We wanted an organic, natural approach to our photos and she fit this to a T. She captured every moment, from every angle but in a way you almost didn't even know she was there! So organic and comfortable. There is nothing staged or posed about her style.
The final photos are uploaded to a beautiful platform which is easy to browse, share, download, and shop from.
She provided us with such a wide range of images in our gallery to choose from, I'm left with no doubt she captured every important moment.

lls but mostly candids of our friends, family and the food! We had seen Kate's work, which is so beautiful and captures so vividly, the emotion in the moment. We knew we'd found the photographer for us. And then we met Kate and were warmed by her infectious and fun personality and I knew we found far more than just a photographer. She met my family (especially my niece) and they all hit it off with her instantly as well. Everyone felt immediately comfortable and as a result, their crazy and beautiful authentic selves came out for the perfect pictures! She was amazing throughout the day. Always in the right spot at the right time (yet not seeing her in many of those moments!) My niece told me that she's now found HER photographer in Kate. s one of the most important elements to our wedding, and I was very picky about finding a photographer who met our needs. Her pictures are AMAZING, we are thrilled with them. Looking back on the day and having these beautiful pictures to remember it all will be a treasure for us for years to come. She really was able to capture our personalities through the pictures, and seemed to be almost invisible through the day...yet very present, if that makes sense. She was great about handling "difficult" situations, with humor, and grace...not everyone in our immediate family is close, but she made everything seamless, and easy. As many other brides can attest to it's not always easy with divorced parents, but the day was perfect, and the pictures are proof of it. Its amazing to me how many gorgeous shots she got of all the little details, and portraits.. mixed with canids, which is exactly what we wanted. She really captured our wedding day in a artful, soulful, beautiful way. I highly recommend Kate as a wedding photographer, and we will be using her as our family grows, for family pictures. whole wedding planning process, bouncing ideas around with her was a blast and got me really excited about the wedding, even when things got overwhelming with everything else in the process. On the day of, she was early, and stayed with my mom, bridesmaids and I, listened to our stories, laughed with us, shot gorgeous photos of the getting ready time, which can be emotional, she captured that. happy faced, so social-able and set right up! Nothing was posed, she just snapped and after an hour or so she had more than 200 photos! Our personalities clicked extremely well and she made the overall experience so much fun!
She told me that we would have our photos within a week - and we received our online album within JUST 24 HOURS! How amazing! There is nothing like the suspense of waiting to see something you are so excited for - I didn't know how long I could actually wait for!
Kate traveled over an hour and a half to come to our home, and an hour and a half back - she even went back to edit some photos that needed slight tweaking without any hesitation.

phy, and how it would fit with our vision. Kate takes beautiful, candid photos that are very natural, which was exactly what we wanted. She managed to catch the feel and essence of our wedding, not just a series of posed and choreographed shots. I think part of her talent is in being very discreet (I refer to it as having "ninja-like" skills!) - she captured some amazing moments, without us, or our guests realizing she was even there! Personally, Kate is also a pleasure to work with, very easy going and friendly. We can't thank her enough for our precious photos and would recommend her to anyone looking for timeless photos with a unique perspective.

While planning my wedding, at the most stressful time, she was very understanding to what I wanted and she was friendly to everyone at our wedding, snapping tons of important moments as well as asking what I wanted through out. After the wedding, she even gave us a personal sneak peak! The work felt true to the spirit of our wedding and who we are. They were easy to share with our friends and guests. All of our pictures were wonderful. We wanted mostly candid, and that is what we got, we had a few pictures with family but they were very natural, not overly posed. There were only 11 people in our wedding, but Kate managed to fade into the background and catch some very precious memories and expressions. She got the posed shots I wanted, but also had some truly spectacular candids. She gently nudged me into shots with all my special people, and as a result, I have incredible intimate photos with my mother, sister, father and best friends, as well as details of the dress, shoes, and jewelry. casual vibe (as I have a very high-strung family). I also wanted spontaneous and candid moments to be natural and not forced. From the very beginning Kate got exactly what we wanted, and perfectly understood us. I loved all the images she had on her website, and knew that it was worth it to hire someone who we got along with, and who was clearly so talented. Kate is a fantastic photographer, and is so talented! From our first emails, to our exchanges in planing everything was seamless. I never worried for a moment in regards to our photography. On the day of, she had a relaxed and sweet demeanor (she helped me with my hair when it fell out when my bridesmaids were all off doing something else). She was warm and easygoing with the families, and she was not in the way or even noticeable when taking pictures. Seriously, it was like magic!
