When we first met with Kathy she had samples of her most popular flavors waiting for us. When I tasted her raspberry buttercream frosting I knew I had to have that in my wedding ca...
ke. It was seriously delicious - and all of my guests agreed. We got so many compliments on our wedding cake (both the chocolate cake with raspberry buttercream and the pound cake with plain buttercream). Kathy & Gary were very flexible with design as well and customized the cake to our vision and our budget. A little more expensive than other options we'd looked at, but worth every single penny.
Kathy and Gary were absolutely awesome! They listened to every idea my daughter had and designed a cake that was exactly what she wanted. The cake was beautiful and tasted amazing!...
I couldn't have asked more. Thank you for making my daughter's wedding so special.
I love Kathy and her Husband. The joy and the love for what they do really showed from the first sit-down. I had no idea what I wanted in my cake. All I knew I wanted something dif...
ferent, something to hang from the ceiling, and beautiful but not over the top (I know cake hanging from the ceiling isn’t over the top). I was having a hard time finding some one who would make my cake hang from the ceiling. No one was willing to take the risk, but Kathy had no problem with doing so. I showed them my theme and how I designed my invitation, and her husband drew this beautiful design from that point I knew Kathy’s Cakery was the one. My cake was the talk of the town, and I couldn’t have down IT her. Her cake was not now only beautiful, but delicious and affordable
Kathy and Gary are one heck of a power couple! We met them at a bridal show where they only had one flavor to sample and we were already impressed.

kes and icings (not the sugary jam stuff, but creamy and rich). All real ingredients.
Gary is the creative who helped create the cake of our dreams! We did a Disney themed wedding and had a cake topper as well as some Pinterest inspirations.
Our tasting incorporated several small cakes to try with different fillings and icings. We then did a sketch with Gary. It was great to have a vision we could take home and review! Honestly, we booked them right after the tasting, based on other places we had visited not being nearly as good.
They were very accommodating to additional tastings for flavoring refinement and other sketches. They delivered on time and were very fun!
Our wedding was April 30, 2016 at the Bertram Inn in Aurora. We knew as soon as we sampled Kathy's cakes that I would love to have them design and make our wedding cake! We met at ...
Kathy's house with her husband to design the cake and I couldn't have been happier with how it turned out! It was everything I had hoped for and tasted delicious! By far the best wedding cake I've ever had and guests still mention how good it was over a year later. I would highly recommend Kathy's Cakery to any bride or any occasion for that matter.

We ordered our wedding cake from Kathy's Cakery. From our initial meeting with Kathy and Gary, we knew we wanted them to design our cake. They sat down and listened to our needs ...
and wants, then designed a cake that surpassed all expectations. To see the sketch to the actual cake on our wedding day was pure amazement as to what they created specifically for us. On top of being picture perfect our cake tasted amazing and our guests were thrilled to take home the left overs. We cannot wait until our one year anniversary to have it again!
