Wow, I don't even know where to start. From the second we chatted over the phone to discuss our vision, to saying goodbye on the dance floor, I KNEW we picked the perfect person to capture our wedding. Katie was extremely professional, calming and an expert at shooting our day. Katie made sure that we were comfortable the whole time and went with the flow when things changed. Within a week, we got so many highlight photos, making us SO happy. Two months after our wedding, we got our entire album! Every single photo was incredible and allows us to relive our day, over and over. We hired both Vinny (her husband) and Katie for our video and photos- highly recommend this power couple! We love Katie and wish we could have 5 more weddings so that we could hire them again! You won't regret hiring her for your day!

BEST WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER EVER! I can't say enough great things about Katie Edwards Photography. Katie is absolutely AMAZING...literally everything we could have wanted and more!! When I was looking for a photographer I was looking for 2 things: (1) That they took good pics and edited them in the style that we wanted and (2) that the photographer had good vibes and energy. We knew that this person was going to present for all of our most intimate moments so we wanted to be sure they had a good attitude and positive energy. Katie checked all of the boxes and was the ABSOLUTE BEST! Her work speaks for itself (have you seen her stuff!?) but what you can't see online is what a great asset having her with you on your wedding day is. She was such a calming, warming and happy presence on our wedding day which made all of the difference as we were dealing with unforeseen gale force winds and rain on our wedding day (so fun! lol). I remember at one point in the day when I was visibly overwhelmed she calmly checked in with me and asked "Do you need a minute? Do you want to take a step outside?" These small questions made me feel so taken care of and helped keep me grounded on our wedding day. No matter how much you plan things will go wrong and having vendors, especially a photographer, that can keep a positive attitude and be able to roll with the punches was key to having an enjoyable wedding day. Katie captured all of our moments and we had so many of our loved ones sing her praises even during the event. We loved getting the polaroids at the end of the night and getting a highlight gallery within 3 days of our wedding was icing on the cake!! Getting those photos so quickly after the wedding is such a fun way to reflect on a whirlwind of a day and extend the wedding hype a little more! We are so incredibly thankful for Katie and couldn't recommend her more!

Wow where to even begin with Katie?! We booked Katie for our wedding before we even found a venue! After studying photography in college, I knew that photos were going to be one of the most important things for our wedding day! We hired Katie for our engagement shoot as well as our wedding. She was nothing short of amazing! Punctual and professional, but relaxed and fun she really is the total package! Katie put us at ease right away at our engagement shoot and we knew we hired the perfect photographer for us! She is outgoing, but never overbearing and does not pose you too much. She lets you be natural in the moment. At our wedding, Katie made sure to capture all of our most special moments without having us feel like we were really being photographed. She was never obtrusive, and she made sure to not block any of the guests' experiences, but she even got out on the dance floor and danced with us!! The polaroids she gives you on the night of your wedding are a special keepsake we will have forever along with all of the other amazing photos. We love Katie and would recommend her to anyone who wants to hire THE BEST photographer for their wedding!

Katie is truly the best photographer I could ever imagine!!! Booking her was one of the best decisions my husband and I made! We did our engagement shoot with her, a photo shoot for our puppy, and now our wedding. She blew us away each time. Her photos are spectacular and really capture the moment and vibe. Can’t say enough amazing things about this incredibly talented human! We are from Vancouver, Canada and planned a destination wedding in Palm Springs. So I did a ton of research on our vendors. Katie was the very first person I had booked because I loved her style and how you could feel such emotion in her photos. My husband and I hate being the Center of attention, Katie and her assistant made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera. It felt like we had known her forever that’s how amazing she is!! WOW, where to begin!? The decision to hire Katie as our wedding photographer was a true game changer. I spoke with several on the phone and after chatting with Katie, I knew we had found our gal! When my husband and I met her in person for the first time at our engagement shoot, Katie made us (not huge photo takers) feel instantly comfortable and at ease. When it came down to the wedding day (and rehearsal), Katie was amazing -- she is incredibly professional, both firm and friendly in her direction (which was necessary with our huge wedding party!), and also captured the intimate bride & groom moments perfectly. The best surprise was coming back to the bride & groom suite to find all the polaroids from the day waiting for us — such a thoughtful and personal touch from Katie. And when we received our first batch of photos, we absolutely died. They are not only stunning but Katie's innate ability to capture the special moments shines through with each one. Wowowow Katie is truly the best. We used her for our engagement photos last year and wedding this past August 2019 and she is so talented at what she does. She has done many of my friends' and friends of friends' weddings and all the photos from their weddings were stunning! That's why we hired her for our wedding. In addition, Katie is so friendly, sweet, calming, and easy to work with. She knows how to make you feel comfortable and not look awkward in front of a camera. Don't forget to add-on the polaroids option to the wedding day too-they are so fun to look through at the end of the night. I can't say enough good things about this girl and her photography skills. How do I even start with this girl! Katie is just the best! She made our wedding look even more stunning through her pictures. Receiving the polaroids she took throughout the day/night of our wedding was such a treat! It was a very nice way to end the night being able to catch a glimpse of what the actual pictures would look like a few weeks later. And then when the time came to see the final pictures...WOW! It's like she read my mind and knew exactly how I wanted it all to look like. Katie is not only the most talented photographer I have had the pleasure of working with she is a joy to be around. She took our elopement photos and went above and beyond to make sure we felt special, comfortable and received the photos of our dreams. She took hundreds of beautiful photos of us, each expertly done. She captured the moment so perfectly and beautifully that it took us hours on end to select the ones we wanted on our announcements. We ultimately just did a random selection because we couldn’t go wrong with any of them. Wow, Katie was nothing less than fantastic as our engagement photographer. She is super professional, easy to work with, and knew exactly what we wanted. We had a blast working with her during our shoot and couldn't have asked for better quality photos in the end. Her photos were so beautiful and expertly done, it brought my future mother-in-law to tears! She was also incredibly helpful in answering every single one of our questions (i.e. what to wear, etc.) as we prepared for our shoot in the weeks and days leading up to our engagement shoot. We were so lucky to find Katie. She understood exactly what we were looking for in a wedding photographer, better than we even understood it ourselves. From the first conversation it was clear she just wanted to do beautiful photography with no vested interest in the classic wedding shots and lineups. And the day we met she generously took photos of us for our wedding announcement, without charging us. When the big day came Katie was there early (she drove all the way to Ojai), putting absolutely zero pressure on us to pose or arrange shots, but knowing intuitively what moments mattered. It takes empathy to read our dynamic and the energy of the group as well as she does. Looking at the photography later, it's incredible how many meaningful moments she grabbed without us noticing. She's like a mindreader and a shapeshifter, everywhere at once. She also truly captured the scenery and light around us -- you can tell from the photos that she appreciated the natural beauty that we wanted to share with our loved ones. Katie stayed well beyond the contracted time, to make sure we had some photo time on the dance floor. Beyond all this, the work was delivered quickly, she communicated extremely professionally, and her rate was much more affordable than most quotes we received. We're still reliving the day through her work, which, we guess, is the whole point of a wedding photographer. We're very grateful!

A+ Photographer. Our entire experience with Katie, from our first meet and greet over coffee, through to receiving our final photos was beyond our expectations. When planning a wedding, there's always that question in the back of your head wondering if you hired the right people to make and capture your day. With Katie, we never worried. Our friends and family, the day after the wedding even came up to us and told us how much they loved our photographer! There's no question if she's great, we love Katie and plan to use her for any events that life has yet to bring us.

Katie is incredible talented! I had first worked with her for shooting some events for my business and this past month, I got married. I knew immediately who I wanted to photograph my special day. Katie is so talented that my husband and I flew her up to Northern California for the weekend. She went above and beyond (and even came to our rehearsal dinner the night before too!) All our guests remarked what a pleasure she is to be around and that she even seemed invisible during the actual wedding. Katie was our AMAZING photographer at our wedding in San Juan Capistrano. She was WONDERFUL!!! My husband and I absolutely had a blast taking photos with her. She made the whole experience really fun and enjoyable even though the wedding day was a bit stressful. Our wedding was in the summer and it was blazing hot.
