All the food was delicious, but I loved the chicken Marsala! Oh and for dessert was a heavenly white chocolate raspberry cheesecake! It was so good. But it’s not for all those reasons that Im telling you you should hire them. It’s because of their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. During my daughter’s wedding they went above and beyond. It was to be a beautiful outdoor wedding and the weather did start out to be beautiful, but a storm rolled in with strong winds. They jumped into action, moving tables and food and getting us all fed. The helped pick up decor that blew away and pick up chairs. They made sure the bride and groom got food and cheesecake; Their favorite! Their team included bartenders and food service staff and I was so happy with them all! And the food - the charcuterie and cheese table was spectacular, both in design and flavor, and the dinner entrees were absolutely perfect and delicious. I had guests raving about this being the best wedding food they've had!!! Being an event planner myself, and this being my daughter's wedding, my expectations were very high indeed and on every level they were exceeded.
