The absolute BEST florist I could've ever asked for! I had zero vision for flowers going into the planning process, but Katie figured out exactly what I wanted (before I even knew)...
. She helped me decide what I liked and didn't like by going through different styles and always asked for my opinion if she got inspired by something she saw. She's such a joy to work with and helped make my wedding even more beautiful.
We used Kate Ryan at the recommendation of our wedding planner, Regina Young at Meant2Be events. Although the centerpieces for the tables did turn out beautiful, there were a few t...
hings that were absolutely unacceptable. The flowers hanging from the pews were UPSIDE down. So in every picture of me walking down the aisle all you can see are green flower stems. We warned them ahead of time that the pews were oddly shaped, but we were reassured that it wouldn't be a problem. Then, the cake stand that was supposed to be covered with flowers was left exposed with the flowers around it but not covering it. We also ordered cranberries to be in the candles, but instead we were given red clear glass beads, which did not look at all like cranberries (and this was after we had already paid for the cranberries). On top of all of this, we were promised a partial refund once we complained about how the flowers turned out. However, after promising us the refund they went silent and we have not heard back from them. This is after spending over $15K on the flowers. I'm very disappointed in the service and although I hate writing negative reviews I feel that people should know what to expect before choosing Kate Ryan design.
If you are looking for an incredible florist, please contact Krystal with Kate Ryan Design. Flowers were at the top of my list as I wanted our ceremony floral colors very soft yet ...
very full. We had a 6pm wedding so I wanted the ballroom to have full centerpieces with floating candles. Krystal absolutely nailed my vision! My husband and I were let it to see the ballroom before everyone was let in, and I just start bawling. My dream "vision" was right before my eyes! IT WAS BEAUTIFUL AND EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED!!!! I am so thankful I chose Kate Ryan Design and Krystal to work with. She was always reachable and really listened to what I wanted! My bouquet as well as my bridesmaids bouquets were to die for! You will not be disappointed picking Kate Ryan Design and working with Krystal!!!
We worked with Krystal at Kate Ryan Design, and could not have been happier! We wanted to stay within a reasonable budget for our floral without feeling like we were compromising....
Krystal helped us to realize our vision, even including some sentimental floral not common to our area that I was doubtful we would be able to include. Her creativity, ideas, and personal service far exceeded our expectations!
Krystal from Kate Ryan Design was so wonderful to work with!! After my daughter and I spoke to her she knew exactly what we were looking for with the floral design for the wedding....
Krystal is very talented and the flowers couldn't have been more beautiful! She nailed the colors and the design perfectly! I highly recommend her and would use her again!
The flowers for my wedding were beyond my expectations! My bridal flowers were gorgeous. Krystal did a fabulous job with the bouquets and arranging the loose flowers around the ven...
ue. She even stepped in and helped with decorations when we were behind in setup. Krystal was able to work within my budget and gave me all the flowers I asked for. My Bridal Shower flowers were from Krystal at Kate Ryan Designs and they were just as great!! I would give them more stars if I could!!
If I could give 10 stars I would! We worked with Krystal Woung for my daughter's wedding on Oct. 8, 2016. We first met at a bridal show in downtown Phoenix. When my daughter called...
back months later, she actually remembered us. If you think of all the people they meet at one of those weekends, there is no way I would think someone would remember you!! She took all the ideas my daughter had and made them a reality. She is an artist with flowers! When friends look at pictures they all comment on how gorgeous the floral colors were. I had something I wanted tucked into her bouquet as a surprise and Krystal made it look beautiful. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about our experience with Krystal and the Kate Ryan Design company
