ugh a series of images. She was an absolute breeze to work with at every stage, incredibly communicative and collaborative, with a clear sense of how to direct photos without overstepping or imposing. She was hands down the best vendor we worked with for our wedding, and we worked with a lot of wonderful people. She can put anyone at ease no matter how uncomfortable they might initially be with being photographed and she has a remarkable skill at capturing faces at their best. Wedding photography is such a difficult task and being able to strike a perfect balance of skills to really excel at it is no small feat. Her prices are more than fair for what she brings to the table, she had a second photographer on the day of our wedding and she puts an unbelievable amount of time into editing the photos, the results speak for themselves. If she’s available for your wedding you should hire her immediately.
Our friends and family have never looked more radiant than they do in the pictures she captured at our wedding, we are so blessed to have these memories forever thanks to her.

From our first zoom meeting, to our engagement shoot to our wedding day she has continued to impress us. We love that Kathy is the perfect combo of type A organized (checking her shot list, keeping an eye on time, has a plan), chill and FAST. We also love how dedicated and detail oriented she is, I'll never forget how she told us that she'll sometimes photoshop out things in photos. She's also SO quick with email, always responding with 24 hours which was so appreciated. I never felt like I had to chase her or send follow up emails like I did with some of our other vendors.
For our engagement shoot we shot in 6 different locations within a 6 block radius in 2 hours and not once did we feel rushed or like we were running out of time. On our wedding day it was the same - Kathy had a plan, but she was also great on the fly and flexible when we had told her we also wanted to get certain shots. She got the shots and more!
She's also has the most easy going, friendly personality that instantly puts you at ease especially my husband who isn't comfortable in front of a camera. And she directs you in a way that feels natural. She's also THE BEST hype woman, really making you feel awesome, beautiful/handsome and like a rockstar as she snaps photos of you. Something that I really love that she does is periodically show you what she's shooting - it gets you excited and gives you a glimpse of what she's shooting, which makes you feel really great and confident with what she's doing.
Kathy was also great about checking in on us as well. Making sure we were doing ok and hydrated. There was a point when certain people were late to take photos that made me a little anxious about timing and getting all the photos we wanted done, but very quickly Kathy pivoted, got other shots and before I knew it we had taken all the photos I wanted before the ceremony began. This allowed us to enjoy the whole cocktail hour with our friends/family like we hoped.
She even sent us some sneak peak photos just 3 days after the wedding and we're already in awe. With our photos being one of our wedding priorities, hiring Kathy to capture our big day was the best decision we made!

Kathy made our wedding day beyond amazing! I was lucky enough to be a bridesmaid in a wedding that Kathy shot last summer. I was able to see her work for 8+ hours that day and knew I really liked her at that point. Once I saw the gallery from that wedding, I knew I HAD to have her for my wedding. During our initial meeting with her, my husband knew exactly why I wanted her to shoot our wedding. Her passion and talent are unmatched!
When she arrived on our big day, she immediately lit up the room and everyone could feel her energy. Her assistant Gabby and she got to work immediately taking detail photos, dress photos, getting ready photos. One of my bridesmaids commented “wow…she is really good” after about 5 minutes of seeing her work. She is incredibly creative and makes everyone feel special and beautiful!

ce Kathy's portfolio shined through all the others initially, and we were immediately impressed when we first contacted her due to her professionalism, laser quick responsiveness, extreme attention to detail/ organized with a fun, friendly and warm personality to boot. Kathy made the communication of what we were looking for was very easy, offering her expertise and experience when we had no idea what we wanted to do and was extremely patient, positive and kind through my 50 million emails of questions!
On the day of the shoot, Kathy was there early, stayed late, and in the time in between when my husband and I were busy, Kathy not only didn't need any direction, but was the self-starter we needed, even helping us guide others as well! entire process of planning our wedding, Kathy was there for us as so much more than just a photographer. She always went above and beyond in every step of the process and I started to turn to her for much more than I probably should of, and Kathy being as sweet as she is, never complained. She helped us with our timeline for the day of, sat on any phone call I needed her to be on, was always available for in-person meetings for us when we were in town (we live out of town). It can be pretty awkward having someone in your face and personal space and on top of that taking pictures, but Kathy was so much fun to be around and both my husband and I were laughing the entire time, which might I add makes for incredible pictures! Not to mention, that the day of the wedding not only went incredibly smooth, but guests were raving about how professional and fun Kathy was. We took most of the pictures during cocktail hour and Kathy was beyond ahead of schedule with our timeline goal. Big plus, get the photobooth too--definitely won't regret it! For all events and just fun photoshoots, definitely go with Kathy, she's amazing and delivers!

We had some questions re: outfits and she was more than happy to answer our questions and provide us with recommendations as to what would capture best/be best for the look we were going for. Prior to our photo shoot, Kathy scoped out our location in order to provide us with ideas re: the best places/positions to shoot in order to achieve the vision we both had. edding perfectly... So many beautiful shots. For both the engagement and wedding photos, Kathy took the time to scout out locations and poses before hand. I was not the easiest bride or deal with (frequently changing my mind and a little bossy) and Kathy was patient and kind through it all. Also, her turn around time is super fast....
