Neither of us have felt that horrible “worked out too hard can move legs for days” after or sessions with her and she sends us great workouts to do between sessions.
I can’t recommend her enough. She has been so supportive and positive through the stressful time! We still have 2 months until our wedding but I’m confident we’re both going to look and feel fantastic.
