While we anticipated a much less involved day, as often happens with weddings, we ended up adding several additional elements last minute. Katelyn adapted without a second thought, happily helping us plan out every detail. She helped us identify exactly what mattered to us leading up to the event and allowed us to be fully in the moment on the day. Put succinctly, having Katelyn at the wedding felt more like having a friend. The photos themselves were creative, filled with love, and authentically “us”. Thank you for everything Katelyn!

ugh, on the day of our wedding Katelyn made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera and really just felt like another wedding guest. She was direct and assertive in getting all of our posed family shots done quickly and was very creative and responsive when doing our couple/individual portraits. We've only just received our sneak peak, but we are so totally over the moon about them and can't wait for more. 10/10 recommend hiring Katelyn!!

myself am a photographer, so choosing a wedding photographer was a stressful choice for us! Katelyn absolutely knocked it out of the park from day one. At our pre-wedding meetings, she did a great job of putting us at ease and letting us convey which moments were important to us, while also sharing her thoughts on best practices she has learned. She established a timeline that we managed to follow almost to a T (wrangling family is sometimes a unique challenge, but Katelyn handled it flawlessly). Everything from the first meeting through the end of our reception was excellent and handled very professionally. When we went through the final gallery Katelyn delivered to us, my wife and I were blown away. Katelyn’s gallery was full of photos that were both technically excellent and nailed the aesthetic and vibe of the wedding, while also including several photos with her own artistic perspective (several of which we actually chose for a gallery wall in our home). Everything was absolutely gorgeous and we could not be happier! One of the best parts of the photos was something Katelyn works hard to provide–photos that truly display the day as it was without being posed or overly stylized. This style was perfect for us, and it created so many wonderful candid moments that we’ll treasure for the rest of our lives. Katelyn, thank you SO MUCH for providing us with images that cover everything in such a beautiful way. We are incredibly grateful to you and how you let your amazing vision shine through, while working hard to show the day exactly as it was and providing us with the exact gorgeous photos we were hoping for!
