Ryan Design and Krystal to work with. She was always reachable and really listened to what I wanted! My bouquet as well as my bridesmaids bouquets were to die for! You will not be disappointed picking Kate Ryan Design and working with Krystal!!!

all the people they meet at one of those weekends, there is no way I would think someone would remember you!! She took all the ideas my daughter had and made them a reality. She is an artist with flowers! When friends look at pictures they all comment on how gorgeous the floral colors were. I had something I wanted tucked into her bouquet as a surprise and Krystal made it look beautiful. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about our experience with Krystal and the Kate Ryan Design company
