my mother and it came out horrible. When we voiced our concerns to Kathy, both her and her assistant Brittany were rude. They even lied to us by claiming that they sent a sample of the fabric to us prior to making the dress. We never received this sample or a phone call from Kathy when the fabric came in. Kathy finally agreed to make a new dress for my mother since the first one she made was beyond unacceptable. Well guess what, the second dress that she made was just as bad!! When my mother showed up for her fitting, Kathy was 45 minutes late to the appointment. Kathy didn’t even have the decency to apologize for being so late. The quality of Kathy’s work was horrendous and not worth the money that my mother paid. If you are looking for a quality dress and to be treated with respect, don’t step foot in this store.

In the Connecticut sea of strapless, sweetheart neckline, poofy gowns, I was struggling to find the style I wanted, which was a very fitted, bohemian style lace gown with an extremely low back. Kathy was able to create this gown for me while fitting like a glove the first time I even put it on, with the comfort of a nightgown and a price to put all other bridal shops out of business. I cannot believe I will be walking down the aisle in a custom dress made just for me. Since working with Kathy, and as a professional in the bridal business myself, I have been steering brides this route ever since. If you can picture your dream dress, I'd strongly recommend you let Kathy create it.

lor I wanted or was sleeveless when I wanted a sleeve. We picked lace and material but I still felt i wanted some sparkle to my gown. Kathy worked with me and found the perfect sequin underlay fabric for my dress. She vowed to make me happy and she sure did. I felt so beautiful on this special day with all of my family and friends telling me I looked stunning. My dress fit like a glove with my final alterations one week before the wedding. I was losing weight and she even accommodated me with that. She is a true professional with so much vision and a drive to make her customers happy. This was a true experience for me. I have three more children and you can bet that Kathy Faber will be my dress designer when they get married. Go to her store in Bristol CT you will be so impressed with her designs. SHE'S THE BEST!!!
