As someone who has never been in front of the camera, from the very first time my now husband and I met her for our engagement shoot, I knew I trusted her to guide us through everything and tell us what to do to get the best photos that we would love. She made us feel so incredibly comfortable doing something that was very out of our comfort zone. Everything from our engagement shoot to rehearsal and wedding day was perfection. Our wedding was 2 days ago (!!!!) and I'm in love with the photos and videos that we have already gotten back. I wish I could give 1000000+ stars.

Kathy. She was excited to hear about our story, which made my decision easy to choose her as our photographer. From that moment, I knew this was a passion for her and not just a job.
Our gallery revealed thousands of pictures we will treasure forever. Our pictures are bright, beautiful, and include moments where emotion was captured in the shot. Kathy and her team made the extra effort to capture specific details of our wedding that we would never want to forget such as invitations, as well as candid moments of both loved ones, and guests enjoying the evening! I also used Kathy for a boudoir shoot, which she killed. My pictures turned out professional, sexy and classy, which was everything I was hoping for.
One thing that makes Kathy stand out the most is her energy. From initial booking to wedding day, she made you feel comfortable and brought a fun environment for everyone in the bridal suite getting ready as well as towards guests.
Her expertise comes along with recommendations for flattering poses when taking family pictures and portraits.
If I could do it all over again, I wouldn’t look any further than choosing Kathy and her team. Luckily, we look forward to working with her in the future as life unfolds as the years go by such as future family portraits, pregnancies etc. Her magic behind the camera shows in both her work and personality. Communication throughout the process was prompt and helpful. Day of they were a blast to have around and did a great job of just blending in and capturing candid moments without anyone even really realizing what was happening.
Then, when it came time to have us go to specific spots or do specific things, Kathy was such a pro and so efficient with our time and gave us all the possible photo options we could ever want. For a couple who isn't the most comfortable being photographed we couldn't have been happier with the experience!

She knows how to direct without sounding bossy and ends up taking such unique shots that look like artwork instead of just a regular portrait, something you can keep forever and want to show off. I truly wanted someone that wouldn't just go through the motions but would be able to have fun and use their creativity to capture great moments and be a part of the day. Kathy was just that. She worked with us to find the right package that fit our budget and despite us having a smaller budget, she still made us feel like her most important clients. She is so easy to talk to and was able to pick up on the overall look that I was going for. She has such a detailed eye and used our theme of a fairy tale wedding to come up with so many different photo ideas all while allowing us to enjoy the night ( we didn't feel like we spent the whole night smiling for a camera, which is what we wanted). My family is a little rowdy ( not always listening to directions, lol) and she was so patient and light-hearted with us, keeping things fun and making us laugh.

o we made sure to find a photographer early. She was great through every step of wedding planning helping us think through venues, a dress to flatter this (nervous about looking fat) plus-size bride, our time line, and making our pictures exactly what we were hoping for.
There are two really big things that stick out to me when I think about Kathy and our wedding photo adventure-
First, I was nervous about looking and feeling large in our wedding photos. I am not a size zero. I was never made to feel any different. Kathy was fabulous about reassuring me and making me feel beautiful through the whole process. I look back and I see amazing emotions and moments. I am not thinking about what size I am.
Second, the love of my life is not nearly as extroverted or easy to get to know as I am. It meant the world to me that Kathy took the time to get to know him as well. She got that he wasn't going to be the center of attention and that was okay.
I finished our wedding with more than just amazing, fabulous, flattering photos but also with a friend who is a beautiful and loving person who really cares about her work and her clients.
