Jordan (our POC) was very helpful and responsive in getting our order and was even able to add on last minute items 2 days before our wedding day! I also want to give Kate a big shoutout for helping me put together the floor plan with all the chairs and tables through "All Seated", it made rearranging the seating chart so easy. Our rentals were supposed to be set up the morning of the wedding but we were surprised to see everything ready to go exactly the way my floor plan was the night before! They coordinated with our venue coordinator to help set that up and we were so satisfied with the final set up. Highly recommend!

She was always available to answer my questions, provide me with quotes and even offered her ideas and input in helping me stay within my budget while still having my dream wedding come to life. On the day of the wedding the linens arrived in plenty of time for the florist to arrange the centerpieces, etc. The sashes on the chairs were tied in bows and looked beautiful. The same day pick up was really convenient and my husband and I didn't have to worry about a thing the entire day.
