rson we could count on. Our engagement photos were unique in context and in her approach. She went with the flow and captured them beautifully. On our wedding day, she seriously jumped around with her assistant and avoided all the disasters that happened with the other vendors. She is a huge reason for our wedding being so perfect, despite everything that was happening around us. We appreciated everything from her stunning photography style to her lovely and hilarious assistant to her interactions at the wedding. She was practically family within our group! It didn't stop once she was paid though! She continues to impress us as she has made one additional edit to a photo for us and is working on putting together an album (once I finish up my end of it all). Our photos are beyond what we ever hoped they could be! She has a way of making every moment feel special. We are so grateful and thankful that we were lucky enough to have her be a part of our big day!

Katie was able to find some beautiful spots near our venue that provided great pics and a few moments for Ben and I to be with just one another and take in everything that was happening. Going though our amazing wedding photos allowed for Ben and I to relive that day, and remember certain aspects that may have been forgotten. She also was able to capture that one moment when Ben saw me for the first time... I remember it so vividly, but seeing it in a photo warms me to my soul. Katie will make all of your photos about you and showcase you in the best way possible! I read that you should really like your photographer, because you're going to be with them a lot on your wedding day... I lucked out and loved my photographer! ace like Colorado in the fall!) It was an easy choice for me to pick Katie to photograph our wedding day because I loved her use of vivid and bright colors in photography. I am an artist myself, and I appreciated the thought and detail she put in each shot. Right away I was impressed during our first initial meeting because Katie has a strong confidence and sense of getting stuff done, and I wanted a photographer that would be able to manage lots of people and get lots of great photos in the short amount of time on your wedding day. Her portfolio showed be that she could capture what it really looks like to get married outside in Colorado, and I trusted she listened and understood my wants and interests as well. All of these thoughts and reasons proved to be true as Katie captured our wedding ceremony and reception in an even more beautiful way than I thought was even possible. The photos she took will continue to be looked at and loved by my husband and I as we think back to and share our wedding day memories with others!

She communicated well with us via email regarding paperwork and answering any questions we had both before and after the wedding. At the wedding, Katie was patient with everyone and took initiative to capture decor and accessories while waiting for people who weren't yet ready to take pictures. She had a great eye and found creative places to take the photographs. The pictures themselves turned out great! Katie provided us with an electronic preview two weeks after the wedding, and the hard copy arrived in the mail in a beautiful wooden box about a week later. It was great receiving the pictures so quickly! I highly recommend Katie Bicket and would hire her again in a heartbeat!

She can set up artistic shots and beautiful panorama backdrops with seemingly effortless skill (as evidenced by the pictures my husband and I did at the Garden of the Gods - they turned out so beautifully that I get chills when I look at them). She's also stealthy and totally unobtrusive when taking candid shots - some of the best pictures from our ceremony and reception are ones that I wasn't even aware of until she sent us the digitals. In addition to being a wonderful photographer, Katie is genuinely fun to work with. Ladies, if you're looking for someone who's calm, kind, funny, and just plain enjoyable to be around, Katie's your go-to gal.
