KateLee did a live painting of my wedding on 10/22/2022. She was very nice and responsive during the beginnings process, and the final product was so beautiful. We have it as the centerpiece in our living room, and it is a beautiful reminder of our favorite day, all thanks to her!! 10/10 would recommend KateLee!

Katelee painted a beautiful picture that my wife took while on our Honeymoon! It looked just like the photo my wife had taken. The amount of detail in her work, and the care age provides her clients is second to none.

Kate lee is amazing! She responded so quickly to me about a live painting for my Covid wedding and was so professional! Katelee did an amazing live portrait for our wedding in Dec 2019!!!! She captured our reception beautifully & the painting is a focal point of our new home. We are constantly being asked who did the painting & we always sing Katelee's praises! We really cannot recommend her enough, we have been talking about contacting her to paint our dogs next. You cannot go wrong with Katelee!!!!

I was fortunate enough to have Katelee paint an incredible portrait of our special day. Katelee was both professional, helpful and showed extreme talent. She had everything so well-timed; She was finished with the painting by the end of the ceremony! And from there it was ours to keep! Her colors, technique, and attention-to-detail turned into a beautiful reflection of my wedding day that I can treasure for years and years to come. We had an outdoor wedding at Choctaw Hall in Natchez, MS.

KateLee provided a wonderful portrait of my daughter’s wedding in front of antebellum Longwood in Natchez , Ms. I’ve been to several weddings where she performed her ‘live’ paintings inside a church, in a historic courtyard, and in our ceremony. Her amazing speed, unique details, and vibrant colors capture an heirloom event for current and future family lore. KateLee is a local treasure and my daughter received an additional painting from her new city square in Oxford, Ms. As an art hobbyist, I appreciate her gifted eye for landscape, ornate moldings, and accurate use of light to bring one back to a joyous occasion. Katelee was amazing!! She arrived on time and completed the painting before the reception was over. She is easy to work with which is nice because that is one less stress I had on my wedding day. The painting is beautiful and is now hanging up in my living room! Highly recommended

I’m in love with my two pictures by Katelee Laird. They are special works of art that I will treasure forever! It was so cool to see my wedding ceremony come to life in the form of a painting. It’s also something fun for your guests to view when they enter the church/venue. Before my own wedding, I attended another ceremony in which Katelee was painting. I was mesmerized as I walked by her easel and saw her working! In addition to a ceremony painting, I also got a bouquet picture as well. I love how she incorporates dried flowers from your actual arrangement into the bouquet paintings. Katelee Laird Art provides creative, fun, and sentimental keepsakes from your special day!

Katelee was fantastic! She arrived about two hours early and started the painting way before the first guest arrived. She painted throughout the ceremony and finished it up as the reception began for all the guests to view while it was drying. Photographs are wonderful, but an original painting of your first child’s wedding is priceless.

Katelee is a fantastic artist and her work really speaks for itself. Not only is she very friendly, but she asked if we wanted specific details in the painting she did of our reception. She said she could even add people or details later. She stood outside in freezing temperatures and high winds for hours while working on our painting. Book her early, as she gets booked up quickly. And above all, she is a woman of her word. If she gives you a quote, she stands by it and doesn’t change, which was very refreshing to us. 100% would recommend and we will use her again in the future for other events as she truly does it all!
