About this vendor
Using both film and digital mediums, I capture a wedding day as it beautifully unfolds. I whole-heartedly believe that your wedding photos should be as unique as your love, your story, and your wedding. I approach every wedding with the same foundation of knowledge and experience I have gained in over 10 years of business
but with a different perspective that is customized to each individual couple.
Although every wedding is unique, my goal is always the same: to create beautiful images that stand the test of time and to give my clients and their wedding guests an exceptional experience. I do this by providing my professional expertise through education and going above and beyond in any way possible for my couples.
I am a fine art film and digital wedding photographer based in the southeast, traveling all over the US for weddings and sessions. I call Melbourne, Florida my home. After almost ten years and 200+ weddings, I love my job more today than ever. My images have been featured in many of the world's top wedding blogs including Style Me Pretty, Magnolia Rouge, BRIDES, as well as on the cover of Weddings Illustrated Magazine. I have been named one of the top wedding photographers in Miami by BRIDES magazine. I consider it a blessing and an honor that I get to create timeless images that my clients and their families will cherish for generations.

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Kati for our engagement and wedding photos and could not have dreamt up a better experience. From the moment we met with her, Kati's sw...
eet and bubbly personality put us at ease. She made the process so fun and easy and was always there to answer questions or put our minds at ease (especially when I started to panic about the weather!)
And the photos? They completely exceeded our (high) expectations. She captured our special day in the most beautiful way.
Perfection from start to finish! We adore you, Kati!
We cannot say enough wonderful things about Kati! From the moment we met her, she made my husband and me feel completely at ease — her warmth and professionalism shone through ever...
y interaction.
On our wedding day, she had an incredible ability to blend into the background while still capturing every magical moment, from the quiet in-between glances to the joyful celebrations on the dance floor. Nothing felt staged or forced; every photo feels genuinely us.
When our album arrived, we were completely speechless. It is something we will treasure for the rest of our lives and share with generations to come. If you are looking for a photographer who is talented, kind, and truly dedicated to telling your love story — look no further than Kati. She is absolutely exceptional.
Kati was absolutely incredible from start to finish! She is such a pleasure to work with and her work is fantastic. She truly takes timeless photos. HIGHLY recommend hiring Kati!
Kati was an absolute dream to work with!! I love every single picture she sent us and will have these memories for forever. Best decision working with her!! So grateful!
Kati is incredible - I don’t even know where to start. I was so excited when I spoke to her initially and learned she uses both film and digital. From the start, Kati has been an e...
xcellent communicator and trustworthy professional. She worked so kindly with us to schedule our engagement shoot - and then reschedule it when we cancelled the week of due to illness. At that shoot, she went above and beyond to scout out a perfect location and the photos were truly stunning (more than we could ever imagine). Prior to the wedding, she worked seamlessly with our coordinator, made our timeline, and flexibly edited it when we needed. On the wedding day itself, she was a calming and so caring presence. She made sure my fiancé and I were never stressed, never rushed, and ensured we felt the importance, magnitude and specialness of the day.
She captured the entire day beautifully - we were recently sent out preview photos and I have told my fiancé multiple times now that I’d be forever happy with just these! They’re so incredible. They just captured us, our happiness, our love. We can’t even imagine what the whole gallery will look like!
I had asked Kati to try to emphasize my veil as it was very special to me. She captured its beauty and then some. She just got it - the femininity, the romance. Her use of lighting is spectacular. I truly feel so special that she was our photographer and now I get to keep these photos/works of art forever.
She is a true artist whose talent I can’t even wrap my head around. She created the most beautiful photos, all while emphasizing what we told her was important to us. She lead my fiancé and me perfectly on our special day. She is concise and precise. We never felt tired of taking pictures as so much was captured quickly and efficiently, even when switching from digital to film and back.
My wedding venue even told my parents a few days later how impressed they were with her and how truly talented she was.
I can’t say enough good things! I really do feel so honored that she photographer our wedding and now we have these beautiful, timeless photographs.
I don't even know where to begin with how amazing the entire experience was with Kati. I knew I needed (not wanted) to book her before I was even engaged, and I am so happy that I ...
was lucky enough to work with her! I am someone who absolutely hates having my picture taken, but she made me feel so beautiful and confident in front of the camera. Her professionalism combined with the gentleness of an old friend made working with her an absolute dream, and my husband and I cannot recommend Kati enough! She doesn't just take pictures, she captures lifelong memories. Her work has a timeless feel, nostalgic, yet modern. Nothing is pushed. She eases into her surroundings and knows exactly the moments to capture. She knows her clients...her intuitiveness with the camera is breathtaking!

those little authentic moments that mean so much. She’s incredibly thoughtful with each shot and makes you feel so comfortable, which made all the difference for us.
From our engagement shoot to the wedding ceremony, reception, and after party, Kati brought each moment to life with her incredible eye for capturing emotion and energy. Kati has a true gift, and we feel so grateful to have her photos to relive our special day again and again. Beyond her talent, she’s just a genuinely kind and warm person, making the entire experience unforgettable from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better photographer and absolutely adore Kati and her amazing work!

wedding day. Kati felt like a second wedding planner--she was integral in helping the day run smoothly. She kept everyone on time and executed the timeline seamlessly, without ever making us feel rushed or stressed. She has such warm presence and made us feel special the entire weekend. She goes above and beyond for her clients. We had multiple calls leading up to the day, to ensure that we were on the same page regarding places for photographs and style. She woke up at the crack of dawn for our engagement shoot and arrived early on our wedding day to shoot our stationary with such care and detail. The next day she posted photos on her Instagram story with the songs we processed to playing in the background, which was such a nice touch. We've only received our sneak peaks back, but they are truly a work of art. Kati knows how to capture the pure emotion of a wedding, while also not missing any of the details. She went above and beyond in all respects. We are so excited to see the full gallery! Thank you, thank you, Kati!

ul and radiant person she is to work with! She shot a wedding for a family friend of mine and I immediately knew she had to shoot mine. She has a way of making everyone feel comfortable in front of the camera and gets the absolute best shots. She was so fun to work with! We also had a lot of scheduling restraints on our end due to some personal things and Kati was so accommodating.
We will be shooting one year anniversary pictures with her and I already can’t wait to work together again!

set Kati apart is her calm and easy-going disposition. I am not naturally comfortable in front of a camera, but Kati knew exactly what to tell us to make us feel relaxed and like ourselves. for us in the case of a full wedding postponement. The images she delivered are truly timeless and will be cherished by us and generations to come. Kati has such a presence about her that you can only attribute to her many years of experience, and her calm confidence made us feel so at ease. She also radiates a joy and passion for her work - you can just see her face light up behind the camera and you just know she's captured something beautiful. On top of how wonderful Kati is at her job, she is truly a compassionate person who loves to serve others and cares deeply about her clients. We couldn't have asked for a better photographer for our wedding day, and we hope to use Kati in the future to document more of our milestones!

on last summer. I am a full time photographer, working as a wedding photographer for a number of years. Even with my own experience, I found myself in awe of Kati- I admire the quality of her work, her attention to detail, and her calm, collected demeanor (which was exhibited throughout the entire planning process and wedding weekend). Kati's composed, confident and fun personality was contagious both during our engagement session and on the big day. She helped my wife and I feel completely at ease in front of the camera, which my wife admits is no easy feat! My wife and I agreed that because we enjoyed hanging with Kati so much, it was almost as if the beautiful photographs were an added bonus! I'm not sure what else we can say. If you are considering booking her, don't hesitate. You will not regret a single minute of it!

dding planning process, all of our questions were answered promptly, whether through email or phone. Her style of photography exactly matched our expectations for how we wanted our wedding photos to look and we couldn't be happier with the results. She is more than a photographer - she is a true artist who knows how to capture authentic emotions and real moments in a beautiful way. Besides producing amazing work, she is friendly and enthusiastic, and exactly the type of calming and happy presence you want around you on your wedding day. Her work will allow us to relive and treasure our wedding day forever.

n is unmatched! When you look at her work you will see why she is worth the investment as a wedding vendor. We hired Kati as our wedding photographer, and she is absolutely incredible. I still look at our engagement photos often and just get so giddy when I see how amazing they are! I am usually super self-conscious in front of cameras and yet, I felt so comfortable and confident when she was taking our photos. She sent us a preview of our wedding photos, and even my dad was like "WOW, she is a professional photographer! I have never seen work this good!" I can't recommend her enough! You will not be disappointed! Hire her and I promise you will smile and relive the moments from your special day over and over again! <3

and every photo. The quality of our photo gallery is incredible. Not only is the service and product she delivers beyond expectation but working with her on a personal level was an absolute joy. Photographers command a lot of your day and it is so important to get along well with them. Kati and her second shooter were a dream to work with. They directed the day with grace and kindness but also knew exactly where and when to direct people with efficiency. They seemed to blend into the background but truly captured every. single. moment. She was so receptive and accommodating to my desires and ideas. I could go on and on. Oh and not to mention the film work she does - simply gorgeous. All this to say, if you're considering Kati for your wedding, book now you will not regret it!! worth every penny!!

ilm... Well, both of those came true! I hired Kati for a branding & mentoring session in September! From the moment I inquired she was immediately so helpful and so invested in my business and me succeeding. She had me to create a vision board filled with all the colors and vibes for my ideal brand. When it all came time to pull it all together, Kati did an outstanding job! From the little fine details, to the big ones. We went with Old World Romance with pops of colors! She got me in contact with an incredible wedding planner here in Virginia who helped plan to most beautiful styled shoot!! Literally filled with all my dream colors and vibes for my brand. Kati had me shooting film & digital for the entire session. I was so scared to shoot film, but she showed me how easy it could be! Needless to say I've been shooting regularly now. During our sit down mentoring portion, she showed me how to match film scans to my digital work using anchor images. I never knew that such a small detail could help me grow so much. I was always starting with my digital images and hoping they would (maybe) match my film scans. She had me set goals for myself for one, 5, and 10 years, and I'm already reaching my one year goal within a span of two months! She showed me the areas in my business I could grow, and gave me validation in areas I was doubting my abilities. She truly gave me so much confidence in growing my business and my brand!! I'm so eternally grateful for Kati, and would recommend anyone using her for a mentoring and/or branding session!! If you're ready to grow your business, or shooting film consistently, then hire her immediately! Seriously, you will NOT be disappointed!! LOVE YOU KATI!!

ince it's almost impossible to think of these details the day of. My husband was a little self conscious about being shot from certain angles and she went above and beyond to make sure he was happy. She not only was punctual but she came prepared with items that I would've never thought to bring myself. She was kind enough to send us a handful of sneak previews that we were absolutely thrilled with and now we cannot wait to see the entire wedding gallery. We would definitely work with her again!
I can honestly say I don't write reviews.. but after working with Kati I knew I needed to let anyone & everyone considering booking with her know exactly what you will get. If you ...
look through every photoshoot Kati has ever done you can easily feel her passion and love for the art that she has mastered. You can feel her passion when you talk with her, she gets excited seeing two people in love interact and knows every angle that flatters a person... AND you have fun while doing it! I think looking for photographer can be one of the most overwhelming and difficult tasks in planning a wedding, but I can promise you that you will strike gold with her. You will not only love the results you will fall in love Kati's personality and passion. She will gift you something far more precious than what money can buy..she is worth every penny! We brought our dog along with us for our engagement photos (...who I promise is really really well trained ) but somehow he forgot every trick in the book and I instantly regretted bringing him. Kati knew exactly what to do it get every dream shot when he was acting out and the day I got the photos I couldn't honestly couldn't believe how beautiful every. single. picture. was. Kati is also one of the nicest people I have ever met and she is a dream to work with. Id rate her 1,000 out of 10 because she really is that great. I can't thank Kati enough for our photos.. do yourself a favor and book her!

he most genuine moments. Having someone direct you, allowing you to interact with one another, and capturing the moment where you both are just being natural and it still turning out breathtakingly beautiful was amazing. Her work is absolutely stunning. I really wanted a photographer who didn't have us standing around posing. If it didn't look right, she simply waited while we interacted naturally with one another and then captured the moment that was right. A session with Kati feels like you're just hanging out with a friend, you just end up with these flawless pictures to cherish forever as well. We had so much fun talking with Kati while walking around downtown Savannah from location to location. We ended up with photos with so many different backgrounds (all absolutely stunning), which is exactly what I wanted! She is such a genuine person, and it is so obvious how much she cares about the people she works with as well as the service that she is providing. She is exactly the kind of person you want in your corner. She extends herself as someone to reach out to if you ever need anything during the planning process and I am beyond thankful to have a photographer that I can consider as a friend to be there with me on my day. I honestly cannot say enough!

VE and BEYOND our expectations! She's extremely friendly and has this aura that makes everything perfect. You get both film and digital expertise with Kati, and trust me, it makes all the difference in her photos! As soon as we saw her teasers after our wedding, our hearts melted. She captured our night so perfectly. We can't wait to see the rest and cherish them for years to come. She's also organized, intuitive, and professional throughout the whole process. From creating a detailed timeline to fixing my veil on our wedding day, Kati does it all. Do yourself a favor and book this exceptional photographer, you won't be disappointed!
When you book Kati Rosado Photography you don't just get a wedding photography. You get a photographer, planner, and friend. Kati is so talented and kind. You won't be disappointed...

ng to book as my photographer; and I wasn't even engaged at the time! Her pictures are simply flawless, and she is able to capture beauty in everything. My husband and I aren't the most photogenic and are usually awkward in front of a camera, but Kati was excellent at making us feel as natural as possible. She shot our engagement session and our wedding. We love all of the engagement photos- we have several hanging around our apartment- and we are anxiously waiting to see all of the wedding photos! I am so happy that I booked Kati. I have talked to other wives in the area who say one thing they regret about their wedding was not booking her as their photographer. Not only are her pictures beautiful, but she is also so helpful with the whole wedding planning process and is full of advice and suggestions about vendors, etc. You won't regret booking Kati as your wedding photographer!

r our engagement session, she helped us plan it on a day she would be in that city. Then on the actual day of the engagement session, she was SO amazing at directing us and making us laugh.
When we got our images back, I cried. They were so beautiful and exactly what I was envisioning. I have got compliments from everyone who has seen the photographs, and my mom wants to buy them all. I would recommend her to any of my friends in a heartbeat.

ecific style in a photographer that I envisioned capturing the most special day of our lives. Then I found Kati. See, with Kati you aren’t hiring a “day of” vendor; she is SO much more than that. Kati helped me in so many aspects in planning my wedding day and carried out duties beyond her title as our photographer. Kati became someone I trusted most during the planning process, and the wedding day was no exception. Her ability to capture raw, genuine, once in a lifetime moments still have me in awe. Aside from the (stunning) traditional photos, Kati captured “little moments”, that I would’ve never realized are actually big moments, and memories I would want to cherish through photograph. I really never thought a still photo could do justice to how perfectly (imperfect) and magical our wedding day was, and yet I was proved otherwise. Kati Rosado Photography doesn’t need convincing, as her photographs speak a thousand and a half words. She was our best wedding day decision. Hire. Her.

ding. A close friend told me about Kati and unfortunately I was too late to book her for our original date. I knew she was the perfect photographer for us and moved our wedding to a date that she would be available (5 months later). It was the best decision I made during the entire wedding planning process! She made me feel so comfortable and the pictures are so naturally beautiful. She really has an eye for detail. Photos are the only thing you have that really capture the emotion of your special day. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a super talented, trustworthy, and professional wedding photographer!

nd we couldn't be happier with how she captured our special day. She is so talented, and you can tell she is very comfortable behind the camera. She makes the bride and groom feel at ease, and has wonderful suggestions and ideas on how to capture every little detail without being overwhelming. The bride and groom can enjoy every moment and rest assured that Kati has the whole day covered!
John and I decided to go with a "full day" package with Kati, which was worth it! She includes an engagement photo session, rehearsal and rehearsal dinner coverage, and a beautiful USB with a specialty box that holds all the pictures. Ordering the photos is a breeze, and they turn out perfect every time! John and I love showing our photos off to everyone, and get amazing compliments on them. All the credit goes to Kati.
We would highly recommend Kati to capture your special day. She is not only an amazing photographer, but an amazing woman who has grown to be our friend. We couldn't be happier with everything we've received from Kati, and are so lucky to have found her. Hurry up and book with her quick, because this photographer is going to be HUGE!
