n our wedding planning process. My husband and I had an aviation themed wedding. Therefore, we had an airplane cake. Allessa made our cake so beautifully. It was a replica of our airplane and she added my husband and I in it. She even added our toy poodle. The details were spot on and when I saw our cake for the first time, it made me cry. Not only did we hire Allessa for our wedding cake, but also she made mini cupcakes for the wedding and macaroons for our welcome party. They both were divine! Our guests are still talking about how delicious they were. Allessa provides 10/10 service and produces delicious tasting treats. Couldn’t recommend her more!

As someone who’s had to settle for subpar gluten-free desserts in the past, I was blown away by how many gluten free flavor options there were. Our guests had no idea it was gluten-free! But the highlight for my husband was the groom’s cake at our rehearsal dinner. He’s a huge golf lover, and Allessa completely knocked it out of the park with a custom design featuring a Villanova-themed golf bag and our sweet pup, Murphy. The detail was absolutely incredible—guests were amazed by how realistic and personal it was. It was such a fun and special surprise, and it truly made his night. He said it was delicious, too! Working with Allessa and Kathy and Co. was one of the easiest and most rewarding parts of our wedding. Her talent, attention to detail, and genuine care for her clients are unmatched. We couldn’t recommend her more highly!
