Then when she finally took our engagement photos she said she would text us a few sneak peaks that night and never did nor did we get any photos for 3 weeks! She also said she would finish all the photos and send them to us before she left for her month long trip to Europe but never did until I emailed her and claimed she sent them a long time ago but never did. See the theme in lying? She told us to feel free to reach out to her to connect with any vendors so I did in early June for videographer suggestions but never heard back. Followed up and still didn’t hear back. Finally got an email at the end of July with no suggestions and at which point I gave up hearing from her about this and had already found someone. Then I asked her for a timeline of the wedding day photos so I could plan the start time on the wedding invites and it took me following up with her twice and a few weeks to finally get it. The final straw was when I asked her for her certificate of insurance which was required by my wedding venue. I literally followed up with her 4 times in a month to get this which again she claims she sent by saying she would “resend” but never did. So I decided to not move forward with her for my wedding as she one, did not put any effort into our engagement photos editing as she has with the photos on her Instagram which is where I found her, two, lacks communication skills and requires to be babysat which I don’t have the time for, three does not do what she says she’s going to do and when she’s going to do it and four, did not have a good feeling that she would even show up to the wedding and do a good job so I just couldn’t risk that anymore and continue to stress over this one vendor when the rest have been amazing to work with. Her lack of response from the beginning was a red flag that I should have paid attention to. Stay away! She doesn’t even deserve one star! Also she’s a rip off for the service you will receive. Doesn’t seem to take people’s money and time seriously.
