, and I didn’t have anyone close to me to guide us. The universe blessed us by introducing us to Kate. We started with a meeting to discuss our expectations and she created a package to perfectly fit our needs. She found us nearly all our vendors and her connections were amazing! I think it really paid off that they worked together before, it made everything really seamless. Having her to bounce ideas off of was an indispensable tool. She also came with us to tour the venues and kept notes on each one. (Even if you bring an extra pair of ears-you will miss something-but not her!) She doesn’t miss a thing, and will help you compare all your choices. And she knows what questions to ask. The most important thing I felt she provided, was day of coordination. Your maid of honor, your mom, your friend, or whoever you think can handle all the crazy scheduling, and last minute crap will pale in comparison next to her expertise. She kept us on schedule and improved upon all our ideas for ceremony and decorations. She also helped calm me down when sweating the small stuff. Not to mention she worked as a bridal consultant previously and bustled my complicated dress and fixed it when it broke. (I’m convinced I would have missed cocktail hour if my family had to do that). Do yourself a favor and contact her! You can thank me later! ;)

For day of coordination, she is truly what every couple needs on their wedding day. She communicated with all my vendors the day of so I didn't have to. I knew everything was running smoothly thanks to her and I was able to enjoy my day stress free. She answered so many questions for me throughout the wedding process. She is so personable, so friendly, so calming (which every bride needs some calm on her day), and TRULY listens to what the couple wants. I would giver her 20/5 stars if I could. If you're getting married and debating a coordinator, hire Kathryn.

ere was an issue or concern she was always there to answer my texts and ease my worries. Not only did Kate do an amazing job with helping to plan and coordinate the day she also created a beautiful invite design and website for us. Kate was recommended to us by a friend and I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants some extra help during their wedding planning because it can be stressful and she helps to take that stress away. We would not have had such an amazing day if it was not for everything she did for us.
