When we had our initial meeting she was one of the few photographers to have video conference with me and it just made it so much easier to connect with her. She's humble, kind, and very patient. But she's also super fun! During COVID, she was so reassuring and helped us feel better about navigating uncertainty. We ended up re-scheduling twice. We even booked 2 engagement sessions because I was sad we had to delay our wedding. Both our engagement sessions were gorgeous and she spent more than the anticipated time with us. On the wedding day, she was prompt, her usual happy self, super calming, easy going, and fun. We had sort of a hectic day and we had a huge family. With a huge family it's a bit harder to get everyone organized and ready for photos, but it was honestly seamless for her. I told her I generally wanted photos with the venue in the background because the venue is gorgeous and she listened to what I wanted. She notices the little things and important people and she captures them too. She even delivered our photos quicker than we thought. In my opinion, her style is more candid/real/emotional which made me feel like I was reliving my wedding day again. It certainty made me tear a bit. We're so happy with our photos. e Katherine for our October 2021 wedding in Newport, RI. From the very beginning, upon our first call with her, we knew she was going to be amazing. She is incredibly kind, friendly, fun, down-to-earth, organized and professional. She took the time to get to know my now husband and I, not only by listening to our love story, but observing our interactions and behaviors. She has an incredible attention to detail and picks up on every.single.thing. Our engagement shoot, was so much fun and she made the entire experience so enjoyable. Then, we saw her work...we were completely blown away. Her talent, the way she captures the smallest moments so beautifully and the way she captures moments that we didn't even know she was paying attention to, was absolutely incredible. Leading up to our wedding day, she was always there to answer questions or touch base, and work with us and our wedding planner to ensure every detail was taken care of, planned out and that everything would go smoothly. On the day of our wedding, she and her assistants were simply remarkable. During the family portraits, my five year old niece got nervous and started crying, and Katherine and her team went above and beyond to make her comfortable and laugh, but also were so patient to give her the time she needed to turn a corner. My niece eventually did and we were all just so grateful to Katherine and her team for being so incredible with her. As the evening went on, Katherine touched base with me and asked if I wanted to her to stay a bit longer, which I did, and I so appreciated her flexibility. When we got our wedding photos, I was literally speechless. Katherine's talent is simply remarkable. There were so many photos where I didn't even realize Katherine was there for. It's like Katherine was literally everywhere and nowhere the entire wedding day. No detail went unphotographed. Not only did she capture everything, but the way in which she captured it, her style, her eye is so classic and timeless, yet unique and captivating. I truly felt like I was reliving our big day through the magic of her photos. Katherine is an insanely talented photographer and quite simply a wonderful person. We are forever grateful to Katherine for making our day so special, and capturing it so beautifully and perfectly -- something we will always cherish.

Our full wedding album of over 900 photos was completed in about 3 weeks on 7/26/21 which is just unheard of. I do not have the right words to express how happy we are with how the pictures turned out. We will cherish them forever. The family and party portraits are also incredible. The ceremony and first looks emotion, the getting ready photos, the reception, every single shot is beautiful and perfectly captured. Every time I go through the album, I find a new favorite photo. Again, every single moment was captured so perfectly. Working with Katherine was an absolute dream. In addition to her amazing talent and capturing the most beautiful photos, Katherine's personality and demeanor make her a joy to work with. When we first spoke with her, we felt like we knew her for years. She makes you feel so comfortable and reassured. Magical is most accurate word to describe our wedding album. We are so thankful we had the pleasure of working with Katherine and cannot recommend her enough!

. We had to deal with a Covid wedding and got the amazing opportunity to work with Katherine on our engagement session, our elopement in September, and our wedding reception in May. So, I can say we have gotten to know her very well, and have become friends through the process. Not only was she extremely flexible with us, she truly put me at ease throughout the entire process. Regarding the photos, since they are our wedding photos I of course love ALL of them so much, but we have gotten more compliments and questions about our photos that I can count. When I was initially choosing between Katherine and other photographers with a similar style, the deciding factor for me was that she captured the best of the people in her photos and the emotion behind the big day, not just photos for the sake of photos. The most important players (bride/groom/family, etc) were represented in the best light and looked great in all her gallery photos. Our wedding photos were exactly what I wanted and gorgeous beyond our wildest dreams. I couldn't be happier with her style and the end result. Working with Katherine was equally as amazing and just talking to her on the phone also helped seal the deal when it came to choosing a photographer. She is so sweet, kind, and professional and she put us at ease throughout every step of the process. Katherine was calm when faced with the normal wedding stresses that arose and definitely prioritized my husband and I on the actual day, keeping us relaxed and organized and making sure we got all the shots we wanted. She was a source of positivity and personally kept me grounded, because I already knew and trusted her after taking our engagement photos (which also turned out amazing) and working together leading up to the wedding. Putting together our album and everything after the wedding date was a breeze as well. Katherine is so easy to work with, so talented, and gave great recommendations. Our albums came out gorgeous - they're pricey, but totally worth it, since I knew we'd get the quality we wanted using her vs taking the photos to a random company I would have been unfamiliar with. I also found the amount of collaboration we had with her while choosing the photo album to be exactly the right amount - we were able to give her ample feedback, but allowed her to put together the layout and make initial recommendations with her professional eye. I also had her create an Heirloom Bouquet for us (taking my bouquet after the wedding and creating a photo print of the individual flowers as a keepsake) and it was absolutely beautiful. Again, expensive, but I'm really happy I invested in that and ended up with something gorgeous to hang in our house and remind us of our wonderful day and how lovely my flowers were, vs preserving or drying out the bouquet, which to me is always tacky and not done well. TLDR: Katherine's photos and the experience of working with her were both seamless and wonderful. I promise she would not disappoint and I would highly recommend her and choose her over and over again if I could!

r romantic and timeless aesthetic. After speaking to her on the phone, we knew we had found our photographer. Right from the start Katherine was enthusiastic but was still able to put us at ease and offer helpful tips. We first met Katherine last summer to take our engagement photos in the Boston Public Garden. We were both a little nervous going into the session and did not know what to expect. Katherine made the whole process so fun and easy! She had such a great eye for shooting locations, lighting and posing us in ways that did not look forced or awkward. She went above and beyond and even stayed a little late so we could get photos on the Esplanade at sunset. Throughout the wedding planning process Katherine was always readily available. When I needed engagement photos changed from color to black and white, they were in updated in my gallery later that day. She checked in with us throughout the process and met with us leading up to the wedding. Katherine was extremely thorough when planning out the day of timeline and in gathering information for all of must have photos. During those last stressful few weeks she offered such calming and supportive presence that I really needed. The day of our wedding, Katherine arrived on time to snap some detail pictures and pictures of the bridesmaids getting ready. She was very organized and able to keep us within our timeline despite the day being hectic at times. When the rest of the wedding party rode on a trolley to the first look location, Katherine didn’t even bat an eye when I asked her to go in an Uber with me. She blended in at times to get great candids but also easily wrangled our large wedding party and family as quickly as possible to get our formal portraits done. Katherine went with the flow when we had some strange requests (family pictures with Christmas hats for future Christmas cards) but also directed us to get the most out of our pictures and our time with her. The day after the wedding Katherine posted a handful of photos for a sneak peak (despite it being her birthday!). A week or so later she posted an even larger selection of photos on her blog with a beautiful write up about our wedding day that made me cry all over again. We received our full gallery of photos earlier this week, less than a month from our wedding day, and I have not stopped looking at them. She perfectly captured every moment of our day - getting ready, our first look, us laughing throughout the ceremony and everyone dancing the night away. I feel so lucky that we found Katherine. She was so easy to connect with and I am so happy that we got to share our day with her. We will cherish these photos for the rest of our lives!
