DO NOT book catering here. Not for a wedding. Not for anything. They were a no call no show to our event and they were very rude and unprofessional.

Katella Bakery gave us a fantastic cake that matched exactly what we wanted and tasted delicious. Their tasting kit was huge and let us try so much of their variety. We opted with a french buttercream frosting, vanilla cake, and dulce de leche filling. We sent a few ideas for how we wanted the cake to look, and their decorator matched it exactly. Our guests loved the cake, and we had plenty left over for after the wedding. We are long time customers of Katella Bakery and were glad to have them as part of our special day.

Best wedding cake ever

We go to Katella deli for all of our cakes and they didn’t disappoint for our wedding cake. The look and the taste turned out great! We even had extra pieces (butterflies) that we wanted on the cake and they were able to incorporate them perfectly.

I ordered a wedding cake from Katella for our wedding and it did NOT disappoint! As everyone knows, sometimes brides and grooms don't eat much of their own wedding cake and unfortunately, that happened to us. However, during the cake cutting, what I had was as incredible as what we tasted at the cake tasting. People raved about it as well! We will definitely be going back to get a small cake for our anniversary!

After four failed cake tastings, we were saved by Katella Bakery! We chose Katella Bakery to make our wedding cake and they did an absolutely stunning job! After meeting Amber at a bridal expo, I was reminded of Katella Deli and informed that they do wedding cakes. I used to frequent the restaurant often as a child with my grandmother who has passed, so it felt very special to have them make our cake. Our consultation was wonderful and the cake was so moist and yummy! They cared to really help design our cake with us and really brought our vision to life. Our wedding was on a warm August day and the buttercream held up perfectly at our outdoor reception at Bowers Museum. Eric, the head decorator did an absolutely superb job and we are so grateful to him! Our cake had pretty "old-school" elements, including ornate piping and pillared tiers. ALSO! The cake tasted AMAZING! We had multiple flavors and the couple I was able to taste were superb. I highly recommend going with Katella Bakery for your cake needs.

Truly, truly amazing job on our cake and dessert table! The dessert treats were delicious, so much more amazing than what I had imagined and was a sure hit! I ordered a small cake for us, the bride and the groom, and cupcakes and cookies for everyone else. The cake was DELICIOUS!!! and I heard the cupcakes were too. They decorated the cupcakes way cuter than I thought they'd be and everyone loved them. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because the smallest cake they had was an 8 inch round. We wanted a small cake just for the two of us, but it still worked. Really great prices too.
